    B2 Design Build LLC
We were very satisfied with the completed project and the owner's positive response to any changes brought up during the project. Bart and his subcontractors were easy to work with. We feel the quality of work was exceptional. Everything was pretty much on schedule. The last 5% took a little longer than we expected, however that did not inconvenience us.

Excellent. Will definitely use his service again. Responsiveness- Don stopped by the morning I called, left a quote and called back in the afternoon to explain the work to be performed. Price- best! Quality- did exactly what I was expecting. Continue monitoring the progress (concrete raising) throughout the process. Clean everything up nicely. Professionalism- Don was kind enough to schedule my job in since I am under time pressure. He demonstrated the flexibility to meet customer need, greatly appreciated!

    USA Builders and Remodelers
I was very impressed from the beginning with Brad (owner of USA Builders) he was ontime and professional. His estimate was very reasonable and accurate. During the work progress, the site was always kept clean and picked up which was a bonus. He ran into a couple issues which is normal doing a project this size and right away called to discuss solutions and cost projections. He was always honest and to the point but trying to be cost effective -- I loved that about him. Most contractors don't give you many options or help with keeping costs down, Brad was always on top of his game with estimates and options. He kept his schedule and was even willing to work weekends to ensure the job was done on time. Great Guy, Great Contractor with exceptional workmanship and attention to detail. He is now my number one contractor and gets all my referrals. Very Happy Customer .... see photos for yourself.

The entire team has done a fantastic job in educating and recommending up front, keeping us in the loop throughout the entire process and actually performing the job. They showed up when they said they were going to, were professional, completed the jobs on time and did high-quality work.I was impressed at how much work they are able to complete in such a short time and how well I, and my home, was treated throughout the process.I would absolutely recommend their services to anyone looking to have this work completed.
They laid down plastic across my floor even though I told them they didn't need to because I'm remodeling a majority of my house and will be tearing out the flooring anyway. They hung plastic in the basement to protect everything I had down there from dust and sealed it incredibly well with tape. They cleaned up every speck of dirt and dust made from the process. The cement crew did an amazing job with leveling the cement as best they could. Each individual team walked me through all of the work they were going to complete, walked me though what they did complete and explained everything I needed to know and answered all of the questions I had.
I dinged them a bit on professionalism because the crews smoked cigarettes a lot throughout a majority of the exterior work. Though I'm not a huge fan of smoking and would have allowed it anyway since I would not have been standing there breathing it in nor was it done inside, I was never asked how I felt about them smoking on my property and ended up finding one cigarette butt left on my property.
Only other thing that disappointed me was when digging the hole for the egress window, I had them dump the dirt into a couple raised flower gardens I have been working on, saving me money in buying dirt and them in having to haul it away. They moved a few layers of the retaining wall brick so they could dump wheel barrows of dirt in rather than single buckets at a time (they asked for permission prior, which was excellent!). However, when they were completed, they did not clean up the dirt that ended up on top of the bricks that were there and just haphazardly placed the bricks back into place. So after they left I had to remove all of the bricks again, clean up all the dirt and properly place the bricks back. A little disappointed with that, but that has no bearing on the actual installation of the egress window, which was very well done!

Extremely well , the whole project was completed in 2 days . A 3 Man crew with all the nesesary equipment did a great job . King Scapes sure have one of the best patio building guys with the knowledge and know how in Donny and his team . The owner Donovan Tegg worked closely with his crew on site and it was a absolute pleasure to watch the transformation take place .

Horrible!  This is a nightmare! The half raised slab became a trip hazard and caused water damage in my basement by breaking the seal between the foundation and patio door.  At the time, I had a 4 week old baby to care for all on my own and was moving out of the country in 3 days.  They wouldn't fix the slab properly and told me to fix it myself.  I am renting out my townhouse and my tenants are threatening to move out because of the water damage in the basement.  I risk going into foreclosure if they move out.  Dale from Able Concrete was very unsympathetic to the situation and actually told me that I needed to pay an additional $100 to fix the problem!  This is a very unethical company.  Please find another service provider for your concrete needs. I don't want to see anyone have the same problem I am having.

    FBC Remodel

The Finished Basement Company completed our basement over a month ago. But given that it ended as such a bad experience, I wanted to give myself time to cool down before writing my review. While the design process was fun and there were some wonderful, creative tradespeople, the overall experience left a very bad taste. On the surface, the basement might look good, but the process and ultimate quality of some of the work leaves much to be desired. According to their website and promotional materials, youll experience no headaches construction and quick and efficient completion with highly organized project managers and frequent communication. NONE of these claims were even close true in our case.

