  Top Dog Cleaning Crew

  Jim arrived well within the 2-hour window & performed carpet cleaning on our stairs, landings, & one bedroom & upholstery cleaning on our living room sectional & chair. He was professional & pleasant to work with. The house feels so much better & the carpet is definitely cleaner & smells fresh. We have a large older dog who causes some ���issues��� with our carpet, but Top Dog did a great job treating the pet stains. The price was higher than the estimate provided over the phone, but this was mostly due to treating the pet stains. This is typical for carpet cleaning companies, it seems. Overall, I was very satisfied with their work. I���ll call them again this summer when it���s time to do the other bedrooms. Crossing this one off my spring cleaning ���to do��� list. :)

  It went wonderfully. When the technician arrived, I told him I'd read complaints about increasing the rates over what was quoted on the phone. I told him to look over the carpet needing cleaning and tell me how much it was going to cost. It was exactly what was quoted. The carpet is over 10 years old, very light in color, and came out looking great!

  After Walker cleaned the carpets they were like brand new, there was NO smell what so ever, the hair and dander was gone and I felt confident in selling our townhouse to the now new owners. They were very happy with the job that walker did as well! We will have him out this fall to do our RV and our House.

  ULTIMATE CARPET & UPHOLSTERY CLEANING

  Carpet cleaned well.  Have used them before with good results.  Recommended them to other people in past, however, this time their professionalism went down the toilet and I will never recommend them again.  Serviced us in Hastings before but this time sent us a "Thank You" note claiming that we are out of their range of 30 miles radius (we are 31 miles from their location) so they can no longer service us.  Something like this needs to be addressed over the phone or in person not via a "Thank You" but no thank you note...  They were recommended to me by our office carpet cleaner who told me in advance we lived to far out which is a very professional way of handling things.

  ZEROREZ��

  They explained to me that the larger stains would come back and they did. I bought my own carpet cleaner and used Oxyclean and the stains are gone. After they did the cleaning the carpets have a weird texture and gross smell to them.

  The workmen, Daniel O. and Bakary J., did a very good job of cleaning the carpet as described above.  They arrived a little earlier than stated appointment time.  I had asked the customer service person who set the appointment if worker moved furniture, if there were any associated fees or if there was anything else at all that I should know about.  I was told the service person would move furniture, no fees other than service fees (i.e., travel fee) and got the cost rundown on number of rooms to be cleaned and pricing for applying Supershield.  Decided on above only.  No mention of not moving electronics (wheeled treadmill) or of hooking up to my water supply for cleaning purposes.  Was put out by both and let workmen know this; they asked if I wanted to continue with the service.  I picked Stanley Steemer mainly because company states it will move furniture; I have a bad back that I can easily throw out if not careful.  I decided to get the work done. Luckily, sister was over & helped move it; back sore afterwards.  No booties worn over shoes; is this normal for carpet cleaning?  Both gentlemen were very conscientious; they went back over some stained spots that needed more than a once over.  Only thing missed was putting protective layer under two couch legs; no issue noted on this after carpet dried.  Again, they did a good job.  I did think the service was on the pricey side for the area (sq. footage) cleaned.  My only other beef is I want all needed information; I ask a lot of questions before deciding on any service because of limited time, funds and no confusion at date of service.  It's my "line in the sand."

  Dave's Master Floor Care

  He did a great job cleaning the carpets.  He is very knowledgeable.  He didn't try to upsale at all.  I requested an add on of the loveseat.  He did an excellent job cleaning that.  He specifically showed me the tiny spots he was unable to get out of the carpet.  I knew what they were and I wasn't expecting them to come out.  He was very fast and the carpets and the loveseat were dry by the next day.  The carpet in my bedroom is softer than it was when I bought the house.  It was built in December 2005.  I moved in March 2010.  Great job.  Especially with the kids stains.  All of it's gone.

  Spiess Carpet Cleaning

  One person arrived on time, was done within 2.5 hours. After he left discovered dark spot in bedroom carpet it was clumps of dog fur that were not extracted. Put fan on area to dry vacuumed up two canisters of fur. Carpet was very wet still 8 hours later. Could not place furniture back in rooms. Was told would take only 6-7 hours to dry. 9.5 hours later still have fans running in every room in the house as carpet still wet. Can still see spots where carpet was soaked as still wet.

  I was overall very pleased with both the carpet cleaning and move in cleaning that Qualico did for us. All of the staff members were hard workers and took their time to do the job right. We had purchased a foreclosure, so there was plenty of cleaning to do and I was really impressed with how some of the carpet turned out. We had thought we maybe had to replace some of the carpet immediately, but because of the great cleaning, we may be able to get by a bit longer. We were a bit disappointed with a residue that was left on the carpet. This residue seemed to burn our feet a bit and felt awkward. We have our own cleaner and went over it again and have had no problem. With this being said, I would still highly recommend this great company.

  We were very satisfied with the stain removal. Our carpet looks like new and there is no trace of the stains. Dave was very helpful in answering questions, moving furniture, protecting furniture and other areas of our home during the cleaning process, and providing finishing instructions. We're impressed with the courteous and friendly treatment we received, and consider Professional a service provider we can trust in our home. Carpet dried very quickly (within a few hours), and continues to look very good. Incredible to have that year-old wine stain from our Christmas party actually disappear before our eyes ~ Wow! Thanks Professional!!
