    Perfect! He even said he would come back the next day if I was not satisfied. The belt was not tight enough, and he explained over the phone how I could tighten it on my own. Very happy with the service---not one complaint!

    Finally received a phone call from Lifetime after the many attempts of contacting them. They claimed they only had one cancellation on record for me that was effective in January. They would not refund my money because of no prior documentation. One of my many other complaints with Lifetime. Each time I was in their facility to cancel, I requested documentation that I had cancelled my membership. The first time they told me I would receive an email. The second time they said they could not print me anything off because the printer was not working. The third time he claimed I would get an email. None of that ever occurred and because of that I cannot get my money refunded to me. Prior to my cancellations, I had put my membership on hold due to two surgeries I had. There was suppose to be a and quot;medical holdand quot; on my account. I even went as far as having my doctor fax over a note that provided proof that I was physically incapable of using their gym at the time. The next month, I had another charge on my account for $10.73. That continued until I went in to their office to cancel my membership. They then told me that there was nothing on file about my medical hold. No fax from the doctor. Nothing. Now, over a year later, because they cannot provide paperwork to their customers and they cannot honor a verbal or contract agreement, I continue to be out my hard earned money. Kristen at Lifetime told me that my membership is now cancelled and that I could not receive my money back because of their inability to provide documentation that I did request. I asked for the number to their corporate office. I attempted to call them three times and continuously was forwarded to an operating system. I am absolutely fed up and I want my money back. Lifetime does a great job of screwing people over.

    I emailed Bob and he replied the same day to set up an appointment. He arrived on time, tore the machine apart, told us what was wrong, and fixed it. It runs now just like it did when it was new (it's three years old). The belt had slipped and the console could be replaced if we wanted - he checked the price and we decided to use the old one. He certainly knew his eliptical machines and was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend him highly to anyone that has a machine that wasn't running correctly.

    I didn't use Bob even though I called him first based on his reputation here on Angie's List. The sole reason I didn't use his services was he didn't wish to come out and look at the machine, although he did give me some tips for fixing it myself. I ended using another vendor who came out promptly.

    I called Bob with a problem on my PaceMaster Pro-Plus HR, which was reading on the display, "Bad Relay." Bob had worked on a few PaceMaster machines, but had not run into that problem. He trouble shot it with me over the phone in a ten minute conversation (I woke him up at 7:30 a.m. - sorry Bob!) But, he was very gracious and took time with me to give me some avenues to go down that could potentially solve my problem, including giving me some competitor's names to go to for help. Great job!!

    Bob Chase answered my call immediately and came out within an hour. He was able to improvise a fix on the treadmill without requiring an expensive part, which would have cost more than his service call. His charges were very reasonable

    This play it again had a pretty small selection of soccer gear. The used equipment they did have was in general heavily worn and not well priced. I did not purchase anything. This store seemed to focus heavily on hockey gear.
