I was told everything looked good. No attempt to follow-up with any helpful info. My attempt to find out what the next step would be was met with hostility. "You can ask for help. Our job is to tell you, no."

I personally like my dermatologist. He is thorough and professional. He is good at what he does. He has a good bedside manner. I have no complaints. His nurse is friendly and professional. I had no bad experience at all.

They did exactly what they said they were going to and everything turned out the way they said it would turn out. We went to see the doctor and they did an examination of her eyes, they said she was on the edge of whether it would help or not because her condition was so bad but they said they could fix it dramatically. We elected to have the surgery and in about 2 months they corrected to 20/20. They have been stable and good ever since.

My father had good service there except this last time.  When he left, he couldn't eat solid foods, they tied him up, due to his alzheimer's disease.  My father and husband went to the emergency room and had different experiences.  The nurses would walk up to us and ignore us, but, some of them were nice.  The doctors that worked different shifts had different bedside manners.  My father had a C experience and my husband had an A experience.

The classes were great, the labor and delivery team were great, the doctors were great, and the accomodations were great. We were very happy to have chosen North Memorial- Robbinsdale location for one of the greatest experiences of our lives, made all the more enjoyable by the great care and thoughtfulness of North Memorial staff. In addition to the great care provided, we received a ton of 'freebies' from the hospital, including hand-knit hat, blanket, etc., and even got a thank you card in the mail signed by all of the staff that were involved with our labor/delivery a week or two later!

They are so large that they can take care of just about anything.  I go there for every doctor I have.  Their urgent care is in that facility so all the staff and the doctors that they have on the staff are available.  I have asthma and it can get dangerous so it is a relief that they are there.

We have no issues with them. I'm going there tomorrow and I'm expecting they'll have me in once every week or so. They are friendly, flexible and convenient. We've never had an issue. They are willing to work with you based on your health needs. We have recommended them to other people who have liked them so much. We've never had a problem getting in there.

The doctor did an outstanding job.  After the surgery the doctor then sent me to a plastic surgery and he fixed the quarter size area where my melanoma was.  I've gone to Park Nicollet for 20 years.  By and large they have a very good practice.

The staff varies.  For example, I saw a podiatrist there awhile back who I'd give an F.  I went to him for a year because of a toe fungus.  He gave me medicine that wasn't working and finally after a year he just gave up.  Later on, I went to work for another company that is in the healthcare industry and I happened to be looking through a list of counter medicines that cancel each other out.  I was taking them so that's why it wouldn't work.  He had prescribed one of the medicines.  And he had all of my medical records so he should've been able to deduce that my blood pressure medicine was the reason the medicine he prescribed wasn't working.  That is something that a medical professional should be highly aware of.

The doctor that performed the surgery on my melanoma though was great.  If it wasn't for the podiatrist I might give my overall grade an A.

We have been going to them for years and years. We like them very much and will continue to use them. My husband and I are regular customers. The office staff is fine. I have no complaints. Parking is a bit of a problem. It's too busy.

Both episodes involved spouse over age 60 who runs and bikes - did 30 miles of 2009 Bike Ironman. Episode yesterday ( weekend so no doctor's office open ) involved no chest pain or one-sided neuro symptoms ( a worry at this age ), no fever, a little N & V and extreme dizziness ( broke the rocking chair spindle when trying to "catch self" to prevent a fall ). Was triaged, examined, had blood work and MRI ( which found nothing abnormal ), was diagnosed and treated with medication and sent home with a prescription, all within 2.5 hrs. Doctors, nurses and ancillary staff all very thorough, caring and professional. ER easy to drive up to for drop off ( parking available a block away ), facility clean, well organized and supplied. Episode a year ago involved a bee sting on the wrist with swelling that encircled arm and continued 48 hrs later to progress up arm to between elbow and shoulder with no pain ( spouse had been out of town and it was now the weekend ). Once again service was quick, caring, competent and professional. Spouse was triaged, examined, and treatment with IV antibiotic begun and swelling had started receding all before spouse's own physician arrived to do the admission ( apparently standard procedure ) to inpatient area to continue the IV antibiotic for 24 hrs. Discharged next day.
