    It went beautifully. As soon as Andre saw the screen and he knew exactly what was wrong. He kept me up to date daily via email or phone. He fixed the problem and I couldn't be happier. If my computer has a problem, I will not hesitate to bring it to him for repair. If a friend of mine has a problem with their computer I will send them over to see Andre.

    Had a laptop emergency 12/27/18 when I logged onto my laptop and found my Start menu and Taskbar had completely disappeared. Couldn't access my folders and files and opening a browser was nearly impossible. Hoping to solve the problem on my own, I Googled the problem, tried several of the suggested fixes and nothing worked. Made a call to Psinergy, Andre answered and said "Bring it in!" Their new office was minutes away. Within an hour, my start menu and taskbar were fully restored, my laptop optimized, useless apps eliminated and I was happily on my way. Love their new location - easy to get to and great parking right near the door. I've been going to Psinergy TechWarrior for a number of years and won't consider going anywhere else. Thank you for the great customer service!

    Kervin came over for the estimate and I could tell right away I was going to be very pleased to work with this company. I told hin what I wanted to replacce the 12 year old system we had in our family room. He made suggestions on components that would work for us. He matched the best prices I found on the internet for the products I chose. He gave me choices of several price ranges and explained the advantages of each option.

    The install date was set a few weeks after the order was finalized. Nathan and Kevin came over for the install. They are both highly knowledgeable and professional. The actual charge for their services was less than Best Buy would charge for the geek squad to do the work and I didn't have to deal with the sales people at the large stores. The television 65 inch - and sound bar were both mounted. They also installed a roku, cable box and universal remote. The result far exceeds our expectations. These guys are wonderful to work with!

    Before anything else, he made sure we had backed up all my valuable documents and certain programs I wanted to keep so they could be installed on new computer.  Spent over 3 hrs working to make sure everything was o.k.
     I kept my old monitor and old HP printer which he hooked up & tested to see that it worked.  Did a lot of updating and then took out hard drive from old computer and left that with me but was nice enough to take with him the old cabinet shell with him so I didn't have to recycle it myself. 
    I thought that surely he was going to charge me extra for all the time spent working but he DID NOT.  Stuck to the original price quoted to me which I thought was a darn good bargain. Very courteous and polite and patiently answered every question that I had on a long list.
    I also I wanted a download of new 2016 MS Word program which I was going to purchase but was afraid of doing it myself because I've had hang-ups in the past so he helped me with all the details for getting it.  You might want to verify if he takes personal checks.

    I recently heard about Pitstop which is near my home. I didn't have much faith my IPhone could be repaired. It had been bent between luggage while on a trip. The volume buttons weren't working well. I stopped by only hoping to confirm what I had worried about-that it was a goner. Immediately, the front desk gal had the head tech take a look and after reviewing the situation, was pretty sure he could fix it. He explained the possible problems that might come up. I decided to go ahead, left it there, got a call a couple hours later, it was amazingly like new.
    I love this place. It's clean, neat, professional. You can see the techs working on stuff. They have used laptops, computers, etc for sale and they buy the same.

    It went okay. They ended up having to come back out on a second trip because it really didn't resolve one of the issues we're having. The initial time that they were here was just a little bit under the two-hour window and that's what I paid for with my Angie's List coupon. They did a follow-up call to see how everything was working. I had planned to give them a call to let the know I was still having problems with my printer. They came back out at a "no-charge" appointment to do the printer again.

    When I first sent a message asking about the price to repair an Ipad 5 screen, Derek responded within minutes.  He was helpful and offered a great price.  His repair quote was substantially lower than any other quote I received.  He always responded quickly to my questions about when and how I could drop off my device.  When I dropped it off, he told me it would be ready for pick up by 3:00 the next day.  He contacted me the next day at noon letting me know it was already finished and ready for pick up.  
    The repair was perfect; my husband's previously ruined Ipad now looks like new (and I'm off the hook for breaking it!).
    He was quick to respond, finished the work well and on time, and at a great price.

    I don't like that you can't do a la carte, you have to get a bundle and channels that you don't watch. I don't like Comcast, but they have kind of a monopoly. The price is probably higher than it should be. They don't talk to each other. We had an experience where we called their customer service, and they told us that we needed a new cable box to upgrade to a different level of cable channels, and we went to the store, and they said we don't need that. One person told us that we need to pay $15 to get the new cable box, and then they said that we don't need that. They don't talk to each other. Some of their customer service is overseas.
