AExpert Tree Service and ScienceThe team from Expert Tree Service did a great job. From the initial visit to inspect the trees and provide a quote to the actual trimming and clean up, everyone involved was highly professional. Because of the location of the trees, they could not use a boom truck so the trimmers, Bennie and Manny, had to climb the trees using ropes from the ground. They were always careful in their work and asked me when they had questions about trimming certain limbs. It was amazing to watch them work 60 feet above the ground. Clean up was excellent. ANORTHEAST TREE INC"Thank you Northeast Tree for removing our very, very large, and sick tree from our property in the alley. A's - All around! We chose you first and foremost for the knowledge you demonstrated in the industry. You were able to identify the specific trees we had and suggested specifically the best time to remove them, educating me on how this tree will specific spores it can release during removal. Immediately you knew we would need a crane for the safety of the garages in the alley, and just as important, your crew. It was such a relief that you were going to arrange the disconnect and reconnect of our power as well. It was a great surprise when one of the workman informed me that you had pulled a permit to block the alley! Your company was the most professional we had met with, and with such a large tree, you made us feel at ease in where we were going to put our trust and money. Everything was clear in the proposal and you took the time to find out which houses we would need to inform of us blocking the alley. It was great having one less thing to think about! You gained our trust and delivered, exceeding expectations! Your crew did an exceptional job and they were friendly, efficient, and decked out in the brightest safety gear! Thank you! He gave a reasonable price and after agreeing he had his guys out with 3 hours they did an excellent job and the job took them about an 1 1/2 hours. DThey called back after leaving the first voicemail. I was going to hire them and asked to make sure they were insured. Never got certificate of insurance. Have left 3 subsequent voicemails and they never have returned my calls. Apparently they don't want to do the work but at least tell me so instead of just not returning calls. I was really impressed with their salesperson/estimator that came out to talk about the job and was excited to hire them.

AWe were VERY impressed with the work and the workers! A.J. the owner came out and walked thru our yard with us to see what we wanted and gave us good info to help us decide what we could do. He was so nice and patient. He gave us a written estimate and work date while he was there. On work day Dan the supervisor let us know when they would arrive and they were right on time. Dan then walked thru the yard to go over the plan again with us, he had all the right info. Then he and his crew got busy. They were amazing to watch. They each knew which trees to do their part in and when - it was really great teamwork. They chipped all the branches and pine tree and they raked and cleaned up everything from the lawn. The site was left clean and the trees look great. Dan and the team were all so nice, we really liked them. So we were very happy with their work.

AWe had 2 dying trees removed and five other trees trimmed due to the addition of solar panels added to our home. Blue Ribbon Pruning was on time, very knowledgeable, left no mess. They were able to get the job done quickly. Would definitely recommend them and will be using them if we need more work done since we have quite a few trees.

AIf we could give an A+++ to this company, we would. This is the first time we've contracted for a large landscaping job, and every step of the process, from initial call to receiving the invoice after the work was performed, was handled in a very professional manner. FAR EXCEEDED our expectations. We gathered bids from multiple local companies before choosing Woodchuck. They were not the lowest bid, but they were absolutely the right choice based on customer service. Next to the house we needed to have several overgrown large shrubs cut down and stumps ground, all within landscape rock from the previous owners. Not only were they all removed in record time, the care that was taken to protect our house and not destroy the landscaping rock was admirable. It transformed our curb appeal. Next we also had a very large spruce tree trimmed up high enough so we could walk under it without getting slapped. :-) Another task was to clear out a bunch of small, volunteer trees from an old, dry pond area bordered by a chainlink fence. Holy cow, what a mess, but it was handled well by a very experienced gentleman with multiple chainsaws and hand tools. The biggest reason we'd called them in was to handle the removal of fully mature trees--two double boxelders and a cherry tree, all of which were very close to fences and structures and were big storm risks. Watching them attach the top of a tree to a crane, cut roughly halfway down the trunk, and then fly the suspended tree section over our other trees and lower it onto the street was amazing. Though they had to use large equipment, they took precautions to ensure our yard was protected. The crew of 5 worked very efficiently and never stopped but for scheduled breaks. The entire job took fewer than 4 hours and every leaf and twig was raked up from the yard. The only remnants of their presence was the mulch I could use from the stump grinding--an added bonus. Thrilled with the results! Can't recommend them highly enough.

AReach Tree was excellent. They were very responsive, the crew was professional and they were very efficient. Our neighbor came out to talk to them about a very tall dead tree on her property and I understand they made her a nice deal since they were out. It was fun to watch it come down. They were not the least expensive quote I received but they were close, and their service was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone.
