Pedro arrived as scheduled and completed the drain clearing in a professional and courteous manner. We learned a lot from his explanation of the issues in this type of job. He clearly explained the work to be performed, the costs and possible difficulties that could arise. Fortunately, none of the potential complications arose and the kitchen plumbing was restored to working order at the quoted cost. We will call him again without hesitation.

Brady was responsive, professional, courteous, respectful, timely. He returned our phone call immediately and addressed our questions and concerns. We set a date/time for delivery and installation of the water softener. He gave us an exact time, that worked for both us, and he was here promptly at that time. He also cleaned up the work area afterwards and no debris was left behind.

I called to schedule getting a new water heater, and I was set up for an appointment only two days later. I was going to get a continuous water heater, but Mike talked me out of it, and I am glad he did. I cannot say how much I appreciated the honesty he displayed. I was quoted $1,235 for the water heater. I asked about an all-home filtration system and was quoted something around $500 for that and then $250 for fixing some saddle taps on my current pipes. The plumber was very professional, it was cheaper than expected, and we are very satisfied with the work and result. There was a slight drip from the filter, but they came out and fixed it in ~1 minute. I am very happy to say I never need to find another plumber because these guys are just way too honest.

Not sure how this predatory company is part of Angieslist. They were their top rated provider for water heater repair. We were out of our house so our contractor could sand and refinish hour hardwood floors and found our 4 year old water heater not working. Research suggested that it was most likely a vapor sensor but GE requires a licensed professional to do any resetting. I called AngiesLists A rated Service Today and they came out within a few hours. The tech showed me a book after looking at my water heater and went through page by page all the awards they were given then a pricing sheet. He said that it is $79 for them to come to our house and look t the water heater and it was most likely the vapor sensor since we had our floor redone and the polyurethane evaporation could easily trigger the sensor. He said that he could not replace it without doing a full diagnostic on the water heater at $313. An hour later he confirmed that it was the vapor sensor and left to pick it up. After returning he installed it and informed me that the installation was $452. This is considered predatory because they do not inform you up front the total cost of service and trap having you agree to separate pieces as they do their work. The total bill was $808. After he left I found the Vapor Sensor on Amazon for $23. I installed the water heater myself 4 years ago for $850. Avoid using Service Today and consider using other vetting companies because Angies List appear to have become too large to be thorough.

Very good service. They came on time and did everything quickly. It was Saturday morning. They checked the drain to be sure drain was working before leaving. Price was exactly what was quoted ($94+$55 for the trip ) Definitely recommend them for this service.

Bad experience. Gave me a quote for leaking toilet and required a 50% deposit. Unable to complete repair until a different vendor could repair damaged subfloor. That vendor offered to complete all the repairs I needed at approximately 75% less price! Through them I learned the HomeWorks quote included HomeWorks parts I did not need. When I called HomeWorks to cancel my future appointment to install toilet I was told deposit was non-refundable. In summary I paid HomeWorks $700 for providing an estimate of $1420 and removing the toilet tank (stool was left behind), neither of which were broken. I needed a new wax seal for the flange. For that HomeWorks quoted $1420. I wrote them twice but they never responded. So disappointed. Seems they're not interested in keeping future customers but in charging first time customers outrageous prices.

They came out the day after I called. Dave called with his estimated time of arrival and he was on time. Professional and polite. Took care of the drain quickly. They are a family-owned business and Im happy to support them. Will definitely hire them again. Thank you!

Great! A leaky bathroom upstairs caused ceiling damage on our main floor. Because Dan and his crew have helped us on many home improvement projects in the past, we contacted him at once. Within a day or so, he came out to evaluate the situation. Within a week, his son, Dave, organized an extremely competent crew to do all the repairs. We are thoroughly happy with the top quality work Country Creek Builders always does for us as well as their professional attitudes, efficiency and fairness! This project was equally well executed!

Brady responded quickly to my inquiry and arrived exactly on time for the service call. He installed the softener efficiently. He was very pleasant and made sure we understood the operation of the softener and had all of our questions answered.

I called Waters Plumbing to have them come and replace the copper pipes with pex. We were doing a bathroom remodel and because of the new bath tub the old pipe configuration would not work. Chris came out and got strait to work replacing it. It turned out great! He even installed the tub drain and hooked up the shower valve! Just top notch all around!
