    We have used Rebel Campers for this service since we bought our RV from them in 2007.  They are always friendly, have coffee pot on.  They tell you if they see something that is wrong and answer questions if you have them.   When we purchased the RV they had us come to the service area where they went over how to operate everything and how to service it yourself.  We have them do the service because we could miss something and the camper wouldn't be ready to withstand winter here in Minnesota.   They give us peace of mind that our camper will be ready to be useable next year.  Thank you Rebel Campers.

    I dropped my camper off September 18th to be repaired and asked for an estimate. After several phone calls the next time I talked to someone was when they called to say it was fixed, I asked how much it was and they didn't have any paperwork in front of them. I never did get an estimate which I asked for the day I dropped it off. I have been trying to get ahold of the service manager for over two weeks now to settle up.  I wanted to turn the items fixed into insurance however I spent all of last week trying to connect and get the invoice. Finally received that and told them I needed it broken down for insurance before I could turn it in. I called Monday to ask for the estimate and let them know I also need images (which they should know as they work with insurance companies all the time - they are the ones who suggested I turn it into insurance). Joe, in service, said he would get that done Tuesday. I called Tuesday, Wednesday and now again today (Thursday), I still have not talked to anyone and I still don't have what I need, I can't pick up my camper and I need it tomorrow. I have no idea if they took photos for my insurance company or if  I will even be covered at this point. Horrible service and communication - needless to say I will never bring my camper there for anything and recommend you go elsewhere if looking to service your camper/Rv.

    Can Am RV
    I booked an RV through an internet site that coordinates with the actual company who owns the RV.  I paid through the third party, in advance and they secured the RV with Can Am.  A couple of days before we were scheduled to pick up the RV from Can Am, I called to get information for my insurance provider.  No one from Can Am would return my call, I then emailed twice and no response.  So, the night before pick up, I called again and left a message.  Finally, the day of pick up, some one reutrns my call. We went to pick up the RV and were told we needed to make a $1000. damage deposit when the contract with the third party said only a $500 was required.  We were willing to pay the increase in the deposit but had some questions about the difference in policy.  The way Can AM handled the concern raised a couple of red flags, but nothing compared to what was about to happen.  The rep at Can Am printed out our receipt with a daily rate increase of $35 a day, and the service packs for towels and cooking supplies were not included (we had all ready paid for them and our credit card charged for these add-ons) plus we had additional charges for things we didn't have on our contract.  Can Am would not honor the price from our third party and not supply the additional items we paid for, plus we were required to use their insurance carrier for an additional $40 instead of our own which was agreed upon with the third party.  After dodging our questions and not offereing valid answers to our concerns, I told our rep we wanted a full refund of our deposit and the charges that we were billed through the third party and they could take that up with the third party.  I told them I would contest all charges with my credit card company and that is when GARY came out of his office 10 feet away and preceeded to tell me he wasn't going to be threatened!  He started yelling and I yelled back.  He started talking badly about the internet site we used and told me if I had booked the RV directly with him, he would honor the third party price.  He would prefer never to do business with the third party and tired to get me to cancel my contract with the third party and secure a new one with him.  He knew the terms of the contract and knew we couldn't cancell without losing all the money we had all ready paid $1200.  In essence, Can Am Rv would be paid twice and he was aware of this.  My husband and I requested our damage deposit to be refunded and we left. We knew if we rented the RV, we would be charged for unrealistic damages and did not want to do business with a company that treated customers with such disrespect!   We called our rep at the third party internet site and she told me Can AM was their largest account!  We ended up getting an RV from another company who was much more appreciative of our business and willing to help us.  I called the owner of Can AM RV in Canada to express my concerns before posting to Angie's List; I left a message.  He has never returned my call in over a month!!  I would NEVER do business with Can AM RV and would caution ANYONE to do the same, I have never had such an awful customer service expereience in my life!!
