Park Nicollet Clinic - Carlson Pkwy
lied to by the nurse when calling ahead of time to see if they had an MRI machine (told via the phone they do; then after waiting 2 hours we were told they don't) - lied to about the wait time (waited 2 hours when there was literally 1 person aheadbof us when we arrived); apparently only one doctor on staff and he or she just disappears for hours at a time while the receptionist and nurses then make up reasons for why the doctor can't see them yet. These people are lying scum bags -- i wouldn't trust them to pave my driveway let alone give me any medical advice -- and their arrogant rudeness is simply astounding -- i can't emphasize enough how disgusted I am with prk nicollet overall but especially their minnetonka / carlson parkway office -- if you have any alternative choice for health care, run and don't look back

    Maple Grove Ambulatory Surgery Center
I cannot say enough about the professionalism of this center. Everyone, from the front desk to the nurses, were friendly and respectful. I arrived very early, yet they called for me almost right away and began prepping me for the surgery. The nurses did a very good job of inquiring about my health issues and state of mind and informing me about what to expect with the procedure. Although they are probably not surgery center employees, the anesthesiology staff and my surgeon were also very attentive and thorough with their explanations and precautions. Although they did not collect a co-payment from me, the approximate cost listed below is the co-payment that I expect to owe for the entire procedure.

    Fairview Clinics – Highland Park
My visits have always gone well. The wait time is not too long, considering everyone else there is also coming for after hours urgent care needs. We usually don't sit in the lobby longer than 20 minutes, although that can always vary. The staff is nice and friendly, as are the Drs. The Drs do the best that they can to satisfy and help patients, and I have rarely needed to see my personal Dr after this initial care. It is definitely my preferred clinic to go to or refer if in need.

    Parkway Family Physicians
They give AMAZING care. I have been going there for nearly 30 years and have talked my parents and other family into using them as well. They take however long you want to be sure all of your questions are answered and that you are completely comfortable. Because they are an independent facility, they are more than willing to take as long as necessary to provide any diagnosis and treatment plan. They offer full spectrum family medicine, that is, birth through death care, making them versatile and well versed in a variety of areas.

It's always nice to see a doctor that you know or have some respect for, so that it's not a different doctor every time you go in for a visit. She's really personable.

The associates came out on time, measured the area I needed measured, and gave me an estimate for flooring.

    Regions Hospital
I had a great experience at Regions (as emergency hospital visits and hospital stays go). Everyone from the ER nurse who admitted me to the nurses assistants who took my temperature were courteous, professional and kind. I felt like they kept me informed every step of the way (even when two doctors had a disagreement over my condition). The surgeons and doctors checked on me twice a day (morning and late afternoon). The nurses checked on me every hour or so during the day and were helpful in getting me what I needed. When I did need to call them, they were usually by my bedside within five minutes. Being in the hospital for several days, I got to know some of my nurses pretty well. They'd ask about my family and we'd talk about our kids. Before I left, I made note of as many names of employees as I could. I wrote complimentary letters about each employee (nursing assistants, nurses, doctors, surgeons, interns) and sent them off to the hospital. I was very impressed!

Everything there was good including my relationship with the doctor, communication, results and timeliness. I will use them again in the future.

I should have provided this review a long time ago as I am not new to St. Paul Corner Drug. I have found them to be helpful, responsive, and competitive with the and quot;chainsand quot; who take money from our local economy rather than supporting it like this local pharmacy. Prescriptions are filled promptly and there is always a pharmacist available to answer questions. The soda fountain and five cent coffee are an added attraction. I particularly like that this is a neighborhood business. Also, they are environmentally responsible. It may not change the prescriptions, but I like that the building is solar powered.. At my last visit to a chain, I wasn't even noticed for about ten minutes. I have never had anything but prompt service at St. Paul Corner Drug. I actually pay less for one of my prescriptions than I did at my last corporate pharmacy. I highly recommend them.
