AMORK WELL CO INCIThe price I paid was slightly higher because of the distance they had to travel (over 60 miles). However, they were professional, knowledgeable and prompt. The tech spent a lot of time looking at other systems in the house and gave me advise as to living with a well and septic system as this was all new to me. I had the tech come out again a few months later to repair a cracked sewer line. The price was inexpensive which surprised me. I have nothing but good things to say about this company. I would utilize their services again without question. The price I quoted for both services is an approximation as I can't remember the exact numbers. ARENNER EXCAVATINGRick and Jody did an excellent job. They always showed up on time or early and did exactly what they said they would do. They work hard and are a joy to work with. It is rare these days to find such professionalism . Rick fit us in to his busy schedule to put in our new septic system and we appreciate his work so much.He installed the new system and dug up the 2 old tanks, arranged for the inspector to give us a certificate of certification right away and he left the lawn area smooth and well covered. It is expensive, involves tearing up your property and there are building code considerations. Bemidji Sewer and Water Works made it about as simple as possible. They tested our soil, designed a system and took care of all code approvals and permits.The bulk of the project was completed in one day. AGary Meyer Septic Inspector & Designer SystemWe called Gary and he got back to us on a time and date to come out and evaluate the site. When he came out, he took soil samples, water samples, boering tests to find the best possible location for our septic, he hand dug the man holes to our septic and did a full inspection of our current system, he contacted a company to have the tank emptied so he could get a good look at the whole tank, He talked to us about the locations of our trees and garden, and where we have standing water in our yard. He designed a new septic system and sent copys of the design to the installers of our choice. He also sent a copy to the county for us. He spent about 3 hours at our house from start to finish, and handled all the installers questions, along with making copys of the design and getting it to the people we chose.- Jennifer H.

They were professional, fast, and they provided suggestions that I found to be incredibly valuable. ACASS COUNTY CONSTRUCTIONA new septic system was needed in the property I was purchasing because the current system was not in compliance. Dan was able to take on the project and complete it very promptly. we did not have to delay our closing date because Dan was able to complete the work and have it inspected by the county in time. Dan did not damage the driveway or lawn while completing the project. Also he installed the new system in a location that does not interfere with our enjoyment of the yard or appearance of the property. ASERVICE MASTER CLEANCalled on Thursday afternoon after the problem was discovered and they were there with a crew of three the next morning and complete cleaned, disinfected, and moved all the personal property out of the contaminated area. Cleaned entire area and adjacent room, including removal of damage carpet, tile and more. Their prompt attention and professional organization at a time of extreme stress made the whole episode bearable. I cannot say enough positives about how they handled the work. FDelta Van Lines was a terrible experience. They are brokers and don't let them tell you differently. My sales person, Natalie, was quite nice until I started having problems. Then she would not return my calls. She promised me that they used their own trucks and drivers ( except upon rare occasion ) . Not true. My pick up was "Big Boy Moving." Four guys in which one was on the phone the entire time, one was skyping in the bedroom with the doors closed and the other two were working. The head guy immediately told me there would be an extra $300 for a long haul and $150 for a bulk shipment. I had told Natalie the elevator was right there next to the loading dock at my apartment. She said no problem, no long haul charge. The bulk charge, I never did understand and they really couldn't explain it . When I called Natalie while this guy was trying to collect this money, she said and I quote "Well I will never use them again.". She said she would call me back and that's the last I heard from her. I was stuck. I ended up calling Big Boy Movers and they had no answers either. Before the movers were done, they came right out and asked me for a tip. Of course I gave it to them, they had my stuff. But they literally asked me. This was the most unprofessional experience I have had moving. I have written an email to the manager Joshban Molina who has never responded. Natalie stopped communicating the minute she had my money. The only good thing that happened was that they were on time. I do not recommend this company at all. Besides the rudeness of the actual movers, there was no support from the company I had hired, Delta Van Lines. They could have cared less.

AShepard helped us determine how much fill we would need to prevent water in our new building. ?At the same time as they did the site prep for the building they also did the install of the tank for our new privy. ?They worked quickly and their pricing was the best we could find in the area. ?Shepard was recommended to us by our neighbor as well as the septic designer we used for the project.
