FVitacost would not publish a non-medical review submitted. The review was revised according to their recommendations at least twice, but they still would not post it. This is a very important review on crystal deodorant which previously said it had only "natural mineral salts" but upon receiving said "postassium alum" which is potassium Aluminum sulfate! Aluminum has been linked to alzheimers, autism, and other diseases (not mentioned in the review because they do not allow this). Vitacost has not updated their website post on the actual ingredient in the crystal deodorant which we unknowingly used for many years. Vitacost is would not get back with me on publishing this vital review which could help many folks avoid toxic aluminum.

AFitness Success Personal TrainingI signed up for a 1.5 year contract. Mr. Eichorn has a variety of programs and types of contracts available, and also offers private, as well as group classes/training. He offers a 100% return of your money, if you follow his program for the agreed amount of time and do not achieve the results that were discussed. Likewise, if you do not stick to the program, drop out, etc, he still gets paid according to the terms of the contract. I find Shawn to be very professional and committed to what he does. He also appears to be quite honest. He seems quite knowledgable and I am very happy with the program, as a whole, and my own personal results after approximately 6 weeks into the program. ADan Abraham Healthy Living CenterI was there this morning. Today, I just used the equipment, but there is a lap pool, and fitness pool I like to use occasionally. They also have exercise machines and weight rooms. They offer classes, and training in just about anything you can imagine. It's an enormous facility. ARochester Athletic ClubIts $10 a day for people coming from out of town. I have a monthly membership. They are absolutely wonderful. It's a great gym. Their training and customer service is excellent. The kids' area is phenomenal. I would tell people that it's definitely the best place to go in Rochester. It's pricey, but it's very, very good.
