    The downstairs heating valve needed replacing. I had something I knew was furnace related and when I showed the repair person it was the item needed, so was able to use something I already had, and the person was honest enough to tell me. I would not have known this. This is an honest company and they do not add extra things you do not need. Response is fast, providers are very professional. We have always had satisfactory service from this company.

    They came out to do an air conditioning tune up but then tried to get us to spend a lot more doing other things. They did not want to do the work for the coupon price. They ended up not doing anything after they came out. It was very disappointing. They were paid for a service they didn't do anything.

    It turned out fine. They seemed pretty quick about it. They got it done. We didn't have any problem with them. The guy put his booties on when he went down to work on the unit. I have no complaints. It was a good price. He seemed to know what he was doing. They were very responsive. They were pretty much on time. The guy seemed pretty professional. I would definitely use them in the future.

    Our central air conditioner broke down on the hottest day of the month.  I contacted Rumpca Services that evening, and by the time I woke up the next morning, I had a reply in my email from Jason and Jeff was out within hours to provide a detailed estimate.  All of the other providers I had contacted for an estimate were days, if not weeks, out from being able to even bid on the job, so I accepted the Rumpca's bid on the spot, which based on my research seemed right in line with what I expected to pay. We scheduled the work for a couple of days later, but because of unexpected circumstances at another job, the crew was able to install the unit at my place the next day.  What I initially expected could take weeks, was wrapped up in less than 48 hours thanks to the great team at Rumpca.  The Lennox air conditioner that they installed is doing a great job cooling the place, and the quality work and the cleanliness of the team exceeded my expectations. Very impressive.

    Service tech dispatched did not know how to work on them. Kept trying things for two hours. Charged me $400 and now one room the heat is over bearing. My zone box is not working so none of the thermostats are registering and will have to shut entire system down. I now need to have someone else come out to get system functioning.

    Nick was great. He arrived on time and walked me through the whole process he was going to do to clean our duct work. I prepared him that I didn't believe the duct lines had ever been cleaned and that there had been alot of remodeling done to our house in the last few years. Once he prepared the lines for cleaning, he agreed they were dirty and offered the option to brush the main and rewritten lines after the high pressure vacuuming of the lines and vents. He also said I may want to consider a furnace cleaning as it is full of sheet rock dust. He informed me of the extra charges and told me to think about it while he cleaned the lines. Knowing how much work had been done to the house I didn't need time to think about it, but it was great that he didn't pressure me into making a decision, that may not have worked for my family and our budget. I'm so happy that I had Twin Cities Furnace Cleaning come out. I can already tell the difference in the quality of air in our home and the fact that I no longer need to diary every other day is a great thing too.

    We used One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning last year since they installed the furnace in 2007 (we bought this home last year). Very happy with work done last year and just as happy this year. Our technician Brett showed up on time, was very polite, and answered all my questions. I was impressed that he wore covers on his shoes too. The area was spotless after he was done too.
    I mentioned I heard a very faint noise over the summer when the fan was running and that our air filter was always dirty every month. He checked the air vent with his camera to see how dirty it was since last cleaned. The vents looked pretty clean but the outside fresh air vent was the culprit to the extra dirt since it was venting directly into the furnace. An easy fix we were told about when we bought the house but were never told it was adding outside dust and dirt into the furnace, just cold air. He also found a piece of paper dating back to 2009 had somehow gotten in the area of the fan which possibly was causing the noise I heard.
    I will definitely continue to use One Hour Heating & Air.

    I purchased a deal for Uptown Heating. I called before I bought it to ensure that my location met the 25 mile restriction. I was told it did so I scheduled the appointment and then bought the Groupon. Today I am expecting them at my home but received a call that they will not honor the groupon because I am 33 miles away. The lady on the phone then told me to get a hold of Groupon for a refund. What poor service from this company. They had no record of my call..but they had the appointment there? They were calling to cancel it?

    Everything went so smoothly.I have two cats the workers did not mine when the cats had to check on the work. However my big cat did startle Mike when he came out of one hiding place in the basement. He just laughed it off and did his work. I had a very enjoyable day off while the workers did all the work. My son came and was very pleased with how everything looked. I could not have asked for anything better.

    I called these folks to get my newly purchased home in ship shape so when we move in everything would be in working order. I called this company and got so confused and upset that I told her to cancel my service call. I am currently not price conscience I want to be able to move in my new home knowing everything is in working order and things are cleaned. I have a 8 month old baby to worry about. I understand she was trying to sell me these packages and doing something one way or another would save me money but it also sounded like I would have a service man come several times to my home. I know I might have to have a different crew to do my duct work cleaning but again she was just crazy. Trying to sell me this VIP package and this package and the guy would come back in the fall to service my furnace. Why couldn't he do it now and save a trip?  I know what I wanted and I wanted to have it all scheduled at one time. What is so hard about that? So I am going with another company lets just say who is less sales pitchy and just gets the job done.
