    They were very professional and easy to work with. They finished the job in a timely manner at a reasonable price. I hope we don���t need their services anytime soon but would not hesitate to do so if we needed them.

    Garys Towing and Recovery LLC
    We felt very misinformed. Gary said one thing to my husband and another to me. An employee of his told us not to worry about the storage fees, that if the insurance company didn't take care of the car, then Gary would take the car and forgive the fees. Gary denied knowing this was said to us or that this was his policy. The insurance company went out to see the car last week but we didn't hear final word on the subject until this morning. By this time, Gary has charged us over $735 in storage fees and wasn't interested in forgiving fees or keeping the car. I learned to get things in writing and clarify understanding and never ever wait for an insurance company. Boo to Gary's Towing & Recovery and Boo to State Farm. Terrible experience.

    Run from this guy. He's a total flake. I took the day off from work and this guy, Ron Gordien (alias Ronald Jeffrey), called 15 minutes before our 9:00 a.m. appointment to say his auto starter died and he'd see me at Noon. I never heard from him, again.

He showed me around the vehicle and offered me a test drive. The van was nice but not what I was looking for. For reasons I don't quite understand, I was all but pushed out the door from the moment I arrived at around 8:00 pm. I double-checked the website which says the dealership is supposed to be open until 9:00 pm. When we got back from the test drive at around 8:30 pm, most of the staff was leaving and locking the doors behind them. None of this affected my decision in this case because I wasn't interested in the vehicle but I would expect any car dealer to not only stay until their last customer decides to leave but make sure the customer never feels rushed. So I will ask straight out, when did the Chrysler sales department close on November 7th?     Mercedes-Benz Of Maplewood

    I took my car into another Mercedes dealer, and they provided me an estimate of $4800. My sister had worked with Tony Albert at Mercedes of Maplewood (MoM) previously and had a great experience, so I emailed Tony the estimate from the other dealer, and asked him to bid out the same work. MoM was $1500 less for the exact same work!

    A pump in the car was leaking, and the first dealer insisted it had to be replaced, not repaired. Tony shared that they almost never have to replace the pump, and instead they just replace an 'O' ring, costing nearly $1,000 less. I know that all technicians - like doctors - have differing opinions and take that into account however I thought it was worth trying the repair first, rather than replacing the pump as a first course of action.

    By going to MoM I saved $2200 on these repairs. So while the location isn't convenient to where I live, we will continue to service our car at MoM. Even with a $50 Uber ride, I came out WAY ahead!

    Tony was polite, professional and prompt. I really appreciated his candor and willingness to prioritize the repairs for me. I highly recommend Tony and the service team at MoM.

    There have been issues with getting the tires refilled with air and there have been issues with them not filling all of the tires. Previously, I had been in to have them check my brakes and they said they said they were fine; however, I went back 2 days later and they said I needed new brakes.

    I like their company because of the price. They could have informed me that they wouldn't be there. I went to pick it up and nobody was there. That is probably why he just charged me $40. I have used him before and he was obviously responsive. I don't really know how to grade responsiveness because this was an aberration. Their pricing is excellent.

    VALVOLINE INSTANT OIL CHANGE
    What I like about them is, even though the price is  not cheap, they check everything and their primary goal is car maintenance. Other companies get most of their money by fixing cars and not maintaining cars. They do a good job. I like their customer service which is very nice. I go there every time. I wish they provided the same service at $40.

    I own a Prius.  It was a little expensive but I shopped around and found out it was the usual price.  They have given me excellent service.  I have had the Toyota for 12 years.  I would tell a friend they are great.
