We asked up front what happens if it takes longer than you expect? Do you go by the hour ? He said no they never go by the hour but by the bid they don't mess with hours. So he bid the job with 4 days of caulking, one person on it and the 4th day he ran out of caulk and demanded more money than the bid, he was 8 tubes of caulk short and about 3/4 another day to finish and he wouldn't go any further, he packed up his things and said we're done he wouldn't negotiate or meet us halfway. He said he'd have it done by Nov 1st and just walked out on us leaving us with one full side of the upper story undone and we are very disappointed and saddened by these events and recommend everything be put in writing when working with this man and signed by both parties and notarized if possible to protect yourself. Never take him at his word its no good.

Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable.  They asked if we were experiencing cold floors and some other issues, they provided us with information on how to resolve those issues and to help keep the heat efficiency of our home to where it should be.

Purchased a vacation home in Cape Coral and needed painting to be done in short period of time.  Mario was prompt in giving us an estimate and scheduling the project.  We liked the results so much, we called him back to paint additional rooms.  Mario's team was prompt, polite and very meticulous.  People who have been through the house asked and commented "who was your painter, they did a great job".  Mario helped us make contact with very reliable professionals for tile grout cleaning and dry wall work.  We feel fortunate that we made contact with Mario Blanco and his team.  Thanks.

They always do an excellent job.  They’re thorough and I am 100% able to rely on all the suggestions they make and all the home information they provide.  I don’t go anywhere else.

I rented a trencher to dig in an electrical line. The one I was given was a Barreto walk behind. I was given strict instruction on how to operate it or it wouldn't work right or the Chain would come off . I brought it home and went to work, the only problem was the trencher wasn't cooperating. Operating the way I was instructed, I was able to trench about three feet in a half an hour and the chain wasn't moving very fast. My electrician was over working on my house so I asked him to look at it. He did, and said it wasn't working right. He pushed a lever I was told not to touch and he got the chain to rotate faster . He started moving backwards and the the wheels dug in and it buried itself. We got it out started again and it buried itself again. My electrician said it was a piece of junk and suggested I take it back. Not willing to give up yet I hooked my four wheeler to it and had my wife pull while I trenched. The four wheeler was spinning in four low. So I hooked up my Rhino, put it in four low with both diffs locked. This worked for about 150 feet until the trencher really got buried. Had to use the winch on the 4 wheeler and three guys to get it out. I took it back to Rapids Rental and complained about the trencher. 1. Didn't work as instructed and 2. When I got it to work with redneck mechanics it still didn't really work. The manager was adamant that the machine worked as it was designed. It was going to bury itself and you just have to be able to lift a 800 pound machine to get it out . He said had he known I was going to trench more than 100 feet he would have suggested the track machine. I told him it really didn't matter since it got stuck 3 feet in to the job and I still can't lift a 800 pound machine out of a hole. I quit arguing, paid my bill and left. Not only did the machine not work as I expected but it was also filthy and beat up, just like all the equipment I saw around this place.

Company worked closely with us, excellent communication, handled and worked around job complications due to our clearing issues and then re-clearing issues due to storm, in a most professional manner. They were ready to start immediately, but our project required the removal of some trees and lots of brush on our part, and I had limited time, as did my chainsaw-savy counterparts. A project manager was assigned who took this into consideration and started the job in ready areas while we continued our preparation work. As soon as the clearing work was done, a storm hit, bringing more trees down over the cleared areas. They were willing to delay but we managed to re-clear while they finished the privacy fence and the chainlink work was able to proceed smoothly when they were done with that. Excellent communication and friendly, professional workers.
