AHeating & Cooling Two IncBill gave us the bid and answered all our questions. He was very knowledgeable and inspired our confidence. The bid was very competitive. We picked this company because our general contractor thought highly of them and we thought the price was fair. Our greatest consideration is the quality and the reliability of the product and its installation. The installers, Jared and Justin did a great job. They also were very professional and anticipated all the possible variables to consider when placing the heating/cooling heads. They arrived just when they said they would. The installation took almost three full days. My wife commented when they left that she could see the value we received for the money we paid.- John R.

CGiza Plumbing And HeatingDid not get what I wanted, Told them over phone that i wanted a two handle faucet when they installed the sink it had a single lever, plus the inside dimensions was smaller than old sink. After they installed there was a leak they came out and fixed the leak which is good, but they charged me for returning to fix leak. I feel like they have grossly over charged for job. The person who came arrived 1 hour late, in a small car, and the only tool he had was a screw driver. He said he was learning and didn’t know anything about April Air. He tightened a pipe and said all is good. We had water on the floor again the next day. I put in a call to Jeremy at JD heating. That call was NEVER returned. Fortunately he did not send a bill. We would not have paid it anyway. This company was totally unprepared, not knowledgeable and unprofessional. DO NOT PATRONIZE.- Connie T.

AWork was done quickly and carefully. They cut the large steel tank into three pieces and carefully removed them up the stairs and out of the house. We then waited for the city inspector, who approved the job. In Minneapolis 2 different permits are required to do this work. They took care of all that. Job site was cleaned up afterwards.

AAwesome, stress free experience. Royce and his partner Jake (?) were outstanding. When our truck load was 160 lbs over the truck's weight limit of 8,500 lbs, they removed their spare tools and equipment and drove the 890 miles with no more than 1/2 their fuel load to stay underweight. Nothing damaged and they were so helpful in getting all our furniture and boxes into the right places. Protected walls and floors and disassembled and reassembled beds and tables without issues. Outstanding and would hire them again. Thank you!

DAfter water was running into the house due to ice dams they were able to come out the next day and get the water to stop comming inside. Thats the good. The bad is we were gouged to the tune of one thousand dollars for two hours worth of work. They did very little to clear the eves off, they still had a heavy sheet of ice. Its a week later and dams are back. They tried charging even more saying they worked longer than they did. Id say we payed 5x the value for 2/3 job.

Bwhen tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great
