    BED & BONE TOO
Our 17 year old dead and mostly blind dog had a great time. He was there 10 days. It took a couple days for him to adjust and then he made friends with the other dogs and had a great time. Frisky and well behaved. Highly recommend!

    PetSmart Pets Hotel
We picked him up from Bayfield pet hospital with 6vstaples in his left hind leg. We never signed a master's agreement and now they won't tell us what happened. We just have 3 different stories. 1) video shows no dog bite 2) video shows dog bite 3) there is no video

    Deja's Doggie Camp
It's just a wonderful place. It's very home-like. It is a home. It is remodeled in such a way to take care of multiple dogs. There's a huge fence so nothing can get in or out. The dogs are real safe there. They can sleep on the couch or the chairs. You can go online and make an appointment. She and her assistant are there to greet the dog parent and to do the intake on the dog. It's the same thing when you pick them up. She wants the one on one time. The kids just love to go there. I like for them to go there, because it's just such an enriched environment.

Hound Dog Pet Hotel & Spa
They didn't give me back the covers for my dog's can. Both my dogs went in with their own prescription food. You can't walk in a store and buy them. They gave me a blanket that belonged to someone else. I can tell they make an effort. We were in D.C. They called me to say that the kids were running low on food. It really surprised me. They asked if it was okay if they fed them poached or boiled chicken breasts in rice. When we picked them up, the kids seemed fine. I would say we would use them again.

    Wag n Woofs LLC
Perfectly! This is the place to take your dogs for day camp and boarding. I simply wouldn't trust my dog with anyone other than Wag N' Woofs, they love and care for your furry friend as if they were your own. The owners and the safe are professional and caring. They also have several qualified trainers who can help with any issues which may arise. Our trainer Jen has helped up extensively with our German Shepherd and our Lab and I simply cannot imagine "not" having their service, as our lives would be a disaster without them. I highly recommend their services for day camp, boarding and grooming, to everyone who has a furry friend, simply put the are the best!

    Paws Doggie Daycare
Paws is great! Their employees are very caring and loving with the dogs. My little pup is nervous around big dogs and the staff was great at giving her one one one time and accommodating her needs. The location is convenient and clean. I very much recommend them!

Hound Dog Pet Hotel & Spa
I use them regularly and I trust them. They do wonderful work. Continually, I find when I go there with my dog, there are people I have never met. When I go through the door, there would be 2-3 people I recognize. There would be somebody that looks up at my dog , whose name is Bear, and they would say "Bear". He goes running even though he's on a leash to people I don't even know and they all know him. They take care of him and it's reasonably priced. If I'm gone for a week then I will have them do a bath and a nail trim. They always want to know precisely when I would be back so that they could essentially haul him out to the front to do the bath and the nails so that they could put him back in his crate to wait for me the least amount of time; but long enough so they can give him a chance to dry. All of which is wonderful. If I'm gone a week I think they don't even charge me for the bath and nail trim. The reason I'm even bringing them up is because they're great! I think the price is competitive from what I looked at elsewhere. The quality is excellent. There was one time I had to be somewhere, I had to drop the dog off. I forgot on Saturdays they don't open as early. I got there at 7:15 am and they weren't even open yet, but the woman who I believe is the manager, when I knocked on the door she came to the door and took Bear anyway.  She wasn't even open yet, but she took Bear for the 45 minutes until they were open. These are good people.

    Wag n Woofs LLC
We've been using Wag 'n Woofs for about five months now and all I can say is WOW. Wow, Wow, Wow! This place is absolutely amazing. The owners, the staff, the trainers, the classes, literary everything about this place is amazing. We love Wag 'n Woofs they are the absolute best in the furry friend business. We day camp our two dogs twice a week and board several times a year. When we ran into some issues with our German Shepherd puppy (doing what German Shepherd puppies do, herding, guarding and protecting) Jen stepped in to save the day and help eased our worries. Jen provided and is still providing the training of our furry child, as well as training for us (the human parents who have good intentions, but often do the wrong thing). Jen is a gifted trainer who is absolutely wonderful with our boy as well as with us. Now let's talk more about the owners and the staff. Well, all I can say is that everyone at Wag 'N Woof loves your dog as much as you do, that is not a statement, that is an absolute fact. They really do love your dog as much as you do! You should see their excitement in my pups when I say it's a Wag 'n Woof day and they run to their leash's and are ready to bolt out the back door for their second home away from home. And, that is what Wag 'n Woof is to this family our furry children's home away from home. From the owner's, to the staff and the trainers Wag 'n Woof truly is their home away from home. It is the only place I will recommend to my friends and family. A BIG thank you to everyone at Wag 'n Woof for making our lives so much easier. This human and furry family adores each and every one of you. You and the service you provide is priceless and greatly appreciated!

    Now Boarding
They have nice facilities and the people that work there are very professional.  The issues we have had with them are related to the shuffle service and parking.  We have used them for these convenience in the past.  Unfortunately, they have been raising the price on their extended, overnight parking and there shuttle service is very untimely.  Additionally, they set the shuttle up to arriving 15-30 minutes after your check-in date, but they will fail to tell you this when you make your reservation.  On our last visit we were rushed getting to the airport and catching our plane on time.
We would use them again, but will look for other boarding options for our dogs first.

    Now Boarding
At first glance, the facility seemed well-rounded:  relatively clean, staff basically friendly and cooperative (some more than others) and convenient to the airport.  I dropped Ellie and Misty off on Monday evening so that we could catch a flight early the following morning.  They both had been in boarding situations before, especially Misty, who was a recent rescue and spent a great deal of time in foster homes and the rescue facility, but both were very shy by nature with strangers.  After reaching our destination on Tuesday afternoon, I called to check on their condition and see how they were adapting.  I was told by one of the staff, that neither one of them had eaten breakfast or lunch, didn't take in any water, and they were both hiding under blankets most of the time. This went on all day Tuesday, all day Wednesday.  When I spoke to the staff, depending on what time of day it was, it was usually a different person than I had spoken to the time before.  Some of the information I received went from "not eating a day or two is normal" and "usually if they don't eat or drink in 4 days we recommend taking them to the vet for a fluid I.V. and then board them in the cage at the vet's office for the rest of the time because cats in a stressful situation sometimes starve themselves."  Now I was getting concerned and wondered which staff member I should be listening to and also wondering if they were really trying to bring them out of their shells because I was told that the staff didn't force them to come out of their condos because that would stress them out more.  I disagreed with that logic, knowing that my cats respond to love and touch to comfort them.  I suggested that someone take time during play to do this.  They said they did, but the cats were still not eating or drinking.   During my initial visit there I was also told that breakfast is scheduled at around 7:00 AM or so (they weren't presented food until 9:00 A.M.) and that they didn't touch the dry food which I asked them to make available to them all day.  The problem here is, that the dry food needs to be replaced once in a while if it's not eaten to refresh the taste and smell.  I know that animals respond differently to an unfamiliar environment and Ellie and Misty look to me as if I am their mother, but I would hope that staff in a facility such as this are in tune with taking care of cats with different personalities, not just the outgoing ones which are a lot easier.  Needless to say, after speaking with half a dozen different staff during this short period and not knowing the true severity of the situation, I was back on the plane Thursday morning after 1 1/2 days at Disney World.  The only thing good about this place was the car service they provided to the airport for a small charge and allowing you to leave your vehicle in the parking lot.  The next time I decide to travel, I will have a pet sitter come to the house.
I wish the ratings were separate between facility and staff because this is not a true rating for both combined.
