Only complaint is that the photos of the work done included in my invoice had at least two photos that weren't of my house. The other photos didn't have enough other context for me to be sure that any of the photos were of the actual job done on my property. AHired Ted & co to clean gutters on a 2 story plus our detached garage. Very easy and painless to hire/schedule. He called me back promptly, work was performed within 2 weeks of initial call. He is a fireman, so is quite comfortable and safe on roof. Price was competitive with and slightly below other considered vendors. They do not provide pictures by default, but he did when I asked, and they look good. We had a slight issue where the garage got not done on the first visit -- one email and it was fixed a few days later with zero hassle. Really excellent professionalism there which I appreciated. Would certainly hire again next year.

AThe heat tape was installed on 10/2/20 but I'm just now testing the result with recent snow accumulations. So far so good. I was very happy to work with David Lund. He's very knowledgeable and professional. He answered all my questions and concerns and his installer was top notch. Everything fell together as he projected. He even arranged for a very competent and reasonable electrician to install an outdoor outlet which was needed to complete my job.
