Would not recommend this company for anything.....poor quality service, very poor quality work, unprofessional...overpaid for sure on all jobs here.....nasty mouth too. Actually removed walls that did not need removing....so many issues with them.

It was an amazing experience.  Tawanna and the crew did an outstanding job!  They helped me coordinate every portion of the service.  It could not have been easier.  They truly take care of their clients!

Everything went extremely well at Southdale Fairview Hospital, 6401 France Avenue South in Edina EXCEPT a horrendous and abusive experience in the operating room right before going under the knife.

For some reason, the anesthesiologist, and CRNA were having a difficult time putting me to sleep. This was hard to understand since my previous surgery experiences had been quite effortless, and actually pleasant. Because of their apparent frustration and anger, I assume, suddenly someone very forcefully shoved the mask that I was suppose to be taking deep breaths into, hard into my face several times before I finally went to sleep. Actually I don't know who did this but I assume it was the anesthesiologist because he was the one in charge, and he was the one who came into the recovery room afterwards to apologize.

My surgeon, who had been in the room  but not yet at my bedside while this was all happening, said in hindsight the next day that perhaps I hadn't been given the customary "Versed", and she surmised this because she felt that I was being way "too aware" of the whole episode. I have no idea whether I was given Versed or not. What I do know is that I was expecting things to go just as smoothly as they had during past surgeries at two other hospitals.

There is no way that I would ever go back to Southdale Fairview Hospital for anything.

By the way, I reported this incident to the manager of Patient Relations before I was discharged. She was very gracious and said  there would be some follow up on this. I'm still waiting.

My husband had a microdiscectomy based on an acute medical condition that required surgery.  The physician failed to pre-certify the procedure and the claim has been denied.  We escalated and the claim was denied again.  They will not accommodate my request to speak with a manager with experience in claim denial.  They have continued to tell me I can call the 800 number to speak with a customer service rep or ask our provider to submit a level 2 escalation.  It seems ludicrous to cut the patient out of these discussions as we would be the ones holding the bad to pay the bill, yet are forced to rely on the provider to present the case.  The process has been time-consuming and frustrating, and we will likely still be stuck with a bill of over $10,000 that Aetna refuses to pay.  Not to mention the thousands of dollars we pay each year for this dubiously termed "insurance".  Next steps will be to seek out legal counsel as the process is confusing and unmanageable for people lacking a degree in health care administration or a law degree.

The employee's name was Tess. She was awesome on the phone. Very sincere in wanting to help me. When I came in to purchase the product, she went so far as to look for additional coupons for the products I wanted to buy. I actually spoke with her Supervisor about how nice and professional she was. It was definitely a nice pleasant experience. It makes you want to go back to that Walgreens because of her. I am hoping Tess will get the recognition she so deserves.

Initially it is where our health insurance paid and everything else. Now they happen to be a very close one. They definitely have a huge range of providers and different clinics. We have always been happy with their service. Our experience with the doctors have been fine. We have been going to them since the '80s. They are good when it comes to punctuality and they are very friendly.

I am pretty happy with Health Partners as an insurance provider. The cost is lower than others I've had in the past. The coverage is also less than I've had in the past. What I really appreciate is that for prenatal care, all routine appointments are covered 100%. That included some genetic testing and an amniocentesis. I definitely recommend Health Partners.

I was impressed that they had wait times on their website - very helpful.  The office staff and nurse were helpful and efficient. I didn't connect with the Dr. but he seemed competent.  Until I asked for a paper prescription (because I'd had the experience where they don't actually send it in too many times!)  He said he didn't know how to do that.  I told him which Target to send it to.  He said he did.  That evening - feeling miserable - go to Target and they don't have it.  Dr. offices already closed!  Call Dr. office the next morning, they apologize and say they will take care of it.  Go to Target three hours later and guess what.  They don't have it!  Call Dr. office again, they say again it was their fault, and I wait - still feeling miserable, not better just before my air travel - while Target calls the Dr. office and I finally get it.  While it's being filled I call the Dr. office and ask for a discount on my bill for the almost 3 hours I have wasted going back and forth to Target and having to call them three times for what should have been done by the Dr. to start.  They transfer me to a patient care voicemail.  I leave a message.  I NEVER hear anything back.  Not even the courtesy of a return call.  I went to their website to submit a complaint and later learned it was a generic complaint site, not theirs, and finally gave up.  More than $ back they should know what they did wrong multiple times so they can learn from it and prevent it for the next person.

My mother had a fabulous experience and they did a great job with her. I really liked them and so did my mother. It is a beautiful hospital inside and out. They have a boardwalk and gardens. The inside of the hospital is beautiful and well decorated. They have a cafe and coffee shop, a lot of windows and a lot of light. They have fireplaces and art work throughout. The staff is extremely professional and caring. They take the time to get to know the patients and are very good humored. It was just a wonderful environment for my mother. You will receive incredible care from the doctors and nurses. The food is amazing and restaurant style with a large selection of gluten free selections.

I personally like my dermatologist. He is thorough and professional. He is good at what he does. He has a good bedside manner. I have no complaints. His nurse is friendly and professional. I had no bad experience at all.
