    I had the absolute worst experience with Arrowhead Auto Body fixing my vehicle from an accident that was covered by my insurance. When my insurance company called to get my car into gets fixed they suggested Arrowhead since they were in-network. I thought I had heard good things about them so I decided to get my vehicle fixed with them. Little did I know how much of a headache this would turn into. When I first brought my car in to be looked at to figure out what parts they���d need to order I had my first impression of their customer service. Jen, the person I worked with, took pictures of my car and ignored my concerns about the center console damage and the front end of my vehicle that had been dented. They only ordered parts for the rear of my vehicle and ignored the rest. When I got my car back and noticed only the rear was fixed I had to go back and forth with them and my insurance company to get my car back in to get fixed. At this point I realized I had to micromanage the people who were supposed to fix my entire car to ensure it was actually done. I had coordinated with Jen to get the parts ordered and she assured me they���d be in by Monday. When I hadn���t heard back from them on that Tuesday I called and they let me know that the parts may not be in until that Friday or following week. I reminded her that when we spoke last week that she assured me that my vehicle would be able to be fixed this week as I���m only in Duluth one week a month. She was busy and told me she���d call back. When I received a call back 15 minutes later it was somebody else letting me know that now the parts would be in that night and I could drop my car off before their 8am opening and pick it up that same afternoon. I dropped my vehicle off and again didn���t hear anything back. I called later that day at 3:30 and Jen let me know that my vehicle wouldn���t be fixed until the next day. I again reminded her of what she had previously assured me of. She again was too busy to talk and called me back shortly after letting me know I could pick my vehicle up within a half hour. At this point I decided I should talk with the manager about my less than ideal experiences with Arrowhead. I was transferred to Travis who I explained the situation to. When I mentioned that they didn���t fix ALL of my vehicle the first time I brought my vehicle in he interjected that, ���sometimes we have up to 50 cars, so things get missed.��� This amazed me that they would admit that sometimes they have too much work so they just don���t fix the entirety of the car. As a well-known auto body shop I would hope that I wouldn���t have to double check their work and make sure they did their jobs. Two months after my initial contact with Arrowhead I have my vehicle back with a very strong opinion of their terrible service. I���ve spoken with my insurance company and they���ve had several issues like this with Arrowhead lately. They will be reassessing their ���in-network��� status and I would never bring my car back to them if they were the last shop in the area.

    The detailed conversation we had about the scope of the work that would be performed, the description of their lifetime warranty on the work, and the offer of a loaner vehicle are what helped me make up my mind in going with Auto Care. I appreciated the time he took. The estimate also came within $100 of two other estimates I received, so the personal attention and the knowledge of the work to be performed solidified them. 
    They finished my vehicle within the time frame estimated, despite the flood of cars they got after the big storm. 
    The repaired panel looks brand new and am confident that the work will remain in good quality for the lifetime of my vehicle!

    I priced five different places for the same job. He was least expensive, and willing to discuss cost saving alternatives that others wouldn't (since my insurance wasn't covering it). The work turned out well ... he pulled out the dent rather than insisting on replacing the entire panel, and didn't crack the paint in the process. I'll be going back.

    I would highly recommend them. Everybody else said we have to buy a brand new $2000 part and Vine said that they can fix it and they did it for $800 and didn't need to order a new one. I wouldn't use anybody else.

    I could not have been more pleased with everything.  They could not have been more friendly, timely or accommodating.  The estimate was almost instant, they called me right away when the repairs were more extensive than expected and showed me  exactly where the concerns were.  Got and handled all the rental car logistics. Made the insurance logistics seamless even though they're not on State Farm's "list". What an excellent outfit. I also appreciated communicating with them via email - really expedited things, allowing me to pick up my car a day earlier than expected.

    It was a very poor job and I still have trouble with the headlight shorting out.  I've recently found out that a pin is broken off.  The owner was very difficult to deal with and made excuses for his poor work by portraiying me as exceptionally picky and my car would never look like it did before the accident.  When I tried to have him redo the shoddy work, he laughed at me but realized how upset I was and followed me to my car where I showed him the issues: my hood didn't line up and waffled when I was driving, a pin was left out of the panel behind the driver's door, and there was a gap all around the new light that he had installed.  He adjusted the hood and put in a pin to hold the panel.  He said the bumper would not fit correctly because "these are after market parts and your insurance company won't allow us to use original parts."  I called my insurance company and they allowed original parts so I had him redo it.  It still was bad and I have had continuing problems with the light burning out about every 2 months.  My car maintenance company has attempted to fix the broken part but it only lasts so long.  The other headlight usually lasts for about a year or two.  The repaired headlight used to last for the same amount of time until this company's repair.  My retired car repair person fixed the same problem a few years earlier and it looked like it had before it was hit, also the light was never a
    problem.

    The service was outstanding. I worked directly with the owner, Dave. His quote was significantly lower than other shops in the area. I brought him a new fender, primed from the factory, on a Monday and he turned it around by Wednesday. The paint job was flawless and matched the car perfectly. Highly recommended, very affordable!

    They said it would take 3-4 days and they asked me to bring it in right away on the Monday.....which I did. The van was ready by noon on Friday which was the 5th day. Other than that, the quality was flawless. I have used 3 other collision repair companies in Duluth over the past 15 years and these folks have done the best work....by far.

    This company is exceptional. I put a big dent in my husband's beloved truck while trying to get out of a parking ramp. They were able to get the truck in for repair within a few days of contacting them for an estimate. They called daily with updates on the progress, which I really appreciated. I had jokingly asked them to fix the dent for me so it would look like nothing ever happened. To my surprise, that's exactly what they did. The truck looks absolutely perfect. You would never know by looking - even closely - that I had scraped it along a cement pillar. Now there's nothing left but the memory of a very bad day.
