    Scheduling was easy...as was the install. Brett and Nick know their job...cleaned up everything...They were recommended by Appliance Smart so picked up the appliances too. Price was fair. I highly recommend this company and will use them in the future for any appliance installation needs.

    They sell discount scratch and dent stuff. The installation was provided by Appliance Smart. They had some problems with delivery but otherwise it was an okay experience. It was more than just delivery but scheduling the delivery was difficult. They contract for it so it is a goofy situation. They could work on providing more certainty around delivery.

    After they left - same problem above happened. I called and they could come back in 2 weeks! (during this entire time and waiting over a week to have the come the first time - I could not use the washer!) I asked if they could come sooner - they said they would check with technician who came out the first time - and relayed back to me that they would try to order a new door switch part and call me when it came in to schedule a second time. The next day - they called and said they could not find the part and that it had been discontinued - but could offer me $50 off a new washer. I thought this seemed unusual if in fact it was just a door switch. I called another business on Angie's list who came to my house the next day - and the day after that picked up a new door switch and installed it - no problem - and done immediately. I called Warner Stallion back to tell them what happened - was passed from one person to the next - who said they could give me a $50.00 credit on a new appliance! I told them I felt they were running more of a scam repair business - ultimately trying people to just buy new appliances from them. I asked for my money back --- indicating I did not need a new wAsher since someone else fixed it with no problems. The best they did was credit my account for $50 (half of the $100 I had previously paid them). I told them I was not happy and not satisfied. They could have cared less.

    It isn't often that you find a company that provides such superb service, but AC Carlson is one of those companies. We've purchased several appliances over the years from them (washer/dryer, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator and two microwave ovens). We felt that their prices were fair and they offered a good selection of products. Where they really excel, however, is in their customer service. Earlier this year I accidentally burned up my microwave. (user error) It happened just before Labor Day weekend and I was leaving on Monday for an extended trip. They were great to work with and let me purchase over the telephone and arranged for  someone to deliver and install, even with the holiday weekend coming up so that I could handle it before I left. Then at midnight on a Friday night in October I discovered that we had water leaking from our refrigerator all over our kitchen floor. Normally, it wouldn't have been a big deal, but I know that it is difficult to find a repair person willing to come on a Saturday, and again, I was leaving early Monday morning for an overseas trip! I called Saturday morning, not very hopeful that I could get it sorted out before my trip and trying to figure out what my plan B would be, but Dave Carlson was a gem and came out that morning to repair it himself! You couldn't ask for better customer service than that! I can't recommend AC Carlson highly enough! If you need to buy an appliance, I highly recommend you give AC Carlson a call!

    Warners' Stellian Appliance
    I got the delivery and haul-away option, which is good.  No hassles figuring out what to do with old grill.  Scheduled delivery for Saturday, April 18th.  They offer 2 hour window and a 30 minutes heads-up call.  Around noon on Saturday, I called to see where we were on route, they had no record of delivery.  I then called the store, spoke with salesperson who helped me.  He said he remembered selling me the grill, apologized for the mix-up, he wasn't sure how the dates got changed.  He told me it could be delivered on Tuesday, I explained we weren't home.  He stated not a requirement, so that great, let's do it.  I was annoyed about the missed delivery because we had purchased a bunch of stuff for grilling Saturday but whatever, mistakes happen.  On Tuesday, I get home around 6pm from work, look in backyard, grill was delivered but not covered.  It happened to be freezing rain, so my new $1000 grill is covered in freezing rain.  I go out back to put make shift cover on it and find that they don't install the grates and various other odds and ends.  I called about my missing grill cover and that there were unassembled components inside the grill.  He explained that when they deliver grills, they don't always put in the burner covers and grates b/c if the purchaser is moving the grill, they can get scratched.  If the grill is "in its final location" they will install grates and burner covers, etc.  None of this is mentioned during the purchasing process or scheduling of delivery.  
    The person with whom I spoke was really apologetic about the grill cover not being delivered and had it delivered the next day.  The following Saturday, I watched a YouTube from the Napoleon website to try and figure out if I had the burner covers installed properly b/c it isn't clear from picture. Couldn't figure it out, called store and spoke with someone who wasn't very helpful.  I am not a grill assembly expert and found him to be a little condescending.  Ultimately, I had to drive back over to the store to look at floor model.  Again, for $1000 I don't want to put something on top of burner incorrectly and break it.  
    I will note that we used same store and company for our refrigerator purchase and everything went smooth.  To be fair, I should have posted a review on that one as well - it was last year.  This grill delivery was a debacle.  They should have not even charged me for the cover given that it didn't get delivered until the 2nd time they came to my house and the day of delivery my brand new grill was covered in freezing rain.  I suspect if you are home when they deliver it, they would be happy to finalize the assembly, answer questions, so just be cautious about getting it delivered when you aren't home.

