    We had a ring designed and created by Jonathan based on a design I liked in 2010. Great ring and quality but you better be a patient person willing to wait and wait. If you have an engagement date and plans, wait to make them until AFTER you get the ring if you go with Jonathan. We waited months and months and months for the engagement ring and then months and months for the wedding band. We were never given solid dates for work completion. He is terrible about returning calls and sending updates. It was a very stressful situation for my husband and I and it didn’t seem to both Jonathan at all, which might have been the most frustrating part. For some reason, my husband recommended Jonathan to my brother. I wouldn’t have knowing they had a time deadline. My brother is about to get married overseas next week, and is leaving in 2 days and STILL doesn't have his wedding ring. He even paid upfront for both the engagement and wedding ring months in advance! Jonathan still hasn't given him a solid ready date so they don't know if they will have her wedding band for their WEDDING! Terrible service and stress to put on a soon to be married couple. The wedding band…for most couples I’d assume, is a very important piece of the ceremony. He always has a dramatic story or something going on as to why he's behind or can't get back to you. I feel bad if all of these personal issues are actually happening to him, but it almost seems like the jeweler who cried wolf. You don't know what to believe because he's never been consistent or on time and constantly has a story. It was the case for me 7 years ago and doesn’t seem to have changed with time. So to sum it up---great quality for personalized item but not worth the stress and hassle unless you are the most relaxed, un-time restricted couple in the universe. Also, request a contract and time deadlines. Not sure if he will give them to you, but had I known this is how he operates in the beginning I would have required one or gone to another jeweler.

    Wonderful transaction--company website offered easy ordering and clear views of the pieces up for sale.  Easy payment transaction and fast shipping.  When received, my items were carefully and BEAUTIFULLY packaged!  The pieces are gorgeous and well-made--standing up to frequent wear.  Absolutely no complaints and I will be back for more!

    Innsbruck did a wonderful job! They made one repair while I waited, and even threw in a free cleaning and inspection. Innsbruck charged 40% less than another jeweler I used previously for the same service and completed the work in minutes instead of weeks! Although I was a first time customer, they treated me like family. I highly recommend Innsbruck and will use them again in the future.

    Prepare to get exactly what you want (even if you can't quite articulate what that is.) It was time to buy our engagement ring, but we weren't seeing what I wanted. We liked one feature of a setting we saw, but it only had four prongs and the ring was square in cross-section, not circular. Gregory worked with us to design the ring we wanted--including six prongs aligned so that we can see the culet of the diamond from the side. Perfect! Gregory also designed our weddings bands. My husband's ring evolved from a general idea (silver band outside with blue interior) to become a palladium ring with platinum squares under a UV-cured ceramic. Absolutely gorgeous. My wedding band is a partial eternity band with the exact same cross-section as the enagement ring. I couldn't be happier. 


    He also remade my mom's engagement ring and wedding band: the twisted gold braids look stunning and are held together as if by magic. Don't make the mistake we did and try the other places. If you know what you want (or even if you're not exactly sure yet) and the other places don't have it--go with Uniquely Yours. They'll make your dreams come true.

    I spoke to Monique and she apologized that she had not been more informative originally. She explained the situation with the chip and refunded  the cost of the recut.
    One of the sizing balls had come off. This she said was due to the thinness of the back of the engagement ring band. She had the band thickened by adding platinum and new balls put on. She did not charge for this.
    She called me when she said would would and kept me informed as to the progress of the repair.
    Her responsiveness  was such that I feel she deserves an A now.
    I will use her services again and am happy to recommend her to others.

    Monique noted that my engagement ring had a chip. She said she was sure I did not want to reduce the size of the diamond to fix it. I immediately agreed. She said that there were other ways to fix the chip; she would send the ring to NY, and get me an estimate.
    After weeks of not hearing from Monique I called. Staff promised that Monique would return my calls. She did not. Finally, after a number of calls on my part, I spoke to her and she said that the work was done and I would have the rings the following week. She would let me know when they came. She did not let me know. Again I called and after several calls was told to come in the next day.
    When I got my engagement ring 10 points had been removed to "repair the chip." This is exactly what I said I did not want, exactly what Monique had said she was sure I would not want!
    I had never received an estimate and was presented with a bill for $820.

    Was my first experience shopping for an engagement ring. Holly helped me out, listened to what I thought my fiancee might like and the price range I was looking for and showed me some nice options. The service was great and I found a ring I liked at a reasonable price so I bought that same day without looking any place else. My fiancee really liked the ring and service was great when we went back to get the ring properly sized.

    My husband and I arrived at the location specified on Angie's list and found the store to be closed.  We then called the phone number listed and discovered the store had relocated and, although not yet open for business, we were welcomed to come immediately to the new location and take a look at the options available.
      We spent quite some time talking with Monique and finding some options that she and we felt would be possible choices.  Monique is a lovely woman and we enjoyed the time with her as she guided us to a ring that has ended up to be the 'perfect choice'.  Through her efforts to get to know us a bit, and our style and size preferences, she was very much able to discern and to show us options that were all considerations for us. 

    Although the ring did not arrive as quickly as we were led to believe it would arrive, it all was done in a very timely manner. Much of the delay was due to the confusion of a store not yet opened  and we are completely amazed at the efficiency even during this time of chaos for the store.
      Unfortunately, we were heading out of town around the time the ring was actually ready to be picked up and we were offered that Monique would deliver it to us.  This ended up not working out as planned, however, we did get the ring as soon as we returned and have been enjoying it ever since!  It is now getting to the timing of when Monique recommended that we have the settings of the ring assessed ( every 6 months ) and we look forward seeing Monique and the treasures she has in her beautiful new store.
     
    The only thing that we haven't yet received is the written appraisal for the ring - we will need to call and pick that up when we head in to have the ring checked out.
     We definitely will return to Monique's of Switzerland Jewelry for future purchases and encourage anyone who is in the market to purchase jewelry to make a point of heading to Wayzata to see for yourself why Monique makes the entire process a terrific experience.
     My husband also had several rings that were too large on his fingers that he left for Monique to have made smaller.  All this was done in a timely manner and to his extreme satisfaction.

    I found a few examples online to get a gauge on the price range. I went to see Monique based on other reviews in Angies list. She was very thorough and worked with me to design exactly what I wanted. Then she went shopping for the stones and acquired perfectly matching emeralds and diamonds. She rushed the process (including having her son drop the ring off with me) so I could give the ring to my wife on Christmas Eve. Also the price was at least 25% less than similar rings online. My wife absolutely loves the ring. Monique warned me emeralds are much softer than diamonds. Somehow, my wife cracked one of the emeralds a month and a half after we bought the ring (sorry this post is late). I took it to Monique, she went and got another emerlad that matched the other (colors vary a lot with emeralds) and fixed it at no charge. I picked it up on Valentines Day and Monique threw in a dozen roses. This was more than generous. Wow!

    BETTY WAS A TREMENDOUS HELP. I WENT IN TO GET A NEW CHAIN FOR A NECKLACE AND SOME NEW EARRINGS. SHE HELPED ME FIND WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR WITHIN A LARGE AND TERRIFIC SELECTION OF JEWELRY AND A RANGE OF PRICES. I HAD MY RINGS CLEANED AND THEY LOOK GREAT.
