    Country Creek Builders Inc
This is the second time we have engaged Dan and his team in a major job at our house. As expected, the work was excellent. This recent job was a complete bathroom refinish. From start to finish, we were never disappointed in the quality, planning, scheduling, and responsiveness. Every person who came into our home to perform work on this job was professional and courteous. The team listened to what we wanted and provided some guidance and assistance with choices from style to colors to tile patterns and the end result is a bathroom that we are extremely happy with. We will definitely use Country Creek again for future jobs. This is the second time we have engaged Dan and his team in a major job at our house. As expected, the work was excellent. Plumbline Builders
For the most part on time, the weather caused some delays but was pretty much on schedule. We very much enjoyed the subs that Plumbline worked with, on time, reliable and did what they promised. They became like family. We love our new kitchen and bath! Beautiful! We have received many compliments from friends and family. Reorganized mudroom makes coming in from garage much easier!

I hired Scott Solliday to paint almost all of my 1,200 square foot townhome. During the quote, I took him around and explained everything that I wanted done including patching and sanding of all the nail holes. Scott agreed to the job on the weekend (after I closed on the purchase) and we agreed on a price and date to paint. This is my first home and Ive never hired a painter before. I was relying on Scott to help guide me in what paint to buy and the process as a whole. Scott was very unhelpful, inattentive, and almost never remembered what we spoke about. On the day of painting, out of the blue, Scott said that he wouldnt be painting today because he forgot his daughter was graduating that day, but his guys would come and paint later in the day and would be there until 2 am. He then provided an excuse that he thought the home would be empty. Scott put some spackle on the various nail holes and in the bedroom where trim was removed. One painter was there throughout the day to paint around the trim. He did not bother to cover any of my possessions and did not use any drop cloths. Yes, he left paint drips all over the floor and even on my new couch that was in the center of the room that I covered! We bought plastic to cover my possessions! Around 7pm, another painter arrived and was going to paint. I asked him who was going to do the prep work that Scott agreed to do. The painter had no idea who was going to do the prep work, so he called another guy. Then, grabbed a single sanding block and said all he had to do was sand the spots. We called Scott to confirm the prep work that had to be done and Scott said his team will get it done. It is now dark, and the two guys started to paint. Half way through the job we started to notice that paint was EVERYWHERE. There were no drop cloths so there was paint all over the floor, counters, light fixtures, inside the toilets, the bath tub, and scattered on the hand rails. Paint was everywhere except the walls. Since they painted in the dark, there were many spots on the walls that didnt have paint on them at all. They left around midnight claiming the main level was done and all they had left was the upstairs hallway, bathroom, and bedroom. They said they would be back around 5pm the next day. First thing in the morning, we called Scott. He said his painters would be there around Noon and he would come to my home between 3-4pm. The painters showed up around 3:30 but we would not let them start until Scott showed up, so we could show him the mess his team created! We called Scott again and this time he said he was not coming until the job was finished. I clarified his earlier agreement and demanded he come immediately. Reluctantly, he showed up around 4:30. We walked around the entire home to show him the paint drips, spots, lack of prep work etc. He was not expecting me to be so brutally honest! After walking around, we agreed to end the job and he asked me to pay for the paint of $300. I required that his team clean ALL of the paint from the floors, wood trim, light fixtures and from my BRAND NEW couch! He agreed and spent 2.5 hours making the situation worse. He was using water and simply smearing the paint over the surface. The two painters used an alcohol solution to clean the paint. I eventually told Scott that the cleanup is extensive because they got the paint everywhere and will require much more time and I am not willing to pay $300. He was not happy and instead of talking and coming to an agreement about how this issue would be rectified, Scott stormed off and drove away. He left the two painters there and drove away. His painters continued cleaning up the paint and we appreciated that very much and told them so. It is my belief that Scott thought this would be an easy job to make $1500 so all he had to do was throw paint on the wall and leave, never to be heard from again. Not so fast! I would not recommend Scott Solliday or anyone that works for him! He is a scammer and will leave you extremely frustrated and with a big mess to clean up! Do not hire him!

