    LasikPlus Vision Center
The whole staff was amazing. You never know what you can't see, when you can't see. I could only see 3 feet in front me before Dr. Awad corrected my vision. Follow up appointment today. Excited to take a vision test for the first time in my life.

    Complete Family Eyecare
Dr. Reinders is great! He listened to all of my questions, and took the time to answer them in a way I could understand. I bought glasses after my visit , they have a large selection of frames, and the staff is very helpful in picking out new glasses. I will definitely return for my annual appointment next year. Thank you Dr. Reinders for the excellent care I received from you and your entire staff. By the way, your new office in Prior Lake is beautiful.

The staff and doctor were so friendly and professional. I was educated on my eye health every step of the way. It was a great experience. Love the new state of the art location.

    Highland Family Eye Care
I've used various optometrists including the large "in one hour" shops. Once I started with Dr. Snyder, I've never been anywhere else. He listens to my concerns, understands my needs and provides the perfect solutions. The office is friendly and remember me from year-to-year. Highly recommended.

St. Paul Eye Clinic, P.A. (Roseville)
Horrible experience. My experience with this clinic and Dr.Tsai is absolutely the worst experience and decision of my life. I received laser iridotomy on both of my eyes - the same day. I was in my 40's when I had the procedure by Dr. Tsai. I was given zero information about any possible complications. The informed consent they have you sign for this procedure is literally blank and Dr. Tsai told me there were zero possible complications, other than immediate and short term headache and a rise in pressure. I am going on two years of severe - absolutely terrible visual disturbances due to this procedure. Had I known the possible implications, never ever would I have had this procedure at my young age. My life has changed forever and dramatically. The clinic has referred be to a corneal tattoo specialist who fixes these known problems. That procedure has complications. The procedure is expensive and in North Carolina and would take 4 + trips there - all at my out of pocket expense. Dr. Tsai admits he offered me absolutely no information of possible implications and attempted to tell me he had never heard of this side effect. Looking at other clinics and receiving other opinions, it is a all too common outcome from laser iridotomy. Sometimes it is only short-lived, other times it is for life. I highly recommend insisting on all relevant information regarding this procedure and possible complications (get it in writing), have only one eye done at a time just in case, and determine if visual disturbances for life are worth the risk or can you continue being monitored/seek other treatments. This clinic / Dr. Tsai was negligent in providing me with adequate information and helping me with the detrimental visual complications I am left with. My life is forever changed.

    MEAD EyeCare & EyeWear
Went and after several weeks of loosing my frames and having issue after issue weeks went by and no glasses. Was told I could get a free pair for my troubles but ended up canceling everything because I could never get my frames. Also every time I had to call them for an update as well. Was told the place they use to cut the lenses looses frames 2 out of 10 people. 20% is bad for business. Got a full refund and getting my glasses elsewhere for now on.

    Grosser, Dr. Steven J
Significantly better results than expected, and no pain!. Hardly even need my reading glasses anymore. Dr. Grosser did one eye first, and wasn't going to do the second one. It turned out so well, I insisted he do the second eye as well. I couldn't be happier. The cost was a little painful, but I shopped around and they very competitive with both PNMC and NW Eye Clinic.

    Kennedy Eye Associates/ Roseville Opticians
Excellent service. Everyone in Kennedy Eye Associates was courteous and professional. Dr. Lee Schneider saw me and did a superb job assessing eye health, including screenings for glaucoma, cataracts and macular degeneration. They knew exactly which frames would be covered by my insurance and the friendly staff at Roseville Opticians helped me find great frames in my price range. The prescription for driving glasses was perfect! The first time I put them on for driving I was astonished at how much more clearly I could see street names from quite a distance. The office decor is a little dated, but all the equipment, all of the staff and the care was first-rate...and that's really why I'm there anyway! I have found my new eye care team and recommend them quite highly.
