    My family and I have been going to the Ridgedale location for many years now. And we were happy with the doctors, especially with Dr. Olson. Unfortunately this last time we had an issue with how they process their insurance claims and Dr. North and Watson's office did not admit their mistake and did not even try to resolve this problem. As a matter of fact when I told the manager that we won't be coming back here anymore I didn't even get an eye contact or a sorry, but a slight shoulder shrug. I'm not saying this company is bad. I'm writing this review to warn you, that if you have an issue they will not resolve it. Clearly they do not appreciate their regular customers which is sad. But lucky for us, there are plenty of other places to choose from.

    I was interested in frameless eyeglasses and had been told by other shops that I couldn't get these due to my strong prescription. Rose Fashion Optical said they could make them for me. I was used to heavy glasses for years due to my strong prescription. This is why I really wanted the frameless eyeglasses. I got them and they have been great! Super lightweight and the fit is wonderful.
    When my prescription changed, I went to another provider that was less expensive. My prescription requires the high density lenses and they can cost me $600+ (lenses only, not frames). This is why I sought out a place where they would cost me a bit less. Unfortunately, the lenses they made were not acceptable at all in terms of how they looked (and this second provider is highly rated on this site). I had them make them again so that they were more in line with what I had gotten at Rose Fashion. Fortunately, the other shop remade them for me at no cost. The other provider probably does a fine job with prescriptions that are not so strong. Mine is usually far stronger than most other people's by about -800 to -1000.
    Service at Rose is fun, friendly and professional. Nancy has been the main person I've worked with. It's a small shop and my interactions with the other staff members were equally pleasant. Shop hours on the weekend are limited to 9-1 on Saturday so one needs to plan accordingly.

    Simply put, they took care of me from the moment I arrived until I left. It was very easy to schedule the service and the DR was great, willing to answer any questions and offered lots of sound advice on taking care of my contacts and the right ones for me without pushing any extras that I did not need.

    I needed to see him urgently. Fortunately, he scheduled me in the same day. He reviewed my case, looked at my eye, and confirmed that I had a corneal ulcer. I had been wearing my contacts 24/7, and he counseled me not to do that anymore. He treated me and asked me to come back. It was just before the holidays and he actually considered his holiday travel schedule and figured out when it would be appropriate for me to come back. Before he left, he put me in touch with his colleague, which I thought was very nice. He chose the right antibiotic, because when I came back, he looked at me, and then he looked at my chart, and his comment was that he couldn’t remember where my ulcer was. Whatever he gave me, it worked really well, because even he couldn’t find the spot. In general, he was always very caring, prompt, and helpful. Everyone in that office was the same way.

    I was pleased with them. My husband and I use them. We both got very thorough eye exams done when we went there. My husband got new glasses; he is very excited about them. He is absolutely thrilled. Overall, they are really good and honest. They are also reasonably priced. They are the place to go. We will use their services again in the future.

    They were very professional and quick. I was in and out of the office within 30 minutes. The doctor said my vision hadn't changed (still 20/20) and gave me tips to keep my eyes healthy. I will definitely go back next year for my next exam.

    She sat down with me because I have an eye problem for which I have been running around for the doctors? office for at least 10 years. None of the doctors could ever help me. Finally, she and her staff assistant were able to help me. I had two prescriptions from two different doctors. I had to sacrifice either the distance or the reading which is the case for most people when they get the progressive lenses. The top is the strong part for reading and the bottom is strong for distance. If you need strong glasses your distance will be strong which means you can?t really see in the distance anymore and it?s very frustrating. She helped me make 2 pair of glasses; one I wear primarily for distance and one primarily for reading and close up work. And no doctor gave a prescription where I could do that. I would not use anybody except her in the future.

    It is easy to get an appointment. Their staff is very helpful, nice and understanding. They are really knowledgable and if you call in advance with a concern they will make sure you see the person who specializes in that area. There are different doctors within the group with different specialities which is very helpful.

    I really like that you see the optometrist for the entire visit aside from the fitting of your lenses. They have the machine that takes a picture of the inside of your eye, so you can see the health of the inside of your eye, which I think is very important.

    I have been seeing him for probably 4 to 5 years now and he is very observant. He diagnosed things that other optometrists failed to identify. He is a good diagnostician and has a really good manner with people. The whole clinic is good and I have had a good experience with them. The staff there was very good at suggesting alternatives of lens and glasses that could save me money. They are very knowledgeable and provide good customer service.
