    Joe called me first thing in the morning, made a brief pitch describing the service and ended with a reasonable price. He came later that afternoon, dealt with the wasp nest and left us with follow up instructions. Things, so far, are going according to the plan. Very happy (and relieved). That nest was HUGE and scary. We're lucky none of our family or friends were stung while in the backyard.

    My review is mixed because my issue is with their customer service. The first experience I had was great. Scott explained everything to me, told me what my next prices would be & everything. He was very thorough. The bugs that I have been seeing 6 months later are mostly dead when I see them, but since it's spring i wanted to get a head start. I called to make an appointment & was told a different & higher price, which would have been the same as the initial price-but Scott the technician told me it would be about half. I spoke with the manger Sue & she had Scott call me. He scheduled last Friday to come out & try to fit me in & said he would call if he had to reschedule. Mind you, that was last Friday & I still have not heard from them! I called & left a message on Sue (the manager) voicemail & she won't return my call either. So, the product works....but the customer service experience is awful! Doesn't matter if the product works if you can't get the service.

    It went well, my only complaint is he rexommended filling certain holes in the exterior of the house with foam but did not do it himself - I was under the impression that's why I was paying close to $300.

    They give you a two hour window. No one ever came. They wouldn't call me back after I left a message. They didn't seem to care that I had to change my schedule from work to be there. They just said sorry, mistakes happen & I could pick a new day. No compensation or anything.

    There was an issue but they resolved it. They had a big deal going on and so the price was an A. We never saw any of those bugs again and so the quality would be an A. I would use them again in future.

    The first time they came out was late in the day, it rained that evening so didn't really work.  When I called them they came out a second time and that time it really helped.  I was pleased with their taking care of the problem.  I would use them again.

    M & M Pest Control Services
    Owner, Miguel/ aka "Mike" seemed anxious to get my business, and even offered me a special price with promise to guarantee his work and returns for 90 days.  I called this company, M & M Pest Control, because a search brought it up as the closest pest control company to my home, figuring this would work to my advantage of getting good and timely service.  As it would turn out, this company was the worst choice I could have made!
    After the first visit to the house (where payment was made), there was a follow-up about 4 days later to check traps and then again approximately a week later.  These follow-ups occurred at the convenience of M & M Pest Control -- clearly, I was not the priority once the payment had been made.   Repeated telephone reminders had to be made of scheduled times missed and need for the stated followup.   Rather than apologies I was treated as an annoyance and given excuses as to how he was busy.  
    The work done at my house was straight forward, as I hired this service before we had actually moved in.  With the home essentially empty, it was easy to check and deal with the problem; and M & M was allowed to work me into what would be convenient for them.  I made it clear that my agenda was to get the house move-in ready, for our household goods that were being delivered.  I wanted the house and garage to be rodent free, as we were to receive a large shipment from our overseas move. 
    When I became concerned that the problem wasn't eradicated, on or about 20 August, after receiving our household goods, M & M WAS NO help.  "Mike" blew me off on my requests for service, telling me how he had more pressing jobs.  I begged for him to please work us into his schedule, whatever time he might find available.  At first he said it would be a week before he could come out, then he gave a couple of options as possible times might be able to swing by in the next few days.  He never did make it to our house and never called back to schedule.  My calls and messages went unanswered.   There was a long a long weekend and the weeks past.  Because this man revealed himself as a man of "faith" I though perhaps he was having some personal difficulties, after all, as self-owned business, his reputation should be of importance to him.  I really wanted to give him every benefit of the doubt.
    When I again tried to reach him, noting an urgent issue of mouse occupation in my house, and my long patience and requesting a response, I was met with a nasty email.  He took offense that I "emailed after hours" (??) and indicated he "would never be back" to service my house.  While he did "quote" his policy of being able to choose instead to "refund some of my money", no such refund has happened.  Really a flabbergasting experience!  
    I joined Angie's List at the time of finding this pest control service.  I wanted make a wise choice; and thought by joining Angie's List I would get valuable information on this business.  As it turned out, there were no entries on M & M Pest Control.  I took a chance, based upon his friendly and seemingly knowledgable demeanor over the phone (before getting paid), the first service I called.  I did later see that there had been a BBB complaint, though "was resolved", that gave me some pause, but I hoped for the best.  Like that BBB complainant, we found out the hard way that this business owner does not possess the integrity to actually stand behind his word nor the professional skills to deal with customers once he gets his initial payment.  At this point, having experienced the above mentioned  things, I would also question his ability and methods.  
    It makes me sad to have to give such a failing review --- but I would be remiss to not pass along a BEWARE of M & M Pest Control warning to other unsuspecting customers.  ( We have since caught over a dozen mice, uhhgg!, without the help of this company, which had assured us that we would have none after 5-7 days.)

    Bartlett Tree Experts - 91511
    They were professional, punctual and kept us informed during the whole process. One of our trees was dying and after the spraying, the tree bounced back. We will be using Bartlett again this fall to spray again.

    That did not turn out very good at all. I am allergic to certain pesticides. I called this company to see that they had an organic and a standard pesticide. I called to make sure that I got the organic treatment. I did not hear from them. They came out and they had no organic treatments with them, so I was faced with a dilemma since I was having a party and there were going to be about 50 people coming. I had them then do the treatment anyway. They then called me and let me know what they would do is they would come back later in the month to do the organic treatment. I don’t think they ever came back; at least they didn’t when I was home. I felt unsatisfied with the full transaction. They should not have advertised that they had organic if they did not have that treatment. They should have told me if they came out also.

    PAFFY'S PEST CONTROL
    I initially purchased a special for $89 just for interior work, but after letting them know about our ant problem in the yard he suggested we sign up for the three season service plan.  They came out for the first treatment and they worked quickly and efficiently.  They said that they would be back out sometime in July but that if we needed anything else to call and they would come out.  It has only been a couple weeks but we still have ants in our yard so I'm going to give them a call to come back out for the yard before it turns into one giant ant hill!
