  • Several weeks ago I strained my back, resulting in serious discomfort or mild pain. Dr. Bill's diagnosis was precisely correct and after three treatments, I am back to my normal level of activity, and all without discomfort or pain! Dr. Bill is superb, and so is the entire staff: pleasant, courteous, efficient! No pain at all!

  • I have experienced significant problems in this office with Dr. Leeann Herbert and Dr. Paul Arnesen. My dentist, Leeann, told me I needed to have a molar extracted and said her co-worker, Paul Arnesen could do this. When I arrived for this appointment, Leeann said that Paul could insert an implant at the same time as the extraction. I asked the pros and cons of this and was told the pros but she could not think of any cons. I followed her advice and had the extraction and the implant placement on the same day. At a subsequent dental cleaning with X-rays and exam done by Leeann, both Paul and Leeann told me the implant had to be removed--there was not enough bone to hold the implant. I was told that the money I paid would be returned. I requested a copy of my X-rays and they promised to send them to me. Only after many phone calls and requests did I finally received the X-rays. Later, I made an appointment to discuss matters with Leeann. She was kind in her manner of speaking. She now said the implant can stay in, as that is what the manufacturer told Paul, although she appeared hesitant as she said this. Two other dentists reviewed the matter, one of which was a specialist. I was advised that 1) The implant should not have been done at the same time as the extraction and 2) This particular implant was problematic due to both the unusual angle of placement but especially the implant’s small size in the spot where a molar had been. It was "like placing a twig in a crater.” In early June, I left a message with some questions and a request for Leeann to return my call and for my payment to be returned. Finally, on Nov. 4th I sent a letter to both doctors and on Nov. 16 I received my full refund. They promised to reimburse me for the implant that is being removed. This removal involves permanent loss of bone tissue.

  • Very friendly and thorough. Explained the procedure well and answered all my questions without rushing me through the appointment. Did not continue using this business but this had nothing to do with the service they provided at the consultation.

  • Our family has been going here for a few years. The larger-size clinic and extended hours were appealing when we had to switch clinics. However, we've decided to move on. The dentists seem more interested in "up selling" services than building a relationship. It seems that every time someone in our family is there, a crown, root canal, or filling is recommended. If not that, then teeth whitening. It seems that there's no such thing as just a routine exam and cleaning. It feels like they work on commission and are not happy if they can just examine and clean your teeth every 6 months, regardless of medical necessity.

  • I have left my review on another review company, but I was originally referred by someone that found Adelmann Massage through Angie's List and AMTA. I am sick of paying for not great service especially medical or health related, so I am bragging about this company. A real deep massage, no fluffy weirdness. Worked with injuries and sports related issues. Educated and experienced "The Real Deal"! And yes still relaxing, comfortable, and private. Surprised that was cheaper than others in the area and no hustle or hassle, no membership! I wasn't going to leave a review because I don't want to fight with everyone for another appointment, but Barb Adelmann is Awesome! Location and office is fancy, but no one bothers you. Thx.

  • Patrick was very respectful and kind. He shared his philosophy around personal training and made sure we knew he would focus on my goals. The first workout was adapted to start with where I'm at physically. I didn't feel out of place as a 50 year old who was out of shape!

  • Please read before sending your child to Jardin. Our youngest child attended Jardin for the last year. This brilliant, curious, growing 5 year old child climbed a fence. We were notified of this and we spoke to our son about how to be safe at school when playing on the playground. 40 hours later, we received this voice message: “This is Victor calling you from Jardin Spanish Immersion Academy. We are calling to let you know that based on the incident yesterday, with (child) exposing himself to danger, Jardin has decided to terminate the services with your family. We will be be sending you all of (child’s) items in his cubby via mail this week.” We know it might be easy for you [the reader] to judge us as parents, but both of our children have had successful experiences in other school settings. We moved to Jardin a year ago because it is very close to our house. We noticed some changes in behavior the past few months as staff changed over, but we felt we had a good relationship with the lead teacher. Our child climbed a fence. He is 5 years old, and kids his age climb. In our opinion, this is not grounds to expel a 5 year old from school. In response to the request we made to have a meeting following the message noted above, Jardin sent us this reminder: We have pasted below our Jardin's right to termination as reference from our parent handbook page. 26. We would like to remind you that your family have signed the parent contract in agreement to all of Jardin's policies at the beginning of enrollment. Termination We reserve the right to terminate our child care relationship at any time and without prior notice. Any such termination may be initiated for child behavioral reasons, other reason (including but not limited to non-payment of tuition. or no reason. In such as case , we will not be entitled to payment , or to retain payment earlier received. With respect to any full days on which we have not provided care for your child. If we terminate our child care relationship and if you earlier paid tuition in advanced, we will promptly reimburse you with that portion ' of your earlier payment (s) that we are not entitled to retain under this policy. This private entity has the right to terminate services for any reason. Our family was notified at 5:30 PM the day before a work day of this termination, without warning or consultation. To be clear, we spoke with our child’s teachers/staff 5 TIMES between the incident and the surprise termination. The day after this incident occurred - the same day we received notification of termination - we received first a hand report that our child had behaved well and had a good day. Jardin’s choice to exercise its “right” to terminate “at any time” without a doubt blindsided our family. From our family to yours, please fully consider the impact on our community when a school is allowed to terminate services because a child is being a child. All children deserve to have their strengths and gifts lifted up each day. We will not recommend this center to our family, friends, or neighbors.

  • The worst experience with a dentist in my entire life. I didn't realize it until after my crown process was started so couldn't get out of it, but later wish I would have followed the early signs, found a good dentist to do the finishing work, and simply taken the loss. I have had previous crowns by other dentists and Dodds is the absolute worst at giving shots (he rushes it). He hums the entire time without telling you what he is doing - even though on my first consultation with him, he described himself as "chatty" and promised he would always tell me what he is doing and going to next, etc. I sensed that even his staff is afraid of him. I felt like he tricked me into starting the process and then he just wanted to be done with everything as soon as possible, even if the tooth color is obviously horrible or they are uneven. I actually came to tears there on two occasions (because of how I was being treated) and I have never done that in my life. I have waited for so long to give a review because it was such a horrible experience that I didn't want to think about it any more than I had to. I am doing this now because I rely on Angie's list reviews and feel I need to do my part.

  • We are choosing to go to another dentist. We had to reschedule appointments throughout the many years we have gone. Appointments were rescheduled in plenty of time, however, any rescheduled appointment is not allowed and therefore they charged us for it. I can understand flat out missing appointments but calling a week or two in advance is plenty of time. Also, would not allow kids to see their dentist until the fee was paid which tells us they could care less about our patronage. Finally, front desk was VERY rude and short tempered.
