AUSA Family MovingUSA Family Moving helped me move a few weeks ago. Here is a moving company that really outperformed all my expectations. Their quote was quite low which made me doubt their capabilities. But I was very surprised by the level of professionalism displayed by the movers. They showed up early on the moving day which almost never happens. All four men were very experienced and it showed in the way they worked. The whole packing and loading process was completed very quickly. All my valuables were delivered on time and in the exact condition they were taken from my old house. AUSA Family MovingThe quality of my recent move with USA Family Moving was great- what I liked the most was that it’s cheaper plus I had extra luggage and when they were packing all the belongings, I mentioned about the extra luggage and they didn’t charge me extra for that. For me, the price was reasonable. The movers were on-time and extremely professional, friendly and honest. Packing was done to my satisfaction. I received all the services that I requested. The movers were three young gentlemen who were fast but extremely careful with my items. I have a lot of older heavy furniture and they were able to get everything moved without damage. They wrapped the furniture carefully to protect the pieces from getting wet. They were fast, efficient and friendly. The price for the move was reasonable. AMarrins Moving Systems LTDWe hired a different company originally who decided not to show up on the moving day. I have come to realize it’s such a common occurrence especially if you hire low ended companies with little to no reputation to uphold. In a rush, I called Marrins Moving Systems, who has a great reputation in the market. They quoted a very low price and I was wondering why I hadn’t hired them in the first place. Their performance was so professional. The movers were punctual, efficient and strong. They were so helpful and polite. AThey were fantastic. Went above and beyond what we expected. The estimate process was individual, accurate, and complete. Options were available to add boxes to the furniture if we desired. The move came off without a hitch. Done in very good time. Pete was the main contact, came right on time, and did exactly what he said he would do. The crew working with him for the actual move were polite, friendly and worked hard. They took beds apart and put them back together at the new place. There were no surprises.

AThey did such an amazing job with the move. The movers were so friendly and professional. Before the move, they went out of their way to fit me into a hectic last minute change up as I had to attend a loved ones funeral and plans changed. Then again, on the day of the move they were flexible as the apartment I was moving into last minute had to install new carpets and they went out of their way to push back the time for me. Their flexibility made a very stressful situation less so for me and my family and their overall friendliness meant a lot. I wish more businesses were as human and operated the way they do. Their prices are fair as well and they got the job done quickly. I highly recommend this company.

FBait and Switch! I've never worked with a company so alluring and dishonest IN MY LIFE! Prior to loading day we had a $6,600 quote that was updated to a $10,500 quote only to have the truck and packers show up and increase our total to $20,000!!!!!!! We had packed everything but the furniture! The trucking company representative from Roadrunner (Polaris Moving is the parent company) said she was now our contact. She "fired Moving APT!!!" We are now in week 10 post moving to WI and our belongings are STILL NOT HERE!!! Roadrunner has taken our goods hostage forcing us to get a lawyer!! I will NEVER use Angie's List or a broker again!! This has been nothing short of a nightmare!

AAwesome, stress free experience. Royce and his partner Jake (?) were outstanding. When our truck load was 160 lbs over the truck's weight limit of 8,500 lbs, they removed their spare tools and equipment and drove the 890 miles with no more than 1/2 their fuel load to stay underweight. Nothing damaged and they were so helpful in getting all our furniture and boxes into the right places. Protected walls and floors and disassembled and reassembled beds and tables without issues. Outstanding and would hire them again. Thank you!

ANichole was wonderful. This was a sad story of a friend going through a crisis who decided to drive the Honda Accord we'd lent him for local Seattle errands to Amarillo Texas. Our friend is now back safe and recovering with his family on the east coast, but we had to get our Honda back from the Amarillo towing yard where the police had left it after taking our friend to the hospital. So we called Angie's List, which listed Hilton Auto Transport as highly rated (thank you Angie's List). Nichole was wonderful: prompt, good price, and just the nicest person to deal with. Two days later the car was on its way, and we picked it up in Seattle yesterday. I'd recommend her to anyone.
