    Timberland Exteriors Inc
We did a major house project with Timberland Exteriors (replaced siding, doors and many windows) We have never done a large scale project like this and it was scary to think about spending that kind of money. We could not have had a better experience from beginning to end. Paul is so knowledgeable, low key, has a great sense of humor and was great to work with. He has lots of experience, good ideas and a great computer program that allows you to see what different doors, siding colors and window styles will look like on your home. He set us up on a group text between Paul, the project manager Gary and my husband and I. Their communication was amazing-always prompt and any concerns we had were immediately addressed. Phone calls and emails were also responded to quickly. The crews that worked on our house (different crew for windows and doors and another for siding) were friendly, conscientious and had an amazing attention to detail. We are thrilled with how everything turned out and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Timberland Exteriors for your next house project.

    Craftsmen Home Improvements Inc
In beginning of June, we paid our deposit and then found out that the plan was to install siding in September. We asked if there was a possibility to move that timing up and they were able to squeeze us in mid-July. Was super excited but then received an email about a week before we thought the siding project would start asking if we wanted the outer corners to match the color we had selected and if so, there was an upcharge and that "non-stock colors" were running about 45 days to order so they would need to push back the date by 45 days. This was never discussed during the sales process. I expressed my concern and Joni was able to locate the outer corners and adjust the schedule to start in end of July and agreed to cover the "upcharge" since this was something new to her as well. Then, she told us that we need to pick soffit/fascia colors, but that anything other than white would require a week or two delay. But then she called back and said she was able to pull some strings and find the color we had requested. So, lots and back and forth about dates. We also had a mason scheduled to come after the siding install so we had to communicate all these changes with him. it was a bit frustrating with all the date changes. Seems like things that CHI should already be aware of and should know to prep the customers upfront and let them know the dependencies on starting the project. When the job started, the team all showed up on time every day. They did a really nice job on the siding and soffits/fascia. That is why I gave them an A for quality, but was disappointed with the following: 1.) Poor communication from the start to the end of the actual work. Pat saw some rotting wood while doing the work and replaced it. He never mentioned the cost or asked about it before proceeding forward with the work. While we appreciate his proactiveness, I feel like he should have asked us (if he was going to charge us for it) before doing the work. In any event, he told us about it after the fact and I just saw a line item on our invoice for the work. He also barely communicated with us while he was here. Didn't know when the dumpster was getting removed or what to do with the material left. 2.) We have found numerous screws, nails and sharp metallic options around our house. No one even mentioned that we should be careful moving around outside. This is especially bothersome as we have little kids running around. 3.) Everything was collected on the final day, BUT the porta potty. There was no communication around when it would be picked up either. To be fair, the job was complete on Friday morning and it was picked up by Monday afternoon, but it would have been nice for someone to let us know the plan since it was sitting in our driveway. My biggest complaint with this company is their lack of communication. This is a lot of money to be spending and the project management is less than desirable.

    A to Z Contracting Inc.
This was by far the best experience I ever had with any contractor. I have been struggling with unknown issue for years. Several roofing contractors gave their opinion, made their fixes but nothing worked. I lost lot of money and belief. But Jesse showed up and pin pointed the issue and a very simple fix. He provided an equally simple estimate and a schedule to work. Got his job done. I am waiting for an year and half before posting this review just to ensure that this wasn't another job which would fail in next storm. It stood some of the worst case scenario's and we are very pleased and happy.

    Hoffman Weber Construction
We were so pleased from beginning to end with Hoffman Weber. We interviewed multiple companies and decided to go with Hoffman Weber after talking with Joe. He was very responsive and low pressure. Freddy installed the siding and we were very impressed with the quality of his work. We highly recommend Hoffman Weber!

    Patrick Miller Construction Inc
Terrific Company to deal with. Very professional . Our roof around the chimney was leaking badly into the house walls. We call Patrick Millier Construction and their rep Billy O. came out and inspected the roof and was very quick in realizing what had to be done. He took pictures and explained in detail what he thought should be done to fully restore the damaged roof. We got on their schedule in good time. The workmen came out and were very friendly, respectful and did a great job, and were efficient. They cleaned up all of the materials they removed and they came back in a few days to paint the part of the chimney that needed new siding. Everything was done in first class fashion. I would recommend them to anyone and they would certainly be the first company I would call in the future should I have any other issues with our roof, or any other construction jobs that they handle.

My standards for quality and professional work are rather high, but Rob totally lives up to it. That's the reason why I keep going back to him if I have a new project coming up. Rob is a good communicator during the work preparation and execution of the job. The last project was the replacement of sidings of three dormers, including a window replacement. Part of the work was providing materials (Rob only uses professional and high-quality materials), priming, painting, sealing, and waterproofing everything. Also included was installation of ornamental trims and dental moldings and the necessary drip-edges under the roof. When he needs help, Rob has resources available that can support him, but he always keeps a supervising eye on them to make sure their work lives up to his standards as well. With regards to the dormers, we really noticed the difference this last winter, during the cold and harsh days outside, but the inside stayed dry, warm, and cozy.

    Juno Construction
Juno did an excellent job. Most importantly, I have peace of mind about the quality of their work - everything was done well, and meticulously. They were easy to work with, and always followed through on commitments. Also, Juno was great at coordinating and working with other contractors, including insulators, painters and carpenters. I would highly recommend Juno; I have nothing but good things to say about them. They're a reliable, trustworthy company that does high-quality work.
