AWarners' Stellian ApplianceExcellent customer service!!! Jeff went above and beyond to provide our family with a working washing machine at a very competitive price the week of Christmas this year! I appreciate the care that he and the staff at Warner Stellian have taken to ensure that this customer was more than satisfied. I will definitely be back to purchase future appliances and plan to tell my family and friends about the wonderful way I was treated by the staff at Warner Stellian. We purchased a Samsung washer from Warner Stellian last week and it was delivered a few days later. Unfortunately, the washer was a lemon and failed out of the box. I called and asked to speak to a manager to find out possible solutions as our family needed a replacement washer as soon as possible. Jeff spoke with me right away and provided me with a replacement option that was above my expectations! He was open to my suggestions and very reasonable to talk with regarding all of my concerns. I greatly appreciate that while the product failure was not Warner Stellian's fault, Jeff and his staff went above and beyond to fix the problem. I have purchased a number of appliances from Warner Stellian on Snelling in the past and as mentioned above, I will definitely shop there again! Thank you!- Katharine W.

AThe truck broke down prior to the first appointment, so rescheduled for today. They arrived within the one hour window provided and were efficient and professional. I gave them an ok on price, not excellent, as I thought it was expensive, but I have no comparison-so that rating may be unfair. They could be excellent. They will be back out in a month to tune.

AI ordered an Acrylic turntable cover for my new audiophile turntable - Dr. Feickert Woodpecker with Origin Live illustrious tone arm. I got the "floating cover", which sits on the top of the turntable plinth via 4 seating blocks. This cover is a beautiful work of art, literally could be used in an art museum display. it is very sturdy and extremely well finished. The pricing was very, very reasonable and I have never seen better or more secure packaging. Shipping was received as was promised and in a timely fashion. AIt was a delight to work with Gail. We were able to use her as little or as much as we wanted. I used her for the design of cabinets initially and for lighting, flooring and countertops. She was able to show me how things would look with a 3-d computer program. She could instantly make changes to consider. Gail urged me to add additional lighting and I was very glad to have done so. With her layout of cabinets, and extras, we got great storage value at our price point. Gail's measurements went to cabinet-maker & were spot on. She also added little touches that I didn't catch and that added significantly to the design. Overall, I felt that Gail's assistance was a big factor in our kitchen turning out so well for us. I would definitely recommend her.
