They are wonderful and we would recommend them.  We go to them all the time.  They are friendly and they do a good job.  They were easy to talk to and I trust them.  I admire the honesty of my dentist.

The clinic is very professional, friendly and they have all their own equipment.  They even make their own crowns on site.  I like their location and I like the business.  They aren’t so professional where they are stuffy at all.

During this visit, the dentist and staff completely addressed each of my concerns to my satisfaction. They continually kept me informed on what they were doing during each phase of the procedure. Having the crown fabricated in-office was a plus. I left the office with the final product. I would  highly recommend this dental practice to everyone.

The hygienist was wonderful. It was the attitude of the dentist that I found rather off-putting. He seemed 'excited' that I was going to need a root canal. Somehow, his grin did not make me feel any better.

This was my first semi-annual check-up at this dentist - by far the most gentle teeth cleaning I've ever experienced.  They took an x-ray of a tooth that has been sensitive and applied a de-sensitizing strip without charging extra.  They suggested a few maintenance options and suggested a wait and see approach, to come back in 1 to 2 months if those options don't improve the sensitivity.

I may very well need a crown, but I so appreciate their approach to exhaust reasonable options before spending big dollars.

They take the time to talk through things and are thorough in their explanations.  I've also had a filling replaced with them.  My two visits to them have been fantastic.  I whole-heartedly recommend them.

I had a cavity filled in May 2014.  After the Novocain wore off, that area hurt somewhat more than before I had the filling.  In a follow-up appointment a few weeks later, they took x-rays of the filling and root.  The x-rays indicated there was a gap between the filling and the tooth, which the dentist explained could be causing the pain.  After un-doing and re-doing the filling, the tooth has since been fine.

I was not charged for the ?re-do? or for the filling x-ray but was incredulously charged for the root x-ray.  I explained to the dentist that if the work didn?t have to be re-done, there would have been no root x-ray to take.  I was still charged for that x-ray.  I liken it to having work done on a car?you have repair work done, then drive away from the shop and the problem immediately reappears.  The mechanic fixes the problem for free but charges you for a diagnostic to make sure another component wasn?t damaged.  I don?t know of anyone that would find that practice acceptable.  They see no problem with that.

Note that the compressor was down for the first half hour of my initial cavity filling appointment, but they told me I still got out on time, though it might admittedly have been based on the fact that they erroneously had me down for a crown replacement.  Shorter time to do the initial filling?had to re-do the filling?charge you for an x-ray that was only needed because work had to be re-done?time to take my business elsewhere.

The office is nothing short of a well-oiled machine; in this case, that is a very good thing. Everyone from the front desk to Dr. Simmons took care of business flawlessly. Dr. Simmons, seeing me for the first time, was able to diagnose my condition with no hesitation. The assistants were very friendly and accommodating.

This is the best dental office I've ever been to. I often see Dr. Heidi, and she is just wonderful! I never thought I'd enjoy going to the dentist, but it truly is fun to see her and the hygienists. It's also great to know that I'm in good hands. They are very knowledgeable and helpful and I always feel like I'm getting great service!

We have a long relationship with them and have always been satisfied.

Their office is always clean with current, up-to-date equipment. His staff always seems to know what they are doing - there seems to be a positive work flow.

They're very good and very helpful in getting appointments when you need them. I currently have an appointment that has had to be rescheduled and they never make a fuss as long as you called before that day. Even if you called at the day of the appointment because you're sick, they'll understand as long as you reschedule. That's very helpful because I have health issues. Dr. Thomas Miller is our actual dentist there and I really like him.
