the service technician arrived 45 minutes . I called to inquire about the whereabouts at 40 minutes late. left voicemail. owner called me back and said I was lucky they showed up at all...that I should be grateful...then hung up on me. The owner was rude and the service technician should have called me to me they were running late I will not be doing business with them again.

Very well. Job was performed on time, within scope, they spent time with us dialing in the system and putting the sprinkler heads exactly where we wanted them. At times, the team coached us into proper placement.

My husband had already turned on the water so they just had to check each station to make sure the sprinkler head was working and covering the correct area. They did that and replaced 3 or 4 sprinkler heads that they could not get moving or were very old. They checked with me and explained everything before doing any repairs.
