He was simultaneously very knowledgeable and professional, while also being flexible and friendly. ANorthrup Remodeling, Roofing & ExteriorsWe needed someone to inspect our microwave roof vent to determine if it was operating properly. Christian from Northrup Roofing & Remodeling inspected the vent and determined it was working correctly but the microwave blower motor wasn't producing enough air flow. BNorthrup Remodeling, Roofing & ExteriorsWe live in a 100 year old house. The rafters in our original roof broke and we had a mess. We wanted to repair the structure and re-roof with metal because it's lighter. I went around our neighborhood and talked to 5 neighbors that had metals roofs and eventually landed on Northrup. However, it didn't go well. They did the repair right away, but it sat there, naked, for weeks. I had to hound them - I think because they were waiting on a subcontractor maybe. Finally, they came and did it on a weekend. Fast forward one year - some of the trim didn't get done near the dormer and the little roof over the front door. Mark White came out and fixed it immediately. Fast forward another year, discovered the top-level bathroom fan didn't get vented. HOWEVER!!!! Mark White busted his butt to make it right. The employee that managed the project is no longer there, but Mark really worked at making sure we were happy. I have to give Mark credit for tolerating my nagging and being not-so-happy with all the issues, yet making sure everything was corrected. The work and repairs were top shelf once everything got done. I'm not sure I would hire again after all this. I suspect it had something to do with the previous employee. Maybe there are new project managers now that are more on top of things.- Sally D.

He was professional, friendly and extremely dedicated to my roofing project. The crew was friendly, knowledgeable and respectful of my home. Patrick Miller Construction is a family owned and run company and it shows! My project didn't feel like just another project. I was treated like family. They went above and beyond. The communication was stellar from beginning to end. They made sure that everything was perfect and accommodated a last minute change to my roofing needs. I can't say enough about the service I received. My roof looks amazing . They cleaned every nail out of my yard making sure my dogs were safe. All Covid protocols were followed to make sure I was safe and sound. The follow up was amazing. Every person (including the owner and his son) that I met during this project was a joy to work with! APatrick Miller Construction IncI was referred to Patrick Miller Construction by an acquaintance of mine. She had positive experience, and I would echo that I too had a positive experience especially since I have never undergone any type of renovation such as this one in my life. I will say that Patrick Miller Construction prides itself on customer service and transparency. They contract with professional crews who are timely and efficient. Dave Moshu, our sales rep, was extremely patient and attentive as we worked through the selection of colors and materials. He was always present as we moved through each new phase of the project. I feel like I met the entire Patrick Miller staff either in person or by telephone as they kept me informed as we completed a phase and prepared for the next phase. Patrick, the owner, even helped me with the door selection, and Deb was extremely apologetic when the siding was delayed due to the pandemic and their supplier. Scheduling was timely, and other than the delay in the siding supplies (due to the supplier and the pandemic, not Patrick Miller), the work for each project was completed in a timely fashion. I would definitely work with Patrick Miller again as we think about our future exterior projects (pergola) and can confidently recommend them to others.- Theresa A.

AThis was the best experience I could have asked for. Our dream home and forever home was a complete success! Jason let us be apart of the process, and was very knowledgeable and honest. Our home is very unique all handicap accessible doors, hallways, bathrooms. This is the home we want to grow old in. He explained the pros and cons of ideas we had. Jason did all of the leg work getting all of the necessary professionals in and out getting jobs done. Jason and his team are very clean also, there was always a clean work area no matter what they were doing. Very professional work!! Well worth the money!!! If we need something done in the future Jason will be the one we call!

My company moves garages up to 16 feet wide from one location to another, distance is not a problem. We remove your one car garage prior to construction of a new two car. We also sell and deliver the one car garages we remove prior to construction. If your garage slab is cracked, settled or deteriorated we do on site remove and replace of any garage up to 24 feet wide. If your garage is leaning we straighten it up and install up to code bracing.

ANothing but high praise for the roofing and gutter work that Craftsmen Home Improvement completed on our home in 2020. They had to work extra hard to obtain the quality materials that were in a nationwide shortage due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. Everyone of their crew that we interacted with was respectful, worked hard, and were indeed Craftsmen. Ellie went above and beyond with her customer service. Tony was an exceptional handy man.
