AD S Bahr Construction IncEXCELLENT. This was a $40K re-do of a 20+ year old original-Trex deck plus an add-on Trex deck. (Project's time of year was March, 2020 - think conavirus-19 turmoil and MN March weather. Project management wise, all process steps were efficiently and effectively planned & executed: on-site materials delivery and trash dumpster came as planned, grounds preparation (crew safety, landscaping protection), post-job cleanup. Bahr's 3-person crew arrived every day before 8 am, "rain or shine." They were pleasant, respectful, amicable - i.e., very professional. Bottom Line: Bahr Construction exceeded expectations, and everyone - homeowners, Bahr's employees and David and Miles, the Bahr Construction management team - can be proud of this job. AOutside Spaces disposed of a wood glass railing and installed a new railing with glass and lights. I have dealt with many contractors through many years of business. I found Outdoor Spaces to be one of the best! They did an excellent job. They were unique in designing a special piece for my clothes line holder for support against the railing. They also suggested power coating the clothes line pole and the hummingbird rod. They turned out beautiful and matched the metal on the railing perfectly. The lighting that they suggested and installed is beautiful. I recommend them highly.

ACore Exteriors was very easy to work with. They made a potentially stressful job easy for me. I had my roof replaced, as well as siding and gutters. All work was done on time as promised, even in a material shortage situation. They have great communication as well, and were available for questions and special requests.

AJason was a very professional builder. He spent ample time before the work started to ensure my wife and I were happy with the design and options. Then as the work started Jason had great communication during the build to keep us aware of the progress and tying us into the decisions. During the build we had a few recommend changes and Jason gave us his honest opinion and options on how to move forward. My family and I love the porch and are very happy with the end result. I would do it all over again and would hire Jason again for the job.

DIt didn't. Though Scott came out quickly to review the space to make his bid, the actual bid took many weeks. Then I never heard from him again, even after I signed the agreement. I sent several emails. Nothing. I waited all summer for a project that never happened.

ACan’t say enough good about Brad and Tony. They came over to give us an estimate and immediately put us at ease. The wall we wanted taken down was load bearing and we weren’t sure how complicated it would be. They evaluated the situation and explained what they would do to complete the project safely, to code, and to meet our desired outcome. The day they did the work they were on time, got straight to work, took great care to protect the area around the wall, finished on time and with zero complications. I’d hire them again without hesitation (in fact I’m already thinking about the next project I’d like them to do for us!)

AI purchased a home in New Hope to remodel & sell. Having worked with an architectural firm for 16 years, I looked to them for a contractor recommendation to do the extensive remodeling. Kuechle Construction was the right contractor to do this work. I wasn’t looking to just “flip” the house. I wanted quality finishes and workmanship, which Kuechle Construction delivered on. One thing that was important to me was having the Owner, Kevin Kuechle, be on-site for quality control. The project came in on budget and the timing was perfect, completing the project to coincide with the spring market. The finished product was truly something I was proud to put on the market.