Amazing job from the initial meeting with Scott to the painting completed by Steve. Scott stopped out quickly after the request was made. He was prompt and professional. Extremely fair pricing. Steve showed up on time and did a excellent job painting five rooms and filling in cracks, etc. I will hire them again. Thank you Upton Inc.!

    Metro Floors
Victor gutted and remodeled a bathroom for me. The finished product turned out fantastic. Victor is prompt to respond, his workmanship, particularly the tile installation, and eye for color and fixture selection is second to none. I plan on using him to remodel two additional bathrooms. And, his pricing is excellent. I highly recommend him.

    Home Transformations Inc
Before you read any further, just know that this is the painting company you want to work with. I reached out to Kurt for a price quote and he responded within 24 hours. During the on-site visit, he walked through our house, explained his process to evaluate the job, and took time to not only answer our questions but also LISTEN to our concerns. It was amazing how many others talked to us and sold us on their services but didn't really "listen" to us. This was the start of what set Home Transformations apart from the rest. The HT quote was fair, and while slightly higher than others, was also the most comprehensive. We were confident that we would not experience any hidden costs or last minute adds that we did not choose to add ourselves. We were also excited that HT quoted a 3-day job with a crew of 4 people to paint all 3 levels of our 3,300 sq. foot home. For the actual job, our crew leader Vladimir was a rock star. He ensured that every aspect of our job exceeded our expectations. The job was completed on time - with the crew ensuring each day finished on schedule. There was never a mess left at the end of the day and every room was painted to a high quality. We had one issue where a set of blinds got paint on them and HT stepped up to replace them without us even having to ask. Mistakes happen, but you ultimately judge companies with how they resolve the issue. HT exceeded our expectations yet again in this scenario. What we expected to be a difficult conversation turned into an easy one with the issue resolved immediately. Finally, the job was completed. Kurt, the owner, met with us 2 days after to ensure we were pleased with everything. Obviously, we were ecstatic. On time, on budget, and the quality of work was TREMENDOUS! Home Transformations prides itself on taking care of their customers, and this made the whole process worthwhile. We'll happily recommend Home Transformations to anyone looking for painters.

    Master's Touch Painting
My experience with Master's Touch was great from start to finish. Tim was very flexible and patient working with me as I had difficulty trying to find a date to begin. They arrived on time, were professional and completed the job perfectly. Great job. I would love to have them come back and paint the exterior of my home this summer. My compliments to Tim and his team! My neighbor came over to check it out and asked for their contact info to get an estimate on her painting needs. She was impressed with the work too.

    Woodland Painting Inc
I was very impressed with Woodland on all aspects. Todd, one of the owners came out a couple weeks ago to give me a quote for all the work I needed done. I was blown away by the price in that it was far below than I was expecting. I've always heard of horror stories of how professional painting companies are high buck. For the quantity of sq. footage I had I expected to pay double if not more than I did. Todd also explained that he has a crew of 12 and does NOT subcontract out, which was important to me. The crew of three showed up exactly when Todd said they would be there. The guys were very respecting and pleasant to deal with. They were able to finish in one day and when finished they did a great job at cleaning up the place and made sure no mess was left behind. I couldn't be happier with the colors that Todd helped me pick out and now the kitchen and dining room really POP. Portobello Red rocks!!! I will be using Woodland for future projects, painting of any size is just not for me and frankly the price is just perfect for any budget conscious consumer and quality is NOT sacrificed! Seriously, after the guys left I took a flash light to all the corners and walls trying to find drip marks or imperfections, I could find nothing and no streaks of any kind. The patching that was done to fill minor nail holes, screw holes or even a deep nick was not noticeable at all that the area had been patched. Todd and his partner have a great thing going here, don't change your business recipe!!!

My experience with Jared and Paula couldnt have went any better and I love my new kitchen! They were on time, communicated daily even when I had a ton of questions choosing a color. I am so impressed with the quality and durability of my cabinets. They even painted my kitchen for free! I will definitely use them again in the near future!
