    Out with the old, in with the new...furnace that is! Keith & Ethan from Northstar Service in Esko MN did a stellar job in 3 hours & 40 minutes! My Warranty covers me for LIFE! The City Inspector came & inspected it...���great job���! I���m very thankful! Now I have heat even though the sunshine is pouring in through the windows! Gorgeous day in MN! ���� ������ ���� ���� Thank you Northstar! ���� ��������

    The workers were very professional at all times. They explained the process and answered all questions. They were on time. They cleaned up the mess that was made and hauled everything away. They recycled all parts that could be recycled. The owner of the company was up front with costs of the equipment & labor charges. Informed us of cost changes before proceeding with work if there were changes. We would definitely recommend and use them again.

    We were having an issue with our house not heating up and so I called Jim at Northstar Heating and Cooling. He was super busy but was able to find a  time that worked for both his and our schedule. Jim cam over and listened to what we were dealing with and then asked some questions. Once we were done talking he took the time to look at our whole heating system and figured out that we had a two stage furnace and that it was not installed correctly. After that we talked about some upgrades that we might be wanting to do, he then checked the furnace one more time before he left. I would tell anyone that wants to talk with a very knowledgeable  heating and cooling person Jim would be the one to talk with.

    A bit more expensive than I expected, but really not sure what to expect as far as cost, so....  it's fixed and we're happy.  They were punctual and professional.  We will use them again if needed.  Thanks!

    I called Bruce at Aire Serv at 3:00pm on a Friday and he had a technician in the area who came over at 4:15pm and replaced a bad capacitor by 5:45pm.  And that's after running to a store to get a part!  Tom (technician) was very friendly and informative to a guy like me who knows little about electrical engineering and appliance repair.  I will use again and recommend friends and family to these guys as soon as I am done writing this review!  Very satisfied!

    Contacted four contractors to discuss options for a new furnance and a whole house dehumidifer. One never returned my call.
    Summit wasn't the least expensive but Jeff, the estimator was able to answer all my questions and give me a very good price. Theworkers showed up promptly when they said they would and left the work area clean when they left. Matt M  and his crew did a wonderful job installing the furnance and deumidifier.
    Very professional installational and professional workers. Answered all my calls. Nice to deal with a company. Their warranty is fantastic, they have someone on call 24 hours incase of any issues. The furance and dehumidifer have very high ratings and excellent warranties.

    Dryke Plumbing & Heating Inc
    We scheduled an appointment to have Dryke inspect our plumbing for a leaky drain on a Friday afternoon.  He confirmed the appointment with my wife via text message.  I informed Dryke at the time of scheduling that he would need to be prompt as my wife had to pick up our son after the appointment window closed.  He no showed.  He did not call.  When my wife called him midway through the appointment window, his excuse was that a boiler installation was taking longer than expected.  It seems that even if that was the case, he should have extended the courtesy of a call AND notified us earlier so that we could make other arrangements before the weekend started.

    Ken was punctual and worked with one other person. They were a good team and got the job done as planned. Ken is good at answering questions.  He sells a good product, American Standard, which is essentially the same as a Trane furnace. He includes a 2 year labor warranty , registers the furnace warranty and takes care of the rebates. Exceptional furnace contractor!

    I chose this company because of the price.  You get what you pay for.  Eventually, all the components were installed and working properly, but the service was terrible.  First, they came  on Sept. 23, about 2 hours later than scheduled, and tore apart the old furnace, then left the parts and their tools all over the basement floor.  They did not return for about 2 weeks, did not call, did not say when they were coming back.  After a few phone calls we were told that their installer contracted pneumonia.  Then suddenly, with no warning, someone showed up one day and worked for a few hours, then did no work again for a period of time.  It continued this way for about 4 weeks, with showing up with no notice, or calling to say someone was coming but then no one showed up.  It was a very frustrating experience.!  Finally, after some heated phone calls, they finished the job on October 16.  This was a very bad experience overall, and I would not recommend this company to anyone.  Oh, and one more thing.  On the estimate, it stated that a $250 rebate would be coming from the electric company.  This was never applied for by Bluewater.  When I called them about it, I was told someone would get back to me about it.  No one ever did.  (No surprise there).

    This company is great! I had just moved to the area and really had no idea who to call to repair my furnace when it started making a horrific noise. I looked this company up and I will use them in the future! I called and they scheduled me in the next day, They scheduled me at 1 o'clock, however, they accidentally double booked themselves but they called right away and asked if I could be home at 10 instead. It all ending up working out. He even waited for me to get home because I was going to be a few minutes late. He looked at the furnace and explained what had happened and how to possibly prevent it in the future. He also explained the dimensions of my filter and where I coud get another when it came time to change it. Another co-worker dropped off the part and they were done within an hour. The two gentleman were very friendly and nice. I didn't even have to pay a cent! They just asked me who the person was who owned the house before me and then they said they would do all the paperwork to transfer the warranty...if you ask me that is service!
