    BIG JOHN'S APPLIANCE SERVICE
Mark was great. He showed up when he said he would, diagnosed the problem, replaced the parts, gave the dryer a thorough going-over and cleaning, and was done well within the time frame that he'd given me. He was efficient and neat and happily answered questions and explained what he was doing. He's knowledgeable and experienced and will be my first call if another appliance has problems.

J the repair man, was professional and very good at what he did. He showed me an area in my dryer that I was unaware of that collected lent. In the future Ill be able to clean it myself. This is a good thing. Well cleaning my trailer today took great care to dispose of any mess that came out of the dryer and he left it there and clean .

    Andersons Mechanical Service LLC
I spoke with Kim on the phone for possible appointments and service fees (which I was happy to hear would apply to the work done). I scheduled an appointment for several days later. They called when they were on their way, and they arrived on time. They were quick to diagnose the need to replace the coil, and answered my questions. Very professional, and quick. I'd hire them again. In fact, I made a separate appointment with Kim to have a team come back to tune up my furnace and clean out all air ducts a couple weeks later.

    Sears Appliance Repair
At this point, we have purchased new ceiling panels for the rec room, thrown out our rec room soaked carpeting and spent hours and hours cleaning up and throwing out water soaked boxes with our belongings. We dried out furniture. Out dining room wood floor has water damage which is not repairable without removing half of the dining room flooring. We have purchased a new dishwasher from a more reliable company. NEVER again would we trust a Sears appliance or a repair man. We are waiting for our $89.00 back from the "Dispute" center as we were charged for a repair that did not work and that caused more damage. The service we received from Sears re; communication, repair and refund has been absolutely terrible. The first person that came thought we had a plumbing problem. he never checked the dishwasher. The second communication was a phone call from Sears within hours wanting to set up an appt. to install a new dishwasher. The third communication was the repair person who couldn't find the problem and left informing us it was fine. The fourth communication was the repair person who wasn't to fix it the first time and tried again. NEVER AGAIN would we do business with your company. Also, using the word "Lousy" in the above box as the "worst" barely describes this experience. I suggest you find a more descriptive word that is worse than bad.

    S & R Heating, Cooling & Appliance Repair
He is kind, personable, answers all my questions, taking his time and working diligently on finding the leak. He also cleaned out my dryer vents. He is prompt, kind and I can't say enough about them. I would highly recommend them for any of the services they provide.

    Northland Appliance Services
My stove and dryer date back to the early 1960s and most repair companies wont' touch them. Not here. Northland is quite comfortable working on the older appliances. Bob, the seasoned tech, showed up within two hours and went right to work. He's very thorough and tore right into both the stove and dryer. The stove is now serviced and the dryer is whisper quiet for the first in years. The service call lasted 1.5 hours.

    Bill The Repair Guy
Bill called immediately and promised that he would take care of it on that day. He kept his word. He scheduled me among his other appointments. He had the part in his truck. Things were chilling early afternoon. I called several vendors. One told me there would be a week delay in getting an appointment. Another called later in the afternoon, after Bill had already taken care of it. Great customer service. Very knowledgeable.

    Sedgwick Heating & Air Conditioning
Excellent work. Very thorough. Service man took time to check every aspect of the furnace and discovered a water leak that could eventually be costly - and dangerous. Set up appointment for part replacement and repair. Appointment made to fit my schedule.

Super-duper! Our LG front-loading washer wasn't able to spin, mid wash-cycle. Our last repair person apparently went out of business, but it took a while to figure out why they didn't return our calls...Thank goodness for AAA Anderson's and the deal on Angie's list! They came to diagnose the issue, part needed and had it repaired quickly. My husband was very pleased with the entire experience and he is a tough customer.

    St Paul Appliance Rescue
Andrew was very professional (water was leaking into washing machine). He explained to me what he thought was wrong and told me the price up front. He told me that once he opened up the compartment that the dials are in he remembered that he has replaced the auto serving switch for water in the machine. He told me to let him know if anymore water came in and he would replace the switch and not charge me labor & would adjust the price. I thought that was really great.