    Our dishwasher had been making funny noises for quite a while and finally it just quit working. It was about 18 years old, so we figured its life was over. We went to Warner's Stellian and the sales person was very knowledgeable. We were interested in a Bosch dishwasher and he explained the differences in the models and steered us to one that seemed just right for us. By the way, it was not the most expensive model, and we appreciated that very much. This was on a Tuesday and on Thursday the dishwasher was installed. The technician was very knowledgeable also and did a great job. He was very professional as well. Unfortunately for us, most of our appliances are of the same vintage, so we will be in the market for others I'm sure. We will definitely go to Warner's Stellian as we were very happy with their professionalism and service.

    Very will. The salesman was knowledgeable and helpful. Delivery was as scheduled. We also looked at the same stove at a couple of big box stores. They would not install the stove at all or would charge a couple of hundred to do so.

    Went to Koval's based on the mentioned customer service and also like to shop small stores. Pretty much knew what I wanted. Not greeted upon entering. Woman sitting behind the counter appeared to be reading National Enquirer and never looked up. One sales person was with a customer...did not acknowledge me...I kept thinking about all the customer service reviews here on Angies??
    Finally he finished with his customer and discussed what I was looking for. He agreed to match a competition price. I wanted to think about the purchase and returned a few days later wanting to look at a more expensive model. At a certain point he decided that he did not want to match the going rate on the model without additional information. As it involved a coupon etc. that was okay but the attitude was so rude that I decided not to pursue the transaction. There is a strange vibe in the store and you have to sort of imagine the model you are talking about because they have very few appliances there.  I ended up spending a bit more elsewhere but at least when I walked in the door I was greeted and someone was interested in helping me. It seems like once upon a time this store was considered a very good place to shop but it seems like they don't care anymore. Cannot recommend going there unless you want to feel like a major inconvenience.

    My old washer died unexpectedly. I needed a new washer quickly and decided to get a new dryer also (thought it might die soon too). Went to the Koval's store in the neighborhood. Jeff was helpful in finding me a new washer/dryer set with the features I needed and one that would fit down the basement staircase (which is extremely limited in size). His store has limited selections, but they are all quality brands. He also works out of catalogs, so if you want something that is not on the showroom floor, he can order it for you. He arranged for the delivery and installation which happened about a week later. My dryer vent was not to code, so he arranged for someone to come in the same day the washer/dryer was delivered to bring the dryer vent up to code. This was at an additional cost of $140 (above the cost mentioned above). I was aware of the approximate cost of this. So far, so good with the washer/dryer set. I will go there again (and I have - for a portable dishwasher - that's another review). I would recommend Koval's.

    The installation went very smoothly.    Not sure if my wife discussed an issue with them.  We purchased stainless steel appliances, however only the front of the unit(s) is stainless. We now have a gray sided fridge, black sided stove, and black sided over stove microwave.  I held off writing this review until/so I could cool off, and try to get used to the view of our ugly kitchen.  So just be sure you ask all of the right questions; pull out the unit from display line, or ask to see the sides of the units if they are going to be exposed.  Is the entire unit stainless steel?  I had no idea I needed to ask that question. There was no example of the fridge we purchased on the sale floor and yes I am not pleased with the inside con-fig. If you need a laugh at my expense,  Our kitchen is now Red, Grey, and Black.  My wife stated she is working on this. She worked very hard doing research on appliances, and I did not see the units until the day we finalized our purchase.  Perhaps she is still hoping the colors will grow on me, truth be told she is not happy with the colors either.  The thought of battling over this is exhausting!  Now I am getting angry all over again. So I am done with this condensed description of a rant, I am a fool :<((
