    I brought the truck in with a radiator leak that was causing difficulty.  After looking at the problem, they indicated they would replace the plastic tanks on the radiator but suggested a more permanent fix would be to put in a metal radiator that would not wear out as quickly.  This truck receives heavy use.  They ordered the radiator and had the repair done within two days.  The repair was done very well.  No problems.

    I went to the store to purchase new tires because I had one that had a slow leak and I figured they were bad. The tech examined the tires and said I didn't need new ones yet. He was able to fix the leak and all has been well.

    NP, easy as always, they take supreme care of their customers. Nice lounge to wait in, visit with others. Or visit with sales people. They are all so very friendly. The name Quality is very appropriate for this dealership. I have never had a bad or less than expected service. They are always non top of all, and offer smart suggestions for other maintenance that may be required. Still never pushy either!

    Quality Toyota's body shop went above and beyond anyone's expectation with their service. I struggled with how to fix this loose arm rest on drivers side. Odd this to have happen too. It was not a separate part of a inside of door panel rather it was part of the whole inside panel of door, fastened with various pegs. I took the panel off myself to see what was what. To replace this panel was about $500, ouch that was not an option to resolve this! I talked with their body shop, showed them the panel and how a peg to fasten the arm rest was broke. It was not an easy fix for me and not possible to simple replace this peg. The body shop said, they could glue something into to make it work, it has now been year and the repair made is solid. I am guessing at the cost, it was not much, likely less than $50. A lot of body shops would not be willing to repair something like this, rather force you to buy new parts. This set them above others, with a willingness to be creative and make this repair. Also, always very friendly people to deal with there!

    This is the 3rd time I bought a new car at Quality Toyota since 2003. Each experience has been easy and comfortable. No Pressure, they lay out the numbers and you chat. Is like chatting with a friend! They price their autos fair, and generally discount below sticker, with the expectation there is no negotiating on the price. You can negotiate on other things like a trade value. it is never a heated negotiation at ever. Just friendly. Fill out a short form of personal income etc. and financing is done so easy. Only first car I bought did I need to bring in proof of income, they work on a trusted relationship as you can prove that. There is no hard sales of special warranties or services, just a discussion of what is available, no pressure. This, plus a Quality service area and other services like body shop are reasons I always buy my cars from Quality Toyota. You are not lost in a hodge podge of various people to complete the task as in a real large dealership. They could add Friendly to their name as it really applies!

    I have a 94 Ford F150 that needed some repair work, while visiting a local parts house to get prices I asked if they knew someone who could do the work. I was referred to Chris. Also it was mentioned that his business had burned to the ground in the last year and he was starting over, it appealed to me to throw business his way given his hard times, but I also obtained several estimates from others and found Chris's to be the lowest. Although he eventually came in over estimate it was still lower than others. Chris is a good guy, fair priced, does good work and I believe him to be honest. I would reccommend him and do.

    i bought a truck from them and right away the serpentine belt was bad they tried to play it off but i wanted it changed. they reluctantly did it and then about 4 days later the fuel pump went out on the truck and i had to spend $880.00 to get it fixed and i called them and he said that they had to put $500 dollars into my trade in (they still got over $900 profit) so he didn't want to hear about it and hung up on me. i would advise staying away from that place they will do what they can to screw you over.
