    The sales person Allen was friendly, knowledgeable but not overbearing. We found the prices to be comparable with both the big box stores and the smaller appliance stores. What initially sold us on Plaza is that they tack a second year onto the warranty. We are happy that we chose them. They were very flexible in arranging our delivery timing. No problems with the delivery and installation. The installer of the microwave and dishwasher was particularly proficient. There was a manufacturer defect in the refrigerator door that we noticed upon receipt. Allen quickly arranged for a replacement door to be ordered and installed. Great overall experience, We would certainly recommend Plaza to our family and friends.

    I called Gerry to fix the motor on a house we rent out. He called the tenants, scheduled the visit for that same day and called me from there. I approved the work and he did it right away. This was the second time I used him and I just called him for a third time (same furnace, different problem... the thing is cursed).

    I had a motherboard failure on a Samsung clothes dryer that I purchased from another local store. It was the second failure in the three years since I purchased the dryer and the other company was useless. I had Tony���s appliance out to look at the issue. The service technician was honest and upfront that would cost close to $500 to replace The two needed boards, for the second time, and that the repair would only carry a 90 day warranty. I asked him what he would do, and he said, to be frank, you could buy a new dryer with a two year warranty for less than $100 more than this repair would cost. Tony���s gave me a 50% credit on my service visit and I purchased a new clothes dryer. It was installed on a Saturday morning. They were absolutely on time, completely professional, and wonderful to work with. I would recommend everyone at The two needed boards, for the second time, and that the repair would only carry a 90 day warranty.     Warning - Shady repairman. I went with Steve because he sounded like an ethical repairmen as he was repairing a washer where my Mother lived. I was not home at the time, so I really needed to trust whomever was coming over. It should of been a red flag when he initially told me that he knew exactly what the problem is and he could fix it that one visit. He also sounded somewhat unprofessional., but I chalked it up to him being an older gentleman. Fast forward to the actual repair visit. My mother calls me and she sounds very concerned and informed urgently that the repairman wanted to 20 dollars cash first to look at something that was not part of the washer. He wanted to look at the pipes above the washer? I told her to put him on the phone, but he would not talk to me directly. So I told her to tell him to leave our house immediately. After he left, I tried to call Steve a couple of times to understand what the heck happened. He never answered my calls. Anyways, I never heard from him again. So wanted to leave a honest review here for other families as the other reviews seem to indicate he is honest and straight. He maybe if you are on premise, but if you have vulnerable older parents/family members, I would stay far away from this guy. BTW - My mom stated to me that the repairman sounded funny as well and was not behaving normally. So be careful.

    They job was done very poorly. The installer crossed the wrong wires and left the unit live at 120 volts. It was flashing a warning when he left, but he attributed it to cold weather. My husband was shocked strongly by the live current. The company would not give this a priority, they refused to send someone out immediately to fix it, ( said their next available appointment was 6 days later) and they were full of lame excuses and canned responses. We went to Home Depot and bought the correct electrical cord and he fixed it himself. A good customer lost over shoddy customer support for a very dangerous situation.

    Alex called and checked if I was home then said he finished early and could come over now, which was 2hrs before the first window of time that was given for his arrival. I was happy that he even asked and said YES. Within a short period of time he arrived. Friendly young man. He tried to make friends with the dog but she wasn't having it. He arrived with a board to keep from scratching the floor, some kind of thick pad for him and the floor i'm guessing, and of course his tools. All was finished in about 20 minutes.Now no worries with the dishwasher. Family run business. Dad should be very proud of son following in footsteps and doing a fantastic job.Thank you.

    I called Nicollet Appliance and was able to have an appointment that worked best for me. Costos Stavrou arrived on time, explained the problem and quickly resolved the issue. He was a very nice man, patient with my questions. He left the freezer clean and dry, the cost was reasonable and we would certainly call this company again for any service problems.

    Sears Appliance Repair
    They were not good. Sears Home Services were not good. In fact I called them to complain, and was told to basically pound dirt. We had very negative experience. So basically I wasn't happy with the service that I got. The repair person was negative about the company service and products, and wasn't very helpful. When I called to complain with the customer service, they were argumentative with me, and basically hung up with me.

    It went fabulously. Scott came to my house on a Monday to check out my busted microwave. He was super nice, on time, and very honest. He let me know that a repair was going to cost me more than a new microwave. He asked the store to provide me some options and Heather sent me an email with 4 options within a couple of hours. I called her to arrange the purchase and delivery/installation. Jonah and another gentleman arrived two days later (only because I couldn't make one day later happen on my end) on time and I had a brand new working microwave 20 minutes later. The entire experience was terrific from beginning to end. Everyone was super friendly, on time, helpful, and, best of all, saved me money. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family!!
