MJ is very personable and reliable. She responded quickly to all of our communications. She was very helpful picking out paint colors for my rooms. She also was helpful in giving me ideas on updating my fireplace surround. I would definitely hire her again.

    MJ Interior Painting
A little more than 1 year ago, I had the good fortune to meet and hire Mary Jo of MJ Interiors to paint the inside rooms of our home. In the months to follow, she painted virtually ever room in our house! MJ was great to work with! She showed up when she said she would, was cheerful, efficient, and skilled. She cleaned up nicely when she finished each day. MJ was helpful and knowledgeable regarding the work to be done. I loved that she would offer ideas on color or technique, but was never pushy to do it her suggested way. MJ sincerely wanted us to be satisfied and happy with the finished product. We have loved the results, and look forward to working with MJ on other projects in the near future!

Can not say enough positive things about Heath and Brandon. From start to finish we had a great experience! Heath called me within two hours of the voicemail that I left him and he came to our house within 3 days. We contacted him about some interior and exterior painting. He gave an honest assessment of what needed and did not need to be done. Very professional and user friendly and stayed in contact constantly throughout the process. Communications were clear. He rearranged our original scheduled date to accommodate our need to go out of town. On the day of, Brandons partner could not make complaining, great attitude, project completed within quoted time and the finished product was perfect. The lines between the ceiling color and the wall color are even, no paint on floors, baseboards or bathroom fixtures. Neat, efficient, respectful of our home and we hardly knew that he was here. Heath checked in on site every day and helped on day two for the second team member was still unable to work. There is an obvious respect for co workers and clients. We recommended Woodland Painting to our Interior Design professional. Look no further...these are your guys!

Litman Construction won a bid through St. Louis County to install a vertical lift (elevator) to make our home handicapped accessible for our son with special needs. We began the project in ample time to complete it by the end of our funding year. We completed our portions of the project and Sam assured us that the project would be done on time. Two weeks before our funding year ended, Litman construction began their work, assuring us it would get done. The lift had not been ordered, so our project was not completed on time. It lost our son $12,000 of county funding to use this year for a handicapped accessible shower and ceiling lifts to keep him and our caregivers safe during transfers. Litman apologized, but did nothing to make the situation right. They proceeded to blame us for the delays. My husband was up until 2 AM one morning removing a wall so Litman could begin their work. Had we known that Litman's delays would be that impactful, we would have done what needed to be done ourselves. We could have easily done what needed to be done in a weekend. Litman Construction essentially sheet rocked and painted a U-shaped "closet" that was 5 feet deep, 6 feet wide and 12 feet high. They added a 42 inch high wall on top of the 8 foot wall my husband had already built. They sheet rocked and painted 204 square feet and charged $5,145 for their labor (85.75 hours over 30 days). On-line estimates put sheet rocking at $1.50-$3.00 per square foot (materials and labor combined) which would put our project at $306-$612. Even though Litman did not touch the lift (Arrow-Lift the lift manufacturer installed it) they charged a 10% mark up on the lift, and the electrician they hired (TK Electric) wired the main circuit board incorrectly so it was destroyed the first time it was hooked up. Their response to that was "He's done them for us before, but I guess mistakes can happen." Litman construction did not even do their work well. They left sheet rocked seams for us to have to blend into a wall above (they painted up to bare sheet rock). The bottom door header was put in crooked (it is 36" wide) and the dimensions for the door were incorrect despite them having a plan. When the lift was installed, shims needed to be placed at the top so the door opened correctly. We had to fix all their shoddy work after we fired them from the project. There was no service recovery or effort to make their mistake right. When we knew that the project was not going to get completed before the waiver year was up, Sam, the project manager, told us that he has had funding extended (our social worker never had heard of that) and that my husband was handy so he could complete parts of the next projects to fit into the money we have left over this year. He blamed us for the delays. In the end, Litman was paid for their job and there was no accountability for them. I left a one star review and told our story on their Facebook page and they deleted all four of their reviews. They turned off the ability for people to post to their page except in the comments of their posts. Instead of responding to a complaint, they deleted it. That, to me, says volumes about their company. If you want timely, high quality work done, go elsewhere.

    MJ Interior Painting
Fabulous!!! My home looks so beautiful and fresh. I was very impressed with Mary when she can over for the initial consultation. She helped me pick out the most amazing Benjamin Moore colors and suggested accessories that worked perfect with the colors. Mary had great attention to detail and made sure nothing was left undone. Her organization and clean up was impeccable, I would highly recommend Mary without reservation.

    MJ Interior Painting
From the very start MJ was VERY responsive and came out right away to assess the job and provide a quote. She suggested colors that we absolutely love and completed the job faster than we anticipated. Her communication through the entire process was excellent and her final work was amazing. We would HIGHLY recommend her and use her for future projects.

I have gardens all around my house and garage and they were very careful not to damage any plants. They did a very thorough job of scraping and power washing. The paint job is excellent. I don't know how to evaluate the cost because I only got one other quote and while it was cheaper, I could tell the other painter wouldn't do as good of a job.

    Painting By Jerry Wind
Excellent. I had to go out of town while the painter worked and he did a superior job. He left my house so spotless, I would not even know they were there. Jerry Wind himself came three times. Once to give estimate, once to set up painter and explain job and a third time to check the completed job. I hire Painting by Jerry Wind because I can trust them. They are the best!

    MJ Interior Painting
MJ Interior Painting guided her gently toward choosing a beautiful, gentle color. That way my Mom felt like she had a part in the project. I was amazed at quality of her work....she cut in not only at the ceiling level, but also on both sides of some wallpaper trim my Mom likes to look at. The paint went well with the trim and everyone stopped in her room to ooh and aah. A Great experience for everyone.

    Ed Lundberg Painting & Wallpaper

Excellent!   Ed and crew were very friendly and professional, on time, and called if there was a delay.  He answered all of our questions and did a very thorough job.  We wish we would have called him three years ago and will definitely call him again.  We highly recommend him for all your painting needs!  As a side note, we had a garage sale a couple of years ago and a lady that came bought some curtains to go in her newly wallpapered dining room.  She said "if you ever need any wallpapering done call Ed Lundberg, they did an excellent job at my house!"  So if we decide to do any wallpapering we will definitely call him for that project also.
