    They were very professional and easy to work with. They finished the job in a timely manner at a reasonable price. I hope we don���t need their services anytime soon but would not hesitate to do so if we needed them.

    Suburban Auto Body Inc - Little Canad
    They had my Silverado for two weeks to do minor body work. I was told they would call me when it was disassembled to let me know the amount of damage. They never called until the work was completed. They "detailed" the interior. Even though they never said they were doing it and I never approved them to do it. The "detailing" included them jamming my glove boxes full with my personal items. The rest went into a cardboard box in the back seat. This included two of the seat bracket covers they knocked off when vacuuming. When I got it back my radio didn't work for some reason. I pulled the fuse and reinstalled it and it worked. They broke my bug deflector (with custom lettering) and tried to hide it. When I brought it back to complain (two hours after I picked it up) they did offer to order another one, have it lettered and install it. However, I will not have them touch another vehicle of mine. I told them they could buy another one, have it lettered, and give it to me to have installed...they refused. I offered to bring it to another shop to have it replaced...they refused. I offered to accept the loss ($185 is what I paid 5 years ago) if they return the money I had spent on tire rotation and minor door ding repair ($190)...they refused. I believe I was speaking with their General Manager in their parking lot. He wouldn't accept my offers and I wouldn't accept his. There was nothing left to discuss but he stood there, blocking me from leaving. I had to ask him twice to move so I wouldn't hit him while backing out. They'll never touch another vehicle of mine.

    The original estimate for a used mirror was 273.00. When my wife picked up the car the bill for the used mirror was 394.00. She objected but Mike Bighley refused to correct the bill. It was 11/22/2017, the day before Thanksgiving and we needed our car. The shop was already at least one day late. The bill for fixing the seal in the trunk involved taking off a bumper and putting it back on which we billed for 8 hours. My wife felt no choice but to pay the inflated bill so she could have her car back. 2 hours later when I saw the bill I went and talked to Mike. Mike said he always charges by estimated book time. I asked what was the estimated book time for the bumper and he said 2.5. I asked why the 5.5 hour overcharge and he went into a long explanation of how hard it was to remove 4 bolts. I actually offered if he could just reduce the bill 100 dollars my wife would feel better. He refused. At this point I have other poor internet reviews, a issue filed with the credit card company and the Better Business Bureau. Mike has not contacted me to resolve the matter. I have emailed Mike from his website but no response. We expected a bill around 400 dollars but was billed over 800. The tailight bulb they said they replace for 56 dollars was not even replaced either. Mike is unwilling to work with customers but believes his story allows him to charge what he wants. Do not have Bighley do your body work. Late work, incomplete work and excessive billing.

    I went to Suburban Auto Body in Little Canada to get an estimate to have my dented fender repaired. I initially thought about paying out of pocket. Jamie gave me an estimate ( higher than what I anticipated) and advised me to submit a claim to my insurance company. Once the claim was filed and the work was approved, I was able to schedule a date convenient for me. I do not have insurance coverage for a rental car, so Suburban provided a loaner. The work took 7 business days which fit precisely with the original estimate. Mike, the technician called me in the middle of the repair to update me with the progress. At every step, Suburban worked well with my insurance company, Farmers. When I picked up my car at the completion of the repair, I was very happy. It looked "good as new" and the entire car had been detailed. I think it was cleaner than when I bought it new. Jamie went over care the new paint and made sure I had all my questions answered. Needing a care repaired is not pleasant, but these folks managed to make the repair process pretty painless.

    The car repair cost less than the insurance adjuster's estimate which was nice.  The quality of the work done was first class.  It literally looks like new.  Terry even went beyond the requirements to make sure it was fixed right.  It's great to work with someone who has incredible expertise and talent.  It shows in the work he does for his customers.

    While the rear quarter panel did require some body work and paint, to my surprise, they did a great job buffing and restoring the front corner without painting!!  Saved me some significant dollars and it looks great!

    The shop managers, Hussein and Jeremy, were wonderful to work with. Scheduling was tight (a horrible winter and icy roads meant LOTS of body work being done!), but once we were on the schedule, they actually had our vehicles finished ahead of the time estimates they gave us. Both vehicles looked perfect after the repairs. They also did a great job communicating with our insurance agency and working out any billing issues. I would certainly bring a vehicle there again (though hopefully my MIL will not see fit to play bumper cars in our garage again).

    nothing went right from the start. they screwed up my contract and told me not to pay my first payment until the contract was figured out. then i got hit with a late fee and no one would help. i had to go back to resign papers. today i had my first oil change. my car was in perfect shape. when i got it back the whole front fender is broken off and they are saying i did it. good thing i literally took pictures of the undamaged car last week!

    They were very quick initially to contact me and work with my insurance company to process my car following a collision. Unfortunately, the communication broke down during the week it took to repair my vehicle. I was surprised with additional fees on top of my deductible when I arrived to pick my vehicle up. When I questioned the extra charges I did not feel I was given a clear explanation.

    Abra West St. Paul was recommended by my son-in-law who is in the auto repair business as a very reputable and high quality autobody shop. I had 2 vehicles damaged in recent storms. I took the first vehicle in, and they promptly identified additional damage and had my insurance company out to thier shop to adjust the estimate. They did an excellent job. I got great attention from both cory the general manager, and Craig, the foreman. They kept me updated on the progress and did great work. I'm very happy with the work done on both of my vehicles. They definitely have my reccomendation.