Quick and efficient completion. The project manager originally said that our basement would be complete by January 31st (we needed to extend the original finish date from December, which was fair, because we decided to expand the project). The project manager claims the end date was March 17th because of the final inspection (thereby avoiding paying us a greater late fee). In order to pass as soon as possible they rushed and faked their way through it. For example, they hung incorrect doors to pass inspection. The doors, but not the frames, were replaced later which has led to the doors sticking and not opening and closing smoothly. This problem has gotten worse since the completion of the project. There were several other outstanding items remaining (including staining and hanging the doors, millwork repair, and top coating which completed mid-April). I would argue that when your house stinks from staining, the project is not complete. There was also a hole in our foundation where the fireplace people wrongly drilled a large hole that was not completely repaired until JUNE 11. It was probably only finally completed because FBC came back to us after the final payment seeking more money and we would not pay until it was done.

These people are not highly organized or good at communication, and the best example of this was a second final invoice we received mid -May for the money they forgot to bill us in our first final installment. We thought that they had given us a discount for their incredible lateness and our incredible patience for the numerous errors that occurred during the process. While the discount that we thought we had was larger than the late days (and they only sent back auto-replies to my emails to them about this matter), they did not deduct a late fee from the final price until we threatened them with not paying any of the money for their billing error. They even attempted to get us to sign a release stating that we would not make negative comments about them and releasing them from all liability on the basement to get the late fees owed to us by the original contract. We did not sign the document, and they cashed the check, presumably ending this brutal relationship.

The consistent errors and mistakes in the project, along with the unknown and constantly changing schedule, the total confusion in billing at all times (they were sure to calculate additional charges for us, but did not take into account items we removed from the project, such as two reclaimed beams, custom corbels, rope lighting, etc.) the new final bill, and their ridiculous attempt at getting out of their liability, makes our story a cautionary tale.

Dan and his designer, Patty, met with us to understand what we wanted. They really listened to us as we explained how we wanted to use the basement, what we liked and didn't like, even down to the feel that we wanted the basement to have. They then put a design together, met with us again to modify to our tastes, and provided a detailed cost estimate. Once we signed the agreement, Patty helped us to pick out cabinets, stain, flooring, etc. Dan gave us a detailed project plan that let us know what to expect and when and who would be coming and going from our house each day. He answered all our questions, responding to emails and phone calls quickly. Almost everything went according to plan and the allowances that were built into the estimate were sufficient to keep us within our budget. The only issue that we ran into was a problem with the shower door. However, Dan notified us ahead of time about the slight delay, and it was fixed and installed shortly after the original date that we expected it.
Dan's staff and the contractors he works with are very professional, friendly, and respectful. The project was completed on time and the result was a finished basement that we love.
I really want to congratulate Dan for building a company with a staff that truly cares about the job they do. From the quality of work we received, it is very clear that they take a lot of pride in their work. Instead of just getting the job done, they took extra care to do the job right.

They damaged part of my garage door opener (the sensors), which was verified by a garage door specialist when I had someone come out and take a look. The damage came while they were doing the concrete work for me. When I informed able of the problem they refused to take responsibility for it. I even told them to be careful because I identified this as a possible problem.

    Redstone Builders LLC
I initiated contact via e-mail and I received a phone call in response to my e-mail very promptly.  I thought Redstone's work was of high quality based upon customer reviews and their website but I was a bit concerned that our project was too small budget wise.  I discussed my project with the Redstone employee who contacted me, my budget and my concern that our project was too small for the type of work Redstone does.  The employee I spoke with was very professional and gracious and helpful.  They did not say they were not interested but said that I was on the lower end of what they work on and they suggested a different type of provider that might be more fitting for my needs.  They didn't just end the conversation there though.  They made themselves available to me to ask them any further questions I might have as well as ask them questions about the provider I was going to hire.
Just in this initial conversation I felt like a valued customer even though I was not yet a customer and likely wasn't going to be a customer.  They treated me with a lot of respect and wanted me to ultimately be happy.
I never followed up with them with any questions as I found a wonderful contractor that I am currently working with.  However, on the basis of this phone call I would have no hesitation recommending Redstone.  If there work product equals there customer service anyone who hires them will be very happy.
