AOptimum Cleaning LLCThe two-person crew called ahead to let me know they were on the way and arrived as planned. The upper and lower level floors were cleaned and the work completed quickly and efficiently. I have used Optimum Cleaning in the past for carpet cleaning and the work was completed as expected. The paperwork (billing) was completed on-line following the work and was a "user friendly" method to complete the process. Recently, there was an unfortunate spill on my clean carpeting. I contacted Sarah, and she coached me how to handle the spill. She provided a cleaning product for the situation, and the outcome has been satisfactory! Thanks, Sarah!- Suzanne K.

FI've scheduled cleanings 4 times through Handy. I've never had a cleaner actually assigned to my project. They just cancel an hour before and reschedule two days out and then cancel again. I got tired of it because I made arrangements to be there to meet the cleaners only to find out I was waiting around for nothing. Very frustrating; if they can't find someone to do the work, then they should be canceling and rescheduling MUCH sooner. I really don't think they ever had anyone to do the work and that they need to figure out a better way to do this. It seemed like such a great idea and I love the app and the ease of scheduling, etc. I REALLY wanted to love this company, but I need someone at least *somewhat* reliable. I'm flexible, but this is just ridiculous. On the positive, it seems that they are good about refunding. So at least I'm not out the money.

FThis was a frustrating experience. I had ARC out specifically because I had a previous gutter company that did not have the skills to do the fascia work they discovered after taking down the gutters. ARC came out, did an assessment, and told me I'd get an estimate soon. I called back a week later and they told me he's still working on the estimate. I called back a couple of weeks later and they told me they couldn't do the job...something about a guy they use couldn't do it? The lack of communication and was very unprofessional. This isn't a complicated projects...some boards and gutters. C'mon.
