    Self-installed a security system for our house. I was a little apprehensive about doing it myself vs having a company come over to my house to set up. However, is was extremely easy with them on the phone guiding me through this. Also, instantly responsive when I had some questions about the messages I received on my phone. One of the highest rated values for home security when I searched on the internet. Great decision. Also, nice discount going through Angie's List.

    I called them in the morning, and and asked if someone could come out that day. I was very appreciative that they were able to send someone out to do the work that afternoon. Dash was the technician. He was polite, professional, and had a very nice sense of humor. He made sure he understood what needed to be done, and efficiently completed the work.
    I would definitely use Armor Security.

    The service provider was good- we had had ADT at a previous home. When we sold this home and moved out of state for a job, I called ADT to let them know that we were in corporate housing for 2-3 months, but would most likely re-up. After we sold our house, ADT became VERY difficult to work with. We lived in a rental immediately after selling our home, and the people I spoke with actually suggested that we "install service" in the rental we were in (not only illogical, but also would incur substantial fees. 
    The rep I spoke with told me that I had 3 months (until mid-August) to re-sign ADT. I, of course, offered to continue paying my monthly fee.
    Then, ADT cancelled my service, without any notice, before my 3 months ended, and sent me a bill for $550

    Dale from Armor and his trainee, Yohan arrived as scheduled. Very professional. We had about a 15 minute consultation and a game plan was set in place. They completed work in a timely manner and kept me informed on progress and any issues or concerns that came up. Dale was very knowledgeable about the business and all the different product lines. Yohan, the trainee represented Armor Security very well.

    Amazing customer service!  From ordering the new security system to assisting with the installation, it was all an excellent experience.  The order process was fast and efficient, and the consultant was very pleasant and professional.  When I received the order, the process was 10 easy minutes of installation on my part.  The customer support specialist walked me through each step of getting everything activated.  This part took the longest, due to my questions, but the specialist was very patient and made me feel 100% comfortable with using the new system.

    Overall the customer service was appalling. We were charged over $1000 but it was never clear exactly what we paid for. The local rep did not return my phone calls and could not provide me with an itmeized bill. I spoke with his manager but eventually was told the installer would tell me what we had paid for. The prewiring was never done, once due to a schedule miscommunication on our end when the house was unaccessible but then they did not reschedule us despite the installer saying he would call to set it up.
    I called 3-4 times to find out which locks would be installed so we could order the correct door and hardware but the specs were never given to me even though I was told it was being done.
    When I called to cancel the install sue to my frustrations I was told the local rep will need to credit us the $1000. I am waiting for that credit still. I was called 5 minutes after I cancelled the service to set up a different install date.
    I spoke with corporate ADT twice and they were pleasant but unable to get us a receipt for what was paid for or answer questions about specs on their products. 
    I have used ADT for 10 years and have had issues with billing mostly where they sent me to collections but otherwise limited interaction with them regarding their services. I ultimately cancelled because I shudder to think how I could possibly deal with them if there was a much bigger issue.

    Thus far we are very happy with our new security system. The sales person helped me customize our package and we got exactly what we needed for our security purposes. The components came clearly marked in a box and the installation was easy. One thing that is not clear is that you need to watch a video in order to install it correctly.

    Trust Security was very communicative during the scheduling and installation process. The installer was very professional and knowledable, and explained all our security options. Because of the number of ground-level windows in our house, we ended up installing several more sensors than were in the Big Deal package, but are very happy with the end result.

    It is too bad that there are not more small business owners out there like Alex.  From start to finish on every project I have had done, things could not have gone better, regardless of any hiccup that may have occurred.  The service is impeccable, the follow through is perfect, the quality of work is like no other and the price cannot be matched.  If you want to experience the ideal situation as a client with work being done for you, find something in your home to have Lelch improve for you.  It is worth every penny.
