Workers were very conscientious, even driving over late one night to make sure a tarp they had installed was holding during a windy, rainy night. Also immediately repaired a few mishaps. Andrew was thorough and took his time and was willing to answer questions throughout the process. He made high traffic carpet areas look like new and successfully removed a persistent pet stain. They whole process of working with them is great. All of their people seem top-notch. They are knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant to work with. They are prompt and reliable, explain things clearly and welcome questions and clean up when their work is done. They do annual maintenance on our furnace and air conditioner. AStandard Heating & Air Conditioning IncIt went very well. Seth and Ryan were very professional and interacted with us throughout the day if they had questions or explanations. They took before and after pictures so we know what they found and how they left the ducts (very clean). I have a severe asthma problem and they kept that in mind as they worked through the day. Upon request, they will recommend other products that might help me with this condition. Both men were very pleasant to work with. AThey were Outstanding. I have used them in the past. They were prompt, professional, explained everything and gave an accurate price. I am recovering from a left arm that was fractured in two places when I tripped over one of my Labradors. A lot of things I could not do with the furniture, etc. Derek Holoway and Austin Webber were outstanding technicians. They assured me they could take of all, and they did. I live alone with my Labradors and I had a hanging globe light with a bulb out. I could not lift my injured arm high enough to do the replacement. Austin graciously did it for me. I definitely recommend them

AWe had two furnaces replaced by Standard a year ago and this was the tune up as part of the Smart Club. We have worked with a number of heating/cooling companies and Standard has been by far the best. Cody was our technician today and he was awesome! Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and took time to educate me about my systems and things to look out for.
