Andrew was thorough and took his time and was willing to answer questions throughout the process. He made high traffic carpet areas look like new and successfully removed a persistent pet stain. The owner came out to go over specifics on how to get the job done thoroughly due to it being a different set up than usual houses. ATyler, Gumby?, Andrew and Jake showed up on time and worked very well together as a team. They were quiet, moved quickly and finished my windows inside and out in 3 hours. Tyler said it would have been 6 hours with 2 workers. They are so clean that it almost looks as though there is no glass at all! They told me about a couple of windows with sticking issues so i can get those fixed. I have a 1932 build home with combination windows. The only thing that I question, is f wiping down screens with a wet cloth is enough to keep the dirt from transferring onto the windows when it rains. In the past, the screens are actually removed and washed with Dawn and water. I am afraid of heights so these guys really helped me out. Stellar performance!! Thank you.
