Everything generally went very good. The first two weeks of the project tremendous progress was made. There was a "bit of a lull" in progress once most of the work was done waiting for one of the sub-contractors to schedule their part of the project but this was understandable given the fact that our contractor did not have direct control over the sub-contractor. Kraftmaster Restoration finished our garage including insulation, sheet rock, gas heating, epoxy floor, electrical and painting. We are very satisfied with the outcome. Rick and his staff perform excellent work and communicate their schedule for our project on a daily basis. We would recommend Kraftmaster Restoration to anyone who asks.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK
Contracted to do roof replacement, gutter replacement from hail damage. Did a nice job. Good workers, cleaned up well, etc. Still waiting on deck finish, etc. Will probably have to call to follow up, as I haven't heard from them regarding the remainder of the work. Would grade them down a bit on that - but the quality of the work was excellent, and they did show up to work when they said they would.

We hired Chad Ricksham and his company, KraftMasters Restoration LLC from Elk River, to update our house. The project included all new windows and vinyl siding on the house and on two garages plus cultured stone trim and new entry and patio doors on the house. The work resulted in a very well constructed cabin shell. The advice, workmanship, and quality of the work were excellent. It's been 5 years since it's been built.
