    Sales staff came to our home on time, and were well prepared to answer questions regarding windows and product offerings. Demonstrations of product construction and tradeoffs between products offered for our consideration. We were given contact information for home office personnel, in the event that issues arose, and problem escalation was necessary. Happily, this was never needed. The installer came at the appointed time a few days later to verify final measurements and was very courteous and professional. The custom windows arrived about one week earlier than originally estimated. Installation was performed flawlessly, with the crew being on time, very courteous and respectful, and they removed all debris and old windows. They estimated an arrival time of 830 am, with projected completion by 3 p.m. of the same day, and that is exactly how it played out. We could not be happier with either the products, services or the professionalism of the Budget Interiors staff. We highly recommend that you consider their services for window replacement.

    Most everything was covered prior to starting Jim explained what the jobsite would look like during the process where the dumpster for old material would be placed, when it would be picked up, the Crews went around several times during each day picking up miscellaneous debris and making sure that my property didn't look a mess during the construction phase!

    The crews were friendly and respectfully to my family, any updates that were needed or unforeseen repairs were brought to my attention through Jim or his supervisor Aaron by telephone or brought them to my attention face-to-face if I was on the property.

    I was initially referred to all American Restoration by a friend who had work successfully completed by them.
    He said: " Call Jim Thurman, he will take care of everything, you can go to work, go fishing and take your kids to hockey....!"

    The most valuable piece of information that I gleaned from this process, was that I should update my insurance coverage and potentially look at making some updates to my policy that I was unaware of .

    Jim, and all American Restorations knowledge of the insurance process and How claims are settled was invaluable to my situation

    I called on 12/22/2014 to ask where those windows were. Judy was on vacation, so no one could help me and I left her a message. Did not hear anything. I called on 1/5/2015. She did call me back. No record of the windows so they were re-ordered. Windows came in on 2/22/2015. I was able to finally be home for installation on 4/6/2015. The 2 crank out windows were too big. I asked how that could happen. Dave told me everything is computer generated. He left them in and I re-ordered with Judy that afternoon. I am still waiting for them. Luckily he did not charge me the fee for that day. As far as I am concerned they don't need to charge me at all when they do arrive. What does that say for Lindsey windows and Custom Remodelers for QUALITY CONTROl!? The windows are not what they say they are. They are drafty and not sealed tight in the installation. I would never recommend the windows or company to anyone!

    The whole process was very smooth from the salesman Marty who came to measure and share information/ quote to the actual installation.  This is an older townhome and I had ice dams on the roof. Installation of the insulation was completed and clean up was good. The biggest benefit is that now the townhome stays cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. Why didn't I do this sooner?

Initially when I called Zen Windows, I left a voicemail and Steve called back within an hour. He asked me some questions and emailed me a quote a couple minutes later. I am looking forward to having the windows installed.

    Steve and Lisa were both very prompt, professional and pleasant in their interactions with me. I was in a bit of a time crunch with the trim repair as I was selling my rental home, they were able to squeeze me in a day after I requested they complete the work. Crew members for both jobs I had completed were great to speak with and did a nice job. When the next storm rolls through our area, I will be contacting them to complete the work.

    Pella Windows and Doors
    On Nov. 4, 2013 we ordered a patio door from Pella Windows and Doors, 7101 France Ave, S., Edina, MN. The salesman came to our home.

    December 10, 2013, the patio door was installed by a very professional two man team.

    Three hours after the installers left the inner door with the blind shattered.

    Now the lack of customer service comes through.

    We called the 'project coordinator' and left a voice mail message. Waited 30 minutes and called again. Left voice mail message again.

    Called the salesman who sold us the door. He said he would have someone contact us.

    Received a phone call from the installation manager who said he would come out. He appraised the situation and said he had only seen this once before in 11 years and it was most likely cracked before installation. He cleaned up the glass, took out the frame and said he would call the office on his way back and have them order a new window for installation before Christmas.

    December 13 we receive a call from Ms. S. who informs us the window is in and will be installed Jan. 7, 2014. When we explained we had been promised installation before Christmas she said she would check on that.

    December 16 Mr. N. calls to set up an installation date of Jan,. 8, 2014. When we told him we had been promised installation before Christmas he said he did not know anything about that that the install date is Jan. 8, 2014.

    December 16 called Pella Windows headquarters ion Pella Iowa. Spoke to Customer Service. Explained the entire problem from the beginning. Ms. M. said this would go her supervisor for handling.

    December 19, three days later Supervisor Ms. S. calls. Explain the whole story again. Said she would call back.


    December 24, send a letter via FedEx to Elaine Sagers, VP Marketing and Customer Support.

    NO communications form Pella whatsoever.

    Now we wait four weeks for installation of a replacement window that was promised before Christmas.
