ANorth Shore Cleaning ServicesWorking with North Shore Cleaning Services was a breeze! The busiest time of the year for Duluth rentals is May 31st/ June 1st. It's tough to know how much work the cleaners will be doing, how much you will be needing them, and then there's such a small window between when people move out, and the new tennents move in! When you have multiple units like we do, it can be a stressful time, but working with Amber and the team she has made it go so smoothly! They were ready for the big rush, and Amber did a great job of facilitating everything, and kept me informed throughout the whole process. Having an infant at home this year meant I wasn't as hands-on as in year's past, so I was so grateful for North Shore's help. They were very dependable and always arrived when they said they would. They would even send an email out the day before as a reminder. FI've scheduled cleanings 4 times through Handy. I've never had a cleaner actually assigned to my project. They just cancel an hour before and reschedule two days out and then cancel again. I got tired of it because I made arrangements to be there to meet the cleaners only to find out I was waiting around for nothing. Very frustrating; if they can't find someone to do the work, then they should be canceling and rescheduling MUCH sooner. I really don't think they ever had anyone to do the work and that they need to figure out a better way to do this. It seemed like such a great idea and I love the app and the ease of scheduling, etc. I REALLY wanted to love this company, but I need someone at least *somewhat* reliable. I'm flexible, but this is just ridiculous. On the positive, it seems that they are good about refunding. So at least I'm not out the money.
