  • I have an old 2001 Ford F-350 which is very rusty from plowing snow. Its driver-side running board was loose, but functional. I am discouraged that after an estimate on restoring its air conditioning the running board was detached and set in the back of the truck. I believe this took some effort and it did not just fall off. On an earlier oil change, the truck's dipstick tube was broken off from the engine. I paid for the extra labor to install a new dipstick sleeve, believing it was accidental.

  • Fairly well. I was not mentally prepared for all the repairs that my car needed, so was also not prepared the the price to fix it all. Car was making alarming noises. It's a 2001 Saturn L300 sedan, so it was either fix it or junk it. Am glad I chose to fix it--it's running smoothly and quietly--brakes work just right--and a surprise bonus: the steering, which had always had too much play, now works beautifully. Nice, reliable people at Jeff's. In the end, am pretty sure the cost of repairs were comparable with other repair shops--certainly less than a dealership would have charged.

  • I have sought Mike Holman's services in the past with very good results. However, this weekend (when Holman Automotive was closed), my engine light popped on, and my car began to shake. Panic-stricken, I drove to a nearby competitor who was open late on Saturdays. I paid 90 plus dollars for a diagnostic check and was told that a gas mileage part needed cleaning. I was also told, that since it was causing problems, the part might need replacing in the near future. I left feeling relieved. However, 24 hours later my engine light was back on back on, and my car was once again shaking. I returned to the shop, but this time I was told that the original diagnosis was not the problem. Instead, the issue was my engine belt. It would be one thousand dollars to fix. Knowing that I had replaced the engine belt and had a head-to-toe hundred-thousand-mile checkup, I thought something sounded fishy. I took the car to Mike right away on Monday and learned that the issue was spark plugs, Mike was certain because he was able to code the problem based on my engine reading. In addition, Mike found a sticker on the inner hood my car with confirmation of the engine belt replacement at my hundred-thousand-mile checkup. My car currently has 129,000 miles on it. Engine belts are good for one hundred thousand miles, and mine only had 29,000 miles of wear. Therefore, the problem had nothing to do with my belt. My lesson was learned! From now on I will always return to Holman's and will continue telling everyone I know to do the same. Mike is honest, kind, and provides the best deal. Mike not only runs a reputable business, he honestly cares a great deal about the well-being of his customers.

  • They do good work.  More expensive, but generally they send out coupons so the oil change is not bad, and then the tire rotation came with the package of tires I bought, so it's free.  It generally takes 45 minutes to an hour.  It's a brand new car, so there shouldn't be too much wrong with it.

  • I use World Auto Repair.  I was there probably three months ago in December of 2016.  It cost $700.  They get A's across the board, I really like them.  It took them one day to complete the work.  It was good work that they did.

  • They gave me some coupons for reduced price of services because I have taken my car in to soon. I just get nervous and wanted to be sure I wasn't missing and checks.

They go over your entire car with a check list, they also give you a free car wash. Once the work is done they walk over to the car with me and go over any questions I have. They are very service oriented. You can make an appointment or just come in and wait your turn.

  • Dale has a outstanding shop! I think their prices are very fair.

They are extremely honest and capable. I thought I needed new brakes so I took my car in, turns out the noise I was hearing was actually due to not using my brakes enough. They are very accommodating, took me home when needed.

They try to hard to take good care of their customers.

  • I have been taking my three cars there for sometime. I recommend them to friends and family. The cost was reasonable. It took less than a day. Before the work was done, they described what needed to be done and I agreed to it. After the work was done, I picked up the car and paid for it. The area is very clean, that's why I enjoy taking the car there. I can't think of anything they can do better.

  • Leased a car from them. When it was time to pick up the car there was only one key available for it. Not a problem according to the sales person. She would find the second key and get it to us. After not having heard back, we called to discover that the sales person had forgotten who needed the key. Since she couldn't find it, they would have another one programmed and we needed to come in to have it programmed. It took 3 trips before they were able to get the equipment to work to program the key.

  • Courtney Truck Service (CTS) is a great place to go for specialized service on any European import car, as they work on many higher end sports cars (and even race cars). After getting a rough quote, I made the appointment, dropped the car off first thing in the AM, and got a call in the early afternoon stating that the car was ready to go. It often times takes the right tools to work on these cars, so I'm grateful they have them & the expertise to get the job done. Thanks so much CTS!
