    I had a sleep study here many years ago, and this review is not related to that experience. This review is regarding the CPAP supplies division of this practice. The staffing and organizational process is terrible. It nearly impossible to reach a live person--you are required to leave a message for call back at their whim. Normally, they will automatically refill supplies every six months. The last time I resupplied, the staff apparently coded my chart wrong indicating I didn't want anything anymore. I learned this after trying to reach someone for several weeks with no callbacks. Finally, someone responded and claimed they would process an new supply order for me. In what shoudln't be surprising, no supply order arrived. I again attempted to contact them. Finally, again after several weeks, I spoke with someone who was extremely unsympathetic to the issues I'm having. They condescendingly ask if I wanted supplies or not. (Great customer service.) I said yes and they said they will be shipped. It's now over a week later and still the order has not been filled, shipped, and delivered. I strongly encourage you to NOT utilize this facility for CPAP supplies. They are NOT interested in your health.

    Treatment was fine and results were satisfactory. I saw Dr. Aplen and he was very pleasant. My issue with Vein Solutions is that they DID NOT honor their offer of a free consultation. I made the appointment making sure it was a free consult. They advertise a free consult on their website. Great. Good to go. I went to my appointment, decided to go forward with treatment and paid for my treatment on the day of the procedure. Spider veins are not covered by my medical insurance and I knew that. Imagine my surprise when I received a bill for $285 from them. Assuming it was an error, I called them only to be told that I did not qualify for the free consultation. In filling out my medical history, I wrote that I had seen another vein clinic several years ago ( a free consultation). I had not done treatment and they are not affiliated with vein solutions but somehow that made me ineligible for the free consult. Long story short, they did not make their policy clear and I was not told I would be billed. VERY misleading and disappointing. I was referred by my Dr. at Fairview and have notified them of Vein Solutions misleading practices and they urged me to file a dispute. Oh...you bet I will! Really a bummer. I liked Dr. Aplen. I will get additional schlerotherapy done. NOT with Vein Solutions.

    Dr Liston is truly the best, He was referred to me by my old OB/GYN for more complicated Anemia Thyroid/and other matters . He is SO thorough and such a good listener. He really truly cares that he gets all the detils you want to share and makes sure to get to the bottom of any concerns you have! He is truly a gem in todays medical world. He is caring and takes time even though he is very sought after so it may take a bit to get in to see him, . that is why i gave that part a B.. but he is totally worth it!! I trust my him 100% with my life and health!

    Had three surgeries over the course of 8 months and still am not out of pain. Surgeries were performed by Dr Paul Crowe. He didn���t care to fix my particular problem, the 3rd surgery being a fusion. A fusion requires the surgeon to remove a disc and fuse the spine. I STILL have disc material pressing on my nerve root and have now been in pain over 2 years, have lost my job, my house, my car.

    Dr Kemberling (Surgen), Dr. Walker (anistesiologist) and his staff nurses (Betty, Molly, Ann and Ashley) were very kind and made me feel at ease. The procedure was done at North Memorial in Minneapolis.. This was my first time being under anistetic so I was a little nervous. Its only been a few hours since I was discharged from the hospital, but I feel confident that I will recover easily. Thank you to everyone that was involved. I apologize that I know there was a few more people involved (Dr. Walkers 2 guys and 3 other nurses). Essentially, I was happy with everyone. Skol Vikings

    Far-exceeded all expectations. First time in 15+ years, I am pain-free! Very little swelling. Always prompt at appointments, never waited more than 5 minutes. His staff is friendly, returns calls promptly and very helpful. At my last appointment, I cried as I told him how he changed my life!

    Fantastic. Kim was able to replace the aids quickly and program them so that they were to my liking. Susan was great in helping me with the paper-work (helping with insurance on the old hearing aids and explaining my options for insurance on the new aids). Both were extremely friendly, helpful and professional. I would highly recommend Chears to friends and family.

    For a difficult situation, it has resolved as well as it could have. The surgery was scheduled quickly, performed in a timely manner, and based on comments from friends who are nurses, looked and healed better than most. This is a large scar that will be permanently visible on my son's leg, and it appears much less obvious than I would have expected already (and it's only 8 weeks post surgery).

    Terrible.  My wife was stuck in traffic and couldn't get to her appointment on time.  This was an appointment for a quick procedure.  She called ahead to inform them of the issue.  Once she arrived they turned her away because she was late.  They didn't have the common courtesy to call her and tell her they were cancelling her appointment.  They could even have told her when she called saying she would be late.  Instead they waited until she was at their front desk to turn her away.  She took work off for this appointment which was unpaid time because she was out of vacation from her pregnancy.  They were happy to attempt to reschedule her appointment 3 weeks from now, again so she can take work off for it.  Not going to happen.  No customer service here and no level of understanding.  Be honest with people on the phone.

    Had great results. The one time the Botox didn't work quite as well as previous injections they were very happy to have me come back in 1-2 weeks after for a free touch-up to ensure I got the desired results.
