    Last year was awful. I believe he took on too many customers for snow removal as he was unreliable and difficult to communicate with. Didn't want to shovel the sidewalks because it was "too cold" or "he didn't feel well". Anger issues arose and he piled snow in front and back of several vehicles because he didn't like where I told them to park for his return visit. Snow removal is difficult when there are lots of vehicles to get moved; he used to work with me on that. Not anymore.

    For years we have been at a loss as to what to do with our extremely shady backyard. Tom responded quickly and listened to our concerns. He then developed an easy to maintain design using hardwood mulch and shade plants. He also applied grass seed to the remaining are of our back yard. To our great surprise, he has been able to get grass to grow, which no other reputable company has done. His pricing was very fair and he did not skimp on plantings or on the amount of mulch he laid down. We found him to be a man of integrity and amazingly dependable and in many areas went above and beyond our expectations. We were so pleased with his work, we decided to use his company for lawn mowing and future landscaping needs.

    Have hired Ortiz for the past three summers. I started with just weekly mowing and then added tree trimming, seasonal leaf clean up, and this last winter - snow removal. This is the best lawn care service I have ever used. They are professional to the "inth degree" and there service is excellent. They are dependable and do a quality job on all their services. The owner, Chris, is very personable, and will go to extra effort if he sees something that needs attention. I have recommended this company to several of my neighbors, all of whom have become customers. If it matters, Chris is a Marine Veteran. I recommend this company without reservation.

    Appeared good at first although there were some gaps between the edge of the sod and the edge that was cut out from the lawn. I questioned these and was told the gaps would fill in. After about 3 weeks I called and was told to wait a few weeks as he sill thought the gaps would fill in. After a few more weeks they were not filling in and one that had filled in somewhat had a trench between the sod and the edge that was cut out from the lawn. He said he would come out with some dirt and seed and fill them in which he did. I watered daily and the grass started coming up but was spotty with about 90% of the area bare. Getting tired of this, I bought some topsoil and seeded it myself. It is now filling in adequately.

    The work looks great. The trees and plants are doing well and the center island wall is beautiful. We debated a cheaper option for cleaning up the center island but are really happy we went with the wall. We plan to hire them again--lots of yard projects!

    We enthusiastically recommend Twin City Landscape to anyone interested in superior quality and cost-effective solutions for their deck and driveway projects. Owner, Debbie Petschl worked diligently to come up with a wonderfully creative plan to transform our old broken up 6,000 sq. ft. asphalt circular driveway into a slightly smaller gorgeous perfectly-placed pavered entrance to our home, garage and lawn area. She also designed a beautiful raised 1000 sq. ft. stone patio and walled garden area which we enjoy every single day. Saying Debbie is terrific to work with is a massive understatement. She is completely professional, but connected with us on a personal and practical level, too, from our first meeting. She understood this was a huge investment for us and did everything she could to help us keep costs down. She always responded immediately to our phone calls and e-mails, and always patiently and respectfully listened to our concerns. She came up with excellent remedies for the very few tiny glitches that did arise during this big project. She also made sure there were no ���surprise��� add-ons to the cost in the end which we greatly appreciated. We are in awe of her broad landscaping knowledge, effective management techniques, honesty and creativity. In addition, her crew foreman, Alex Hart, is everything a home-owner going through a big renovation could ask for. He is a supremely skilled and talented craftsman who has also mastered the fine art of diplomacy when dealing with nervous home-owners going through a big renovation. He always took the necessary time to carefully measure and think about what he was going to do before doing it. He always showed up at least 15 minutes early every single day and made every hour of every day count. He uses his well-honed work ethic to lead his crew by example, and they clearly respect him. We do, too. Adequate superlatives to describe this young man���s character and his work simply do not exist. Joe also added a wonderful dimension to this project. Memories of his truly amazing back-hoe expertise and his wonderful sense of humor will stay with us forever. Most of all, we are impressed with our decision to select Debbie Petschl���s Twin City Landscape to handle our patio and driveway projects! For once we selected the perfect contractor right off the bat!

    Contractor was very knowledgeable and had a lot of good ideas. We paid for the consultation visit but not additional work. We decided not to pursue further business with them because he took many days to respond to emails. We decided that it would be a bad decision to pursue more work with them if they were not that interested in our business. The price was also high. The consultation was either $150 or $250--I can't find the records--and the additional work would have been $3800.

    Green Horizons Inc
    Two men came out to do the work. One was apparently a new employee and one was a more senior employee. The newer man was small in stature and could barely maneuver the machine they used to do the clean up (it looked like a riding lawnmower). The more senior employee was on his phone for 10 minutes or so while he had the newer one run the machine. The smaller man had trouble with the machine and ran over one of my solar lights and about two feet of rubber edging around the landscaping. When the other guy heard the noise he came over to see what had happened. Both men tried to hide/get rid of the broken solar light. They picked up the glass and other pieces of the solar light and threw them in the wooded area behind the house. I'm not sure if the smaller man ran over and cut the cables to the television, phone and internet before or after he ran over the solar light and edging. My mother went to turn on the t.v. and found that the service was disrupted. A short while later she went to use the phone and found there was no tone at all. I then tried to go online and found that was also not working. I was very angry and called the company office to let them know what had happened. I was told that the two employees would be talked to and if I wanted the company would reimburse me for the broken light. They would not accept any responsibility for cutting the cables and leaving us without phone, t.v. and internet for several days. The person I spoke with said that was Comcast's fault for not making sure the cables were buried. He told me I would need to speak with Comcast and have them come out to take care of it. I am very dissatisfied with the service they provided and lack of professionalism displayed by all. I will never use Green Horizons again.

    I was a last minute add for snow plowing services. I was on vacation out of state and was not around for the recent unexpected snow plow. I called the owner and they made the whole process so easy. They reduced my stress on this topic and took care of the snow plowing and shoveled to the front door on my request. I am so happy with this service and company. I plan to use them for lawn care moving forward too.

    This company was purchased in January 2015 by Anoop Mathew, since then the company has really gone down hill. The damage to my yard, failure to shovel the sidewalk, and billing for snow removal that NEVER occurred. After canceling the very substandard service I was charged mythical services.
    My wife and I had no choice buy to pay the bill for fear that the owner would report the unpaid balance from the mythical services rendered to a credit agency.
    I would steer very clear of this company and their substandard service and predatory billing practices
