Such a high quality job!!! Thank you so much. Would recommend to anyone!
Helped me layout a tile design. Got all the material and worked very clean during the process. Friendly and quick crew. Will use Russ again for future work.

Terrible. I had to buy another mantle and have it shipped at my expense. Over $1,000. The manufacturer was good enough to replace it at a steep discount even though the warranty was voided because they did not follow the installation instructions. I talked to Howard Homes and they said they would re-install for $2,500. I was willing to eat the cost of the replacement mantle if they ate the re-install. They were clearly at fault and they refused to back up their work. $75,000 project and they don't back up their work. If you are considering using this contractor, turn and run as fast as you can. If there is a problem, it will be your problem--not theirs. Not sure how they are still in business.

Randy was great! Any job of this magnitude has its bumps along the way, but Randy handled them well and was always fair and professional. We have a large family -- 15 people in the house, two of whom are wheelchair dependent -- and Randy really worked with us to make this project go as smoothly as possible. He and his subs were all great with the kids -- very friendly and they enjoyed teaching my curious boys about what they were doing. Our addition included adding an elevator, which was a new challenge for him, and it went very well. We entertain frequently, and we've had many people comment that they couldn't tell we've added on because it flows so well.
Living in the middle of a major construction project with a large family is a formidable adventure, but I think what made this experience an exciting memory and not a nightmare was Randy. He listened to what we wanted, coordinated work so that we didn't have any long gaps with nothing happening, frequently checked on progress at our house, did some of the work himself, and hired family-friendly subs for the rest. Most importantly, he's polite, yet assertive, when dealing with city inspectors and subs, but he has a friendly, relaxed temperament that makes him easy to have around. I've recommended him to family and friends and would definitely hire him again.

It's not often that realization meets expectation. I was lucky enough to experience this when I engaged Steve Kolbinger of Kolbinger Construction Services. My house was damaged by water to the tune of $20K. Water started in the 2nd floor bathroom destroyed the living room, laundry rom and downstairs exercise room.
Steve and his crew took their time and were methodical about the repairs. Steve even pulled a full strings to get an bathroom vanity 's construction expedited from the cabinet maker.
Steve constantly consulted during the reconstruction process and the results, thanks to an incredible attention to detail, are a house better than it was before the disaster.
So, the bottom line that everyone on this list wants to know is: Would you use this contractor again? The answer is a most enthusiastic "YES".

    KraftMasters Restoration LLC
The work resulted in a very well constructed cabin shell.  The advice, workmanship, and quality of the work were excellent.  It's been 5 years since it's been built.  What I was most impressed with was the additional effort put into making the foundation footing and framework extra stout.  Based on building frame models, the material was not required to be as thick as KraftMasters installed.  After installation, I used some local contractors up in the area it was built (Brainerd area), and I've asked KraftMasters for advice several times.  It is clear that KraftMasters is focused on the highest quality work.  Based on the advice, I've known what to expect, and what to ask when getting work done.  If I were building a home, I would definitely use them as the contractor, since there is such a wealth of knowledge with regard to all aspects of home construction, with a high emphasis on quality.  I can't say enough.  I was very happy with KraftMaster's work.

    Premier Home Improvement LLC
Very, very, well. I struggled with my insurance provider. All my neighbors had their roofs and siding replaced, yet I did not. After talking with the out-of-state adjuster, I was offered no coverage. When Premier took over, they handled the adjusters and insurance end and delivered results. My house siding and roof turned out to be an excellent replace and repair job!

Doug was very easy to work with, he communicated with me on a daily basis as to the progress of the basement project. Through out the process, I wanted to make a few changes in the bathroom, Doug was very agreeable with my request to change the plan and even made other recommendations from his 15 years of experience. I was very impressed and I couldn't be happier with the quality of work that was done.
